Abstract

本发明涉及翻盖的内部及外部设有双重液晶显示装置(Dual LCD)的移动通信终端,其特征是,对于外部液晶显示装置而言,它含有:多个光传感器(Photosensor),在上述外部液晶显示装置内的玻璃层之间形成,当终端收到短消息(SMS)时,根据用户的手挡住背光灯(backlight)的情况改变其输出值;放大器,放大上述光传感器中的感应信号;处理器部,根据上述放大器输出的信号的大小,控制显示在外部液晶显示装置中的短消息内容的输出。从而,当终端接到短消息时,用户只要用手指挡住背光灯,不用打开翻盖,也可以在液晶显示窗口上确认短消息的内容。

Description

移动通信终端的短消息处理装置
技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信终端,特别是在移动通信终端中,用单触(one touch)式方式在附加液晶显示窗口确认短消息的信息处理装置。
背景技术
随着通信技术的发达,移动通信终端为用户提供多种多样的功能和服务。其主要功能是:个人随身携带并可以与对方进行语音通话、影像通话或收发文字信息(Short Message Service:SMS)。最近,根据用户的需要而开发的移动通信终端通常是双重折叠机(Dual folder)或带有双重液晶显示窗口装置(以下称“Dual LCD”)的类型。这种Dual LCD指的是一个终端中有两个LCD屏幕。翻盖的内部及外部各自设有一个LCD屏幕。这种移动通信终端是为了解决覆盖后,用户不能利用LCD屏幕的问题而发明的。
图1提示出Dual LCD型移动通信终端10。其结构是:在机身12上设有键型输入键13,在翻盖14的内侧设有主LCD屏幕11,翻盖的外侧设有附加LCD屏幕15。所以,用户在待机情况下,不打开翻盖14也可以确认附加LCD屏幕15中所显示的天气、时间、来电号码、区域的服务与否、信箱形态、电池容量等。
当终端收到短消息时,待机画面将显示短消息图标,但是用户不能确认其内容。为了解决使用上的不便,出现了在LCD中适用触感控制板(Touch Panel)的方法。可是这种方法增加了LCD的生产费用,最终导致移动通信终端价格的上升。而且,因为是触摸式操作面板,LCD的厚度也逐渐增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种短消息处理装置,而这种装置可以解决确认短消息时,要翻盖,还要按下键才能进行阅读的问题。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种不打开翻盖,也可以通过液晶显示窗口确认短消息的移动通信终端装置。
为了达到上述目的而发明的移动通信终端的信息处理装置,其结构特征就是LCD面板内部设有光传感器。
本发明是一种在主机的内部和外部设有双重液晶显示装置(Dual LCD)的移动通信终端的信息处理装置,其装置的详细特征是:多个光传感器(Photosensor),在上述外部液晶显示装置内的玻璃层之间形成,当终端收到短消息(SMS)时,根据用户的手挡住背光灯(backlight)的情况,改变其输出值;放大器,放大上述光传感器的输出值;处理器部,根据上述放大器输出的信号的大小,控制显示在外部液晶显示装置中的短消息内容。
如上所述的本发明中的信息处理装置,其效果是:当终端接到短消息时,只通过用户的手指挡住背光灯在终端中发生的一些变化,用户不打开翻盖,也可以在液晶显示窗口上确认短消息的内容。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本发明中的移动通信终端的信息处理装置和操作。
图2提示出本发明中的构成信息处理装置的因素之间的关系概略结构框图,如图所示,其信息处理装置是:多个光传感器(Photo sensor)21,在上述外部液晶显示装置内的玻璃层之间形成,当终端收到短消息(SMS)时,根据用户的手挡住背光灯(backlight)的情况,改变其输出值;放大器22,放大上述光传感器21中的感应信号;处理器部23,根据上述放大器输出的信号的大小,控制显示在外部液晶显示装置中的短消息内容的输出;LCD驱动电路部24,根据上述存储器部23所提供的控制信号,显示通过外部面板所接收的短消息。
图3提示出本发明中的体现信息处理装置的LCD构成图,如图所示,玻璃层31的中间有多个光传感器33。当终端收到短消息时,背光灯32接到电源而输出光线。背光灯32发出的光线被用户的手指挡住,这样会改变光传感器33所输出的电流的值。光传感器33所输出的电流的值经过放大器后传到处理器。这样终端所收到的短消息会显示在外部面板上。

Claims (2)

1、一种移动通信终端的短信处理装置,其特征是,在于翻盖的内部及外部各有一个液晶显示装置,构成了双重液晶显示装置的移动通信终端短信处理装置,对于上述外部液晶显示装置而言,其包括:
多个光传感器,在上述外部液晶显示装置内的玻璃层之间形成,当终端收到短消息时,背光灯接到电源而输出光线,根据用户的手挡住背光灯的光线的情况,改变其输出值;
放大器,放大上述光传感器的输出值;
处理器部,根据上述放大器输出的信号的大小,控制在外部液晶显示装置中显示短消息内容。
2、根据权利要求1所述的移动通信终端的短信处理装置,其特征是:
上述设在外部液晶显示装置内的光传感器使用的是光电二极管。
