Abstract

本发明属于爆炸波吹灰技术领域,具体涉及一种具有风机的爆炸波吹灰器,主要包括依次串联的风机、止回阀、混合器和爆炸罐,风机由电机带动,风机的转速大于60×f转/分钟,其中f表示带动风机的电机的供电频率。本发明的优点在于:可以通过大幅度提高风机的转速实现风机叶轮、进而风机体积的大幅度缩小,使将风机与混合点火装置集成到一起成为可能,为爆炸波吹灰器的模块化、集成化奠定了坚实的基础。

所属技术领域
本发明属于爆炸波吹灰技术领域,具体涉及一种具有风机的爆炸波吹灰器。
背景技术
爆炸波吹灰器又名脉冲吹灰器、冲击波吹灰器、激波吹灰器等,最早是由乌克兰的科技人员于上世纪八十年代最先发明的,主要是使燃料与助燃气体形成的预混气在通过喷管与烟道连通的爆炸罐内燃烧爆炸,通过爆炸冲击波的冲击作用和高速射流的冲刷作用清除换热面和烟道壁面的积灰。国内则自上世纪九十年代开始发展,由于清灰效果好且能够清除顽固性灰垢,发展十分迅速。
许多爆炸波吹灰器都采用专门配置的风机为其配气和/或吹扫提供空气,已有的这类吹灰器的风机与电机之间都是直联的,电机采用的都是三相异步电动机,而且也没有采用调速装置的,这种风机的叶轮直径较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对已有技术的上述不足,提供一种具有风机的爆炸波吹灰器,这种吹灰器的风机的叶轮直径较小。
本发明的方案是:一种具有风机的爆炸波吹灰器,主要包括依次串联的风机、止回阀、混合器和爆炸罐,风机由电机带动,风机的转速大于60×f转/分钟,其中f表示带动风机的电机的供电频率。异步电动机的转速是60×f×(1-s)/p转/分钟,其中p是电动机的机对数,p的最小值等于1,s是转差率,s大于0小于1,因而异步电动机的转速都小于60×f转/分钟,由于已有的具有风机的爆炸波吹灰器的风机与电机之间都是直联的,电机采用的都是三相异步电动机,而且也没有采用调速装置的,这就意味着已有的这类爆炸波吹灰器的风机的转速都是小于60×f转/分钟的。众所周知,风机的全压与叶轮外缘的线速度的二次方成正比、而叶轮外缘的线速度等于叶轮半径和转速的乘积,因而在全压不变的前提下,较高的转速就意味着较小的叶轮直径。
本发明的主要优点在于:可以通过大幅度提高风机的转速实现风机叶轮、进而风机体积的大幅度缩小,使将风机与止回阀、混合器等集成到一起成为可能,为爆炸波吹灰器的模块化、集成化奠定了坚实的基础。
为了确保风机叶轮直径有较大幅度的缩小,风机的转速最好大于5000转/分钟。
为了获得合适的全压、风量比,所述的风机最好是离心风机。
带动风机的电机可以是串激电机,也可以是直流电机,而且还可以同时是防爆电机。
为了减小风机的尺寸,风机与电机之间最好是直联的。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
如附图1所示,本实施例的爆炸波吹灰器主要包括风机1、带动风机1的电机2、对夹式旋起止回阀3、混合器4、点火器7、爆炸罐5和喷管6,风机1、对夹式旋起止回阀3、混合器4、爆炸罐5和喷管6依次串接,点火器7安装在混合器4的侧壁上,爆炸罐5的容积是0.06立方米,风机1是离心式风机,带动风机1的电机2是单相串激电机,风机1与电机2之间是直联的,电机2的设计供电频率是50赫兹,电机2的额定转速是8000转/分钟。
在本实施例中,对夹式旋起止回阀3也可以是带法兰接口的旋起止回阀,电机2的转速也可以是大于3000转/分钟的任意转速。
实施例2:
如附图2所示,本实施例的爆炸波吹灰器主要包括一段风管8、风机1、带动风机1的电机2、对夹式旋起止回阀3、混合器4、点火器7、爆炸罐5和喷管6,风机1和带动风机1的电机2安装在一段风管8内,一段风管8和对夹式旋起止回阀3、混合器4、爆炸罐5、喷管6依次串接,点火器7安装在爆炸罐5的侧壁上,爆炸罐5的容积是0.05立方米,风机1是轴流风机,带动风机1的电机2是直流电机,风机1与电机2之间是直联的,电机2的额定转速是10000转/分钟。

1.一种具有风机的爆炸波吹灰器,主要包括依次串联的风机(1)、止回阀(3)、混合器(4)和爆炸罐(5),风机(1)由电机(2)带动,其特征在于:风机(1)的转速大于60×f转/分钟,其中f表示带动风机的电机的供电频率。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有风机的爆炸波吹灰器,其特征在于:风机(1)的转速大于5000转/分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有风机的爆炸波吹灰器,其特征在于:所述的风机(1)是离心风机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有风机的爆炸波吹灰器,其特征在于:带动风机(1)的电机(2)是串激电机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有风机的爆炸波吹灰器,其特征在于:带动风机(1)的电机(2)是直流电机。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有风机的爆炸波吹灰器,其特征在于:带动风机(1)的电机(2)是防爆电机。
7.根据权利要求1或2、或3、或4、或5、或6所述的一种具有风机的爆炸波吹灰器,其特征在于:风机(1)与电机(2)之间是直联的。
