Abstract

一种能够充分利用流出蒸汽轮机末级膨胀叶轮蒸汽流的动能,提高输出功率的蒸汽轮机。将现有靠蒸汽膨胀对外做功的蒸汽轮机的轴和汽缸在轴方向延长,在汽缸内最末级膨胀叶轮后的轴上加装一到多级同轴旋转的轴流式风力机叶轮,每两级风力机叶轮之间的流道内壁上加装固定导向叶片,使蒸汽流以合适角度冲击后级风力机叶轮。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种能够提高效率的蒸汽轮机,尤其是通过在最末级膨胀叶轮后加装多级轴流式风力机叶轮,将蒸汽流动所具有的动能也转化为转轴的输出功率,蒸汽膨胀功、流动功相组合的蒸汽轮机。
背景技术
目前,公知的蒸汽轮机由汽缸、转子、定叶片、动叶片等组成,蒸汽在汽缸内喷嘴喷出后在定、动叶片中膨胀,推动转子旋转对外做功。汽缸内越往后级动叶片的直径越大,当蒸汽流出最末级动叶片时,蒸汽流已不能再靠自身膨胀对动叶片做功;此时,蒸汽流的流动速度为200m/s左右,这部分动能还必需在冷凝器中冷却,被冷却水带出,又增加了冷缺水耗量。据计算,蒸汽流的流动动能约占蒸汽全部吸热能量的8%以上。
发明内容
为了克服现有蒸汽轮机末端的蒸汽流动能无法被利用的不足,本发明提出一种充分利用流出末端动叶轮的蒸汽流所具有动能的蒸汽轮机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:将蒸汽轮机的轴沿长,在蒸汽轮机汽缸内最末级动叶轮后,加装与蒸汽轮机动叶轮同轴转动的轴流式风力机叶轮,使流出蒸汽轮机最末级动叶轮的流动蒸汽继续冲击轴流式风力机叶轮,流动蒸汽的动能通过轴流式风力机叶轮转化为转子的转动动能。推动轴流式风力机叶轮旋转所需要的气流速度一般为几m~几十m/s,按现有轴流式风力机叶轮利用风能的理论公式和实验数据,一级风力机叶轮对风能的利用系数为0.46~0.47,流出第一级风力机叶轮的蒸汽流仍具有147m/s的速度,所以还可在第一级轴流式风力叶轮后加装第二级轴流式风力叶轮;从第二级风力叶轮出来的蒸汽流速度为108m/s,还可在第二级轴流式风力机叶轮后加装第三级轴流式风力叶轮;依此类推,从第六级风力叶轮出来的蒸汽速度为31.5m/s···;蒸汽的流动动能经过多级风力机叶轮的转化可被充分利用。因与风力机叶轮叶片碰撞,蒸汽从风力机叶轮流出后产生与风力机叶轮旋转方向相反的环流分速度,这个环流分速度对向下一级风力机叶轮做功不利,可在两级风力机叶轮之间的流道内壁上加装固定导向叶片,将从前一级风力机叶轮流出的蒸汽所具有的与风力机叶轮旋转方向相反的环流分速度校正为合适的角度。
本发明的有益效果是,可较充分利用流出末级膨胀做功叶轮的蒸汽的流动动能,提高蒸汽轮机效率,减少冷却水耗量。

具体实施方式:
在图1中,将仅能膨胀做功叶轮的汽轮机的汽缸(1)和轴(6)加长;在膨胀做功叶轮(2)最末级的后面增加多级轴流式风力机叶轮(4),使流动蒸汽对每级轴流式风力机叶轮做功;在每级风力机叶轮后的流道内壁上加装固定导向叶片(5),使蒸汽进入下一级叶轮时具有合适的角度;蒸汽最后在冷凝器(7)中冷却。

1.一种利用流出汽轮机末级膨胀叶轮汽流动能做功的汽轮机,将现有蒸汽膨胀做功汽轮机的轴和汽缸在轴方向延长,其特征是:在汽缸内最末级膨胀做功叶轮后的轴上加装一到多级同轴旋转的轴流式风力叶轮,每两级风力叶轮之间的流道内壁上加装固定导向叶片,使蒸汽流以合适角度冲击后级风力叶轮。
