Abstract

本发明涉及一种呼叫方法,包括网关向第一被呼叫方所在的HLR查询第一被呼叫方是否漫游,返回第一被呼叫方所在的VMSC地址码,网关把后续信令操作直接路由发送到拜访地移动交换中心上,把整个呼叫建立在第一被呼叫方的VMSC。本发明还涉及一种呼叫系统,包括网关,用于查询第一被呼叫方是否漫游,下发初始呼叫信息;网关本局的归属位置寄存器,与网关相连接,提供被呼叫方当前所在的移动交换中心的地址码;拜访地移动交换中心,与网关和归属位置寄存器通过No.7信令网相连接,根据网关下发的初始呼叫信息,对第一被呼叫方进行呼叫。本发明实现了呼叫漫游前转路由,把呼叫建立在第一被呼叫方VMSC上,绕过第一被呼叫方归属的MSC。

呼叫方法及呼叫系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在业务开放网关系统中,由第三方发起呼叫的呼叫方法及呼叫系统,尤其是一种网关呼叫时,被呼叫方漫游的呼叫方法及呼叫系统。
背景技术
随着电信技术突飞猛进的发展,人们对电信业务要求也越来越高。而现在的电信网中的业务系统由于根据不同的业务类型分别建立,这样的业务系统对于开发跨网络或跨各分立平台的融合业务具有技术上的障碍。如何让现有的电信网与Internet网融合,参与电信增值业务的开发,是一直在探讨的问题。
同时,IT技术也在不断地发展,CORBA(Common Object Request BrokerArchitecture,公共对象请求代理体系结构)、Web Service,RMI(RemoteMethod Invocation,远程方法调用,一般用Java实现)等分布式技术日益成熟,为电信业务和各种IT软件开发技术的结合提供了可能。在这种背景下,业务开放网关的概念产生,其思想是将底层的网络能力抽象为一系列的软件编程接口,提供给第三方SP(Service Provider,业务提供者)调用,使业务开发者无须关注众多的电信协议,把精力集中在业务的逻辑实现上,从而实现了业务层与网络层的分离。
业界比较知名的开放网关接口包括Parlay/OSA(Parlay/Open ServiceAccess,由3GPP组织制定的开放业务网关接口),Parlay X(Parlay组织制定的基于Web Service的开放业务网关接口),JAIN(Java APIs ForIntegrated Networks,综合网Java应用编程接口)API等等。基于这些接口实现的网络能力封装的系统统一称之为电信业务开放网关。
电信业务开放网关中一类是把电信网络语音能力开放给第三方SP使用,如Parlay X制定的接口Third Party Call,Audio Call等,这些接口允许第三方SP主动发起呼叫。
如图1所示,现有的呼叫方法和呼叫系统的电信业务开网关语音能力实现本身不考虑被呼叫方的漫游情况,网关与本局的底层交换设备MSC(MobileSwitch Center移动交换中心)/SSP(Service Switch Point,业务交换点)直接相连,如果被呼叫方漫游了,由底层的网络交换设备MSC来实现呼叫前转功能。
例如Parlay X的Third Party Call(由第三方SP发起呼叫,指示网关先试呼第一方Party A,Party A应答后网关再试呼第二方Party B,Party B应答后网关把两次试呼的呼叫段联成一个呼叫,双方建立通话)接口业务实现如下:
假设Party A与Party B同归属一个HLR(Home Location Register,归属位置寄存器)A,MSC A。Party A漫游到VMSC C,Party B漫游到VMSC D,其信令流程如图2所示。
网关与归属的本局MSC/SSP直连,网关不与拜访地的VMSC直连,不与归属的HLR直连,如果被呼叫方漫游了,网关无法知道被呼叫方漫游到哪个VMSC,也无法直接把信令消息发到VMSC。
图中的实线表示CAP{CAMEL Application,CAMEL(CustomizedApplications for Mobile Network Enhanced Logic(移动网络增强业务的客户化应用)应用部分]信令,虚线表示ISUP(Integrated Services DigitalNetwork User Part,ISDN用户部分)信令,点划线表示MAP(MobileApplication Part,移动应用部分)信令。
详细过程如下:
步骤901,网关下发ICA(InitiateCallAttempt,初始试呼)操作到被呼叫方归属的MSC A,指示开始试呼Party A;
步骤902,MSC A发送SRI(SendRontingInfo,发送路由信息)操作到HLRA,由于Party A已漫游,HLR A发送PRN(ProvideRoamingNumber,提供漫游号)到拜访地VMSC C,MSC A与MSC C通过ISUP信令(IAM(Initial AddressMessage,初始化地址消息),ACM(Address Complete Message,地址全消息指明呼叫被叫用户所需的全部地址信号都已经收到)等操作)建立交互连接,并且VMSC C呼叫Party A,Party A振铃;
步骤903,网关再发送RRBE(RequestReportBCSMEvent,请求报告BCSM事件),CWA(ContinueWithArgument,继续与协商)到MSC A,请求MSC A上报Party A的BCSM事件;
步骤904,Party A应答后,MSC C发送ANC(Answer Signal,Charge,应答信号,计费)操作通知MSC A Party A已应答,MSC A上报ERB(EventReportBCSM,BCSM(基本呼叫状态模式)事件报告)操作通知网关Party A已应答,网关下发CWA操作到VMSC C改变呼叫机状态,网关再下发ICA到MSC A,指示开始试试呼Party B;
步骤905,MSC A发送SRI到HLR A查询Party B的漫游信息,Party B已漫游,HLR A发送PRN到拜访地VMSC D,MSC A与MSC D建立交互连接,并且VMSC D呼叫Party B,Party B振铃;
步骤906,网关再发送RRBE,AC(ApplyCharing,申请计费),CWA(ContinueWithArgument,继续与协商),到MSC A;请求MSC A上报PartyB的BCSM事件和对Party B的呼叫时长监控;
步骤907,Party B应答后,MSC A上报ERB事件操作到网关,网关下发CWA操作到VMSC C改变呼叫机状态,网关再发送MoveLeg(移动呼叫脚)操作到MSC A合前两个呼叫段、CWA操作改变呼叫机状态,Party A与Party B连通双方通话;
步骤908,Party A或Party B任一方挂机,MSC A上报ERB,ACR(ApplyCharingReport,申请计费报告)事件操作通知网关;
步骤909,网关发送RC(ReleaseCall,释放呼叫)到MSC A,释放呼叫。
因此现有的呼叫方法及呼叫系统具有如下缺陷:
1、网关不具有呼叫前转功能,与被呼叫方的归属的MSC相连,由归属地MSC实现呼叫前转;
2、被呼叫方归属的MSC要与被呼叫方拜访地VMSC(Visit Mobile SwitchCenter,拜访地移动交换中心)建立连接交互,独占一条信令通道,增加网络的总流量。
3、需要交互的网关比较多,呼叫总响应时间变长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的呼叫系统及呼叫系统的缺陷,提供一种呼叫系统,网关可以绕过本局归属的MSC,交互的网元减少,一次呼叫的信令流量也减少。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种呼叫方法,包括如下步骤:包括如下步骤:
步骤1,网关向第一被呼叫方所在的归属位置寄存器(即网关直连的本局的归属位置寄存器)查询第一被呼叫方是否漫游;
步骤2,如果第一被呼叫方已经漫游,则所述第一被呼叫方所在的归属位置寄存器向所述网关返回第一被呼叫方目前所在的拜访地移动交换中心的地址码,执行步骤3;否则返回第一被呼叫方归属地移动交换中心的地址码;
步骤3,所述网关根据第一被呼叫方拜访地移动交换中心的地址码,路由到第一被呼叫方拜访地移动交换中心上下发初始呼叫信息,指示开始呼叫第一被呼叫方;
所述步骤3之后还包括:步骤4,第一被呼叫方应答后,第一被呼叫方拜访地移动交换中心通知网关第一被呼叫方已经应答。

为实现上述目的,本发明还提供了一种呼叫系统,包括:
网关,用于查询第一被呼叫方是否漫游,和下发初始呼叫信息;
网关本局的归属位置寄存器,与所述网关直接相连接,用于提供第一被呼叫方当前所在的移动交换中心的地址码和第一被呼叫方用户签约信息(CAMEL subscription information,简称CSI);
拜访地移动交换中心,与所述网关和网关本局的归属位置寄存器通过No.7信令网相连接,用于根据所述网关下发的初始呼叫信息,对第一被呼叫方进行呼叫。
其中还包括第二被呼叫方移动交换中心,与所述网关、网关本局的归属位置寄存器和拜访地移动交换中心通过No.7信令网相连接,用于根据所述网关向所述拜访地移动交换中心发送的初始呼叫信息,呼叫第二被呼叫方。
因此,本发明的呼叫方法及呼叫系统中的网关具有智能网SCP功能同,实现了呼叫漫游前转路由,绕过了本局归属的MSC,交互的网元减少,一次呼叫的信令流量也减少。
下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。

具体实施方式
本方案是电信业务开放业务网关集成了现有智能网的SCP(ServiceControl Point)功能,负责业务逻辑控制实现,与网络侧服务交换节点(Service Switch Point,SSP)之间按标准的信令协议通信。网关根据业务逻辑向相应的SSP发出呼叫控制指令,从而实现各种智能呼叫。第三方SP主动发起的呼叫是CAMEL Phase 4规范中协议操作业务实现。本方案针对这种情况,提出被呼叫方漫游时的一种实现方案。
如图3所示,本发明的呼叫系统,包括网关1,用于查询第一被呼叫方是否漫游,和下发初始呼叫信息;网关本局的归属位置寄存器2,与网关1直接相连接,用于提供被呼叫方当前所在的移动交换中心的地址码和被呼叫方CSI签约信息;拜访地移动交换中心3,与网关1和网关本局的归属位置寄存器2通过No.7信令网7相连接,用于根据网关1下发的初始呼叫信息,对第一被呼叫方进行呼叫;第二被叫呼叫方移动交换中心4,与网关1、网关本局的归属位置寄存器2和拜访地移动交换中心3通过No.7信令网5相连接,用于根据网关1向所述拜访地移动交换中心2发送的初始呼叫信息,呼叫第二被呼叫方。
网关1在网络中作为一个独立的网元,通过No.7信令网5与其它移动交换中心或其它网元相连接。当第三方SP调用网关1相应接口发起一次呼叫时,网关1先发送SRI(SendRoutingInfo)信令到HLR2,查询被呼叫方当前所在VMSC的GT(Global Title)码,然后网关1再根据这个GT码把后续的信令操作通过No.7网络5路由发送到拜访地的VMSC上,从而绕过了本局归属的MSC。
以Parlay X的Third Party Call接口的业务实现为例。假设第一被呼叫方Party A与第二被呼叫方Party B同归属一个归属位置寄存器HLR A和移动交换中心MSC A。Party A漫游到第一拜访地移动交换中心VMSC C,PartyB漫游游到第二拜访地移动交换中心VMSC D,如图4所示,为本发明呼叫方法的信令图,详细步骤如下:
步骤101,网关向第一被呼叫方所在的归属位置寄存器发送SRI查询第一被呼叫方是否漫游;
步骤102,如果第一被呼叫方已经漫游,则所述第一归属位置寄存器向所述网关返回第一被呼叫方目前所在的拜访地移动交换中心的地址码GT,执行步骤103;否则返回第一被呼叫方归属地移动交换中心的地址码;;
步骤103,所述网关根据第一被呼叫方拜访地移动交换中心的地址码,路由到第一被呼叫方拜访地移动交换中心上,下发初始呼叫信息ICA,指示开始呼叫第一被呼叫方;网关后续的信令操作也直接下发到第一被呼叫方拜访地移动交换中心,在第一被呼叫方拜访地移动交换中心上建立呼叫交换控制;

因此本发明的呼叫方法和呼叫系统的综合业务开放网关具有智能网SCP功能,网关自己本身实现呼叫漫游前转路由功能。本发明的呼叫方法,因为绕过了被呼叫方本局归属的MSC,交互的网元减少,一次呼叫的信令流量也减少。

步骤1,网关向第一被呼叫方所在的归属位置寄存器查询第一被呼叫方是否漫游;
步骤2,如果第一被呼叫方已经漫游,则所述第一被呼叫方所在的归属位置寄存器向所述网关返回第一被呼叫方目前所在的拜访地移动交换中心的地址码,执行步骤3;否则返回第一被呼叫方归属地移动交换中心的地址码;
步骤3,所述网关根据第一被呼叫方拜访地移动交换中心的地址码,路由到第一被呼叫方拜访地移动交换中心上,下发初始呼叫信息,指示开始呼叫第一被呼叫方。

第二被呼叫方移动交换中心,与所述网关、网关本局的归属位置寄存器和拜访地移动交换中心通过No.7信令网相连接,用于根据所述网关向所述拜访地移动交换中心发送的初始呼叫信息,呼叫第二被呼叫方。
