Abstract
本发明公开了一种用户设备对网络操作模式的变化进行响应的方法,主要包括以下步骤:A1、当用户设备确定网络操作模式发生变化时,执行步骤A2;A2、当用户设备确定所述用户设备处于GPRS移动管理注册状态或者GPRS移动管理的发起路由区状态时,执行步骤A3;A3、用户设备确定所述用户设备的业务模式,并判断所处移动通信网络的网络操作模式,然后根据已确定的用户设备的业务模式和判断出的网络操作模式的变化方式查找表,依据查找表结果对网络操作模式的变化进行响应。本发明的技术方案使得用户设备在其所处路由区变化和不变化的情况下,都能够对网络操作模式的变化进行响应,很好地保证了用户设备和网络操作模式的一致性。

技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信技术,特别涉及一种用户设备对网络操作模式的变化进行响应的方法。
背景技术
移动通信网络中,用户设备(UE)需要向基站控制器(BSC)或者无线网络控制器(RNC)上报其位置信息,包括UE所处位置区(LA)和所处路由区(RA)等信息。UE的上报方式是由移动通信网络的网络操作模式(NMO)来决定的。
全球移动通信网络(GSM)包括三种网络操作模式:网络操作模式I(NMO-I)、网络操作模式II(NMO-II)和网络操作模式III(NMO-III);通用移动通信网络(UMTS)有两种网路操作模式:NMO-I和NMO-II。
移动通信网络的网络操作模式是不断地变化,因此,UE需要检测到网络操作模式的变化并进行响应,才能够处于与当前网络操作模式相匹配的状态,从而能够正常地接入移动通信网络。
3GPP24.008中规定:当UE从一个路由区(RA)迁移到另外一个RA,由于UE所处的RA发生变化,从而UE通过定时检测移动通信网络下发的系统消息检测到网络模式发生变化,并进行响应。图1为现有技术中UE对网络操作模式的变化进行响应的方法流程图。如图1所示,现有技术中UE对网络操作模式的变化进行响应的方法包括以下步骤:
在步骤101,UE检测网络下发的系统消息;
在步骤102,UE对检测到的系统消息进行解析;
在步骤103,UE判断当前网络操作模式是否发生变化,如果网络操作模式没有发生变化,则返回步骤101,继续检测网络下发的系统消息;如果网络操作模式发生了变化,则执行步骤104;
在步骤104,UE判断当前所处的RA是否发生变化,如果所处RA没有发生变化,则执行步骤105;如果所处RA发生了变化,则执行步骤106;
在步骤105,UE不做任何响应,并结束本流程;
在步骤106,UE根据3GPP中的相关规定进行响应,使所处的状态与当前网络操作模式匹配,并结束本流程。
可见,现有技术中,UE在所处RA不发生变化时,无法对检测到的网络操作模式的变化做出相应的响应,从而造成了其状态与当前的网络操作模式不匹配。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于:提供一种用户设备对网络操作模式的变化进行响应的方法,该方法不论用户设备所处的路由区是否发生变化,都能够实现用户设备对网络操作模式的变化进行响应。
根据上述的发明目的,本发明提供了一种用户设备对网络操作模式的变化进行响应的方法,包括以下步骤:
A1、当用户设备确定网络操作模式发生变化时,执行步骤A2;
A2、当用户设备确定所述用户设备处于GPRS移动管理注册状态或者GPRS移动管理的发起路由区状态时,执行步骤A3;
A3、用户设备确定所述用户设备的业务模式,并判断所处移动通信网络的网络操作模式,然后根据已确定的用户设备的业务模式和判断出的网络操作模式的变化方式查找表,依据查找表结果对网络操作模式的变化进行响应,所述查找表的内容为3GPP24.008中规定的相关内容。
所述用户设备为移动电话、或者用户数据智能卡、或者个人数字助理;
所述用户设备的业务模式为:可同时进行电路交换业务和分组交换业务的模式A;或者为可单独进行电路交换业务或分组交换业务的模式B;或者为只可进行分组交换业务的模式C。
在步骤A1之前进一步包括:
A01、用户设备对检测到的移动通信网络下发的系统消息进行解析;
步骤A1所述用户设备确定网络操作模式发生变化的方法为:用户设备根据对检测到的移动通信网络下发的系统消息进行解析确定网络操作模式发生变化。
步骤A1进一步包括:用户设备根据所述用户设备是否被重选来判断移动通信系统是否升级,如果移动通信网络进行了升级,则执行步骤A2;如果移动通信系统未升级且网络操作模式没有发生变化,则退出本流程。
所述移动通信网络为GSM网络;所述网络操作模式为:网络操作模式I、或者网络操作模式II、或者网络操作模式III。
所述方法包括以下步骤:
A30、用户设备判断当前的业务模式;如果用户设备处于模式A或者模式B,则执行步骤A31;如果用户设备处于由模式B在网络操作模式III时转换为的模式C,则执行步骤A32;如果用户设备处于由模式B在网络操作模式III时转换为的仅进行电路交换业务的IMSI附着方式,则执行步骤A33;
A31、用户设备判断GSM的网络操作模式的变化方式,如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式I变为网络操作模式II或网络操作模式III;或者从网络操作模式II变为网络操作模式III;或者从网络操作模式III变为网络操作模式II,则用户设备进行正常的路由更新以及正常的位置更新;
如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式II或者从网络操作模式III变为网络操作模式I,则用户设备进行IMSI附着的复合路由区更新;
A32、用户设备判断GSM的网络操作模式的变化方式,如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式I变为网络操作模式II,则用户设备进行正常的位置更新以及正常的路由区更新;
如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式I变为网络操作模式III;或者从网络操作模式II变为网络操作模式III,则用户设备进行IMSI去附着,并进行正常的路由区更新;
如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式III或者从网络操作模式II变为网络操作模式I,则用户设备进行IMSI附着的复合路由区更新;
如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式III变为网络操作模式II,则用户设备进行IMSI去附着,并进行正常的路由区更新;
A33、用户设备判断GSM的网络操作模式的变化方式,如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式I变为网络操作模式II,则用户设备进行正常的位置更新以及正常的路由区更新;
如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式I或者从网络操作模式II变为网络操作模式III;或者从网络操作模式III变为网络操作模式II,则用户设备进行正常的位置更新,并进行类型为GPRS去附着;
如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式II变为网络操作模式I,则用户设备进行IMSI附着的复合路由区更新;
如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式III变为网络操作模式I,则用户设备进行复合的GPRS附着。
所述移动通信网络为UMTS网络;所述网络操作模式包括:网络操作模式I和网络操作模式II。
所述的方法包括以下步骤:
A41、用户设备确定当前的业务模式为模式A时,执行步骤A42;

A53、用户设备判断当前的网络操作模式,如果当前的网络操作模式为网络操作模式I,则用户设备进行复合路由区更新,并结束本流程;
如果当前的网络操作模式为网络操作模式II,则用户设备进行正常的位置更新,以及正常的路由区更新,并结束本流程;
A54、用户设备判断伴随着移动通信系统升级的网络操作模式的变化方式,如果变化方式为从网络操作模式I变为网络操作模式II,或者为从网络操作模式III变为网络操作模式II,同时移动通信系统从GSM系统升级为UMTS系统,则用户设备进行正常的位置更新,以及正常的路由区更新,并结束本流程;
如果为从网络操作模式II变为网络操作模式I,同时移动通信网络从GSM网络升级为UMTS网络,则用户设备进行IMSI附着的复合路由区更新,并结束本流程。
由上述的技术方案可见,用户设备不判断其所处的路由区是否发生变化,而是不管其所处的路由区是否发生变化,都在其处于GPRS移动管理注册(GMM-REGISTERED)状态和GPRS移动管理的发起路由区更新(GMM-ROUTING-AREA-UPDATING-INITIATED)状态时对网络操作模式的变化进行响应,从而避免了当前的网络操作模式与用户设备的状态不匹配的情况出现,很好地保证了用户设备与网络操作模式的一致性。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下参照附图并举实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。
本发明的基本思想是:用户设备不管其所处的路由区是否发生变化,都在其处于GPRS移动管理(GMM)注册状态和GMM的发起路由区更新(RAU)状态时对网络操作模式的变化进行响应。
用户设备进行响应的方法是由其自身所处的业务模式类型和网络操作模式变化方式来决定的。
现有的UE一般包括三种业务模式:模式A(MODE-A),可同时进行电路交换(CS)业务和分组交换(PS)业务;模式B(MODE-B),可分别进行CS业务和分PS业务;模式C(MODE-C),只能进行PS业务。
除上述三种业务模式之外,还有一种情况是仅进行CS业务的IMSI附着方式。这是由于NMO-III要求用户设备仅能够进行PS业务或者仅能够进行CS业务,业务模式为模式B的用户设备在网络操作模式为NMO-III时,切换为了只进行CS业务的方式。
网络操作模式发生变化包括两种情况:仅网络操作模式发生变化、网络操作模式发生变化的同时移动通信网络进行升级。
下面先以移动通信网络不升级时UE对网络操作模式的变化进行响应为例进行详细说明。
实施例一
图2为本发明实施例一中UE对GSM网络的网络操作模式的变化进行响应的方法流程图。如图2所示,接入GSM网络的UE处于MODE-A或MODE-B时,对网络操作模式的变化进行响应的方法包括以下步骤:
在步骤201,UE进行CS或者PS业务,并检测GSM网络下发的系统消息;
在步骤202,UE对检测到的GSM网络下发的系统消息进行解析;
在步骤203,UE将对检测到的GSM网络下发的系统消息进行解析的结果与UE内部存储的对上一次检测到的系统消息进行解析的结果进行比较,并将对本次检测到的GSM网络下发的系统消息进行解析的结果存储于其内部,用于下一次的比较。UE通过比较两次解析的结果中包含的网络操作模式信息是否一致来判断GSM网络的网络操作模式是否发生变化,如果网络操作模式没有发生变化,则返回步骤201,继续进行CS或者PS业务并检测GSM网络下发的系统消息;如果网络操作模式发生了变化,则执行步骤204;
在步骤204,UE判断其是否处于GMM注册状态或者GMM的发起RAU状态,如果是,则执行步骤205;如果不是,则等待UE转为此两种状态,并继续判断;
在步骤205,UE确定其当前的业务模式;如果处于MODE-A或者MODE-B,则执行步骤206。本实施例只说明UE处于MODE-A或者MODE-B时的响应方法,UE处于其他业务模式时的方法在其他实施例中予以说明;
在步骤206,UE判断GSM网络的网络操作模式的变化方式,如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从NMO-I变为另两种模式、或者从NMO-II变为NMO-III、或者从NMO-III变为NMO-II,则执行步骤207;如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从NMO-II或者从NMO-III变为NMO-I,则执行步骤208;
在步骤207,UE进行正常的路由区更新以及正常的位置区更新,并结束本流程;
在步骤208,UE进行国际移动用户识别码(IMSI)附着的复合路由区更新,并结束本流程。
本实施例中,步骤205~步骤206可以为一个查找表过程,两个步骤的执行顺序可以调换,也可以同时执行;而步骤207和步骤208则是根据查找表的结果进行响应的过程。
本实施例中的UE可以为移动电话、用户数据智能卡或个人数字助理(PDA)等任何一种用户设备。
本实施例仅对UE处于MODE-A或者MODE-B模式时对网络操作模式变化的响应方法进行了描述,当UE处于其他业务模式时的响应方法,由实施例二来说明。
实施例二
图3为本发明实施例二中UE对GSM网络的网络操作模式的变化进行响应的方法流程图。如图3所示,当业务模式为由MODE-B在网络操作模式III时转换为的MODE-C或转换为的仅进行CS业务的IMSI附着方式时,接入GSM网络的UE对网络操作模式的变化进行响应的方法包括以下步骤:
在步骤301,UE进行CS或者PS业务,并检测GSM网络下发的系统消息;
在步骤302,UE对检测到的GSM网络下发的系统消息进行解析;
在步骤303,UE将对检测到的GSM网络下发的系统消息进行解析的结果与UE内部存储的对上一次检测到的系统消息进行解析的结果进行比较,并将对本次检测到的GSM网络下发的系统消息进行解析的结果存储于其内部,用于下一次的比较。UE通过比较两次解析的结果中包含的网络操作模式信息是否一致来判断GSM网络的网络操作模式是否发生变化,如果网络操作模式没有发生变化,则返回步骤301,继续进行CS或者PS业务并检测GSM网络下发的系统消息;如果网络操作模式发生了变化,则执行步骤304;
在步骤304,UE判断其是否处于GMM注册状态或者GMM的发起RAU状态,如果是,则执行步骤305;如果不是,则等待UE转为此两种状态,并继续判断;
在步骤305,UE确定其当前的业务模式;如果处于由MODE-B在网络操作模式III时转换为的MODE-C,则执行步骤306;如果处于由MODE-B在网络操作模式III时转换为的仅进行CS业务的IMSI附着方式,则执行步骤311;

本实施例说明了业务模式为MODE-B的UE在网络操作模式为NMO-III时转换为MODE-C或转换为仅进行CS业务的IMSI附着方式的情况下,对GSM网络的网络操作模式变化的响应方法。其中,步骤305、步骤306和步骤311也可以为查找表的过程,执行的先后顺序可以调换,也可以同时进行;而步骤307~步骤310和步骤312~步骤315则为根据查找表结果进行响应的过程。
本实施例中的UE可以为移动电话、用户数据智能卡或PDA等任何一种用户设备。
实施例三
图4为本发明实施例三中UE对GSM网络的网络操作模式的变化进行响应的方法流程图。如图4所示,接入GSM网络的UE以查找表方式对网络模式的变化进行响应的方法包括以下步骤:
在步骤401,UE进行当前业务,并检测GSM网络下发的系统消息;
在步骤402,UE对检测到的GSM网络下发的系统消息进行解析;
在步骤403,UE将对检测到的GSM网络下发的系统消息进行解析的结果与UE内部存储的对上一次检测到的系统消息进行解析的结果进行比较,并将对本次检测到的GSM网络下发的系统消息进行解析的结果存储于其内部,用于下一次的比较。UE通过比较两次解析的结果中包含的网络操作模式信息是否一致来判断GSM网络的网络操作模式是否发生变化,如果网络操作模式没有发生变化,则返回步骤401,继续进行当前业务并检测GSM网络下发的系统消息;如果网络操作模式发生了变化,则执行步骤404;
在步骤404,UE判断其是否处于GMM注册状态或者GMM的发起路由区更新状态,如果是,则执行步骤405;如果不是,则等待UE转为此两种状态,并继续判断;
在步骤405,UE根据其所处的业务模式和网络操作模式的变化方式进行查找表;查找表的内容为3GPP24.008中规定的相关内容;

本实施例中的步骤405~步骤406的方法流程是对实施例一的步骤205~步骤208和实施例二的步骤305~步骤315的方法流程的一个替换。本实施例中的UE可以为移动电话、用户数据智能卡或PDA等任何一种用户设备。
上述三个实施例均是以接入GSM网络的UE对网络操作模式的变化进行响应为例进行详细说明的,本发明的技术方案同样也适用于其他移动通信网络,例如UMTS网络,这就构成了本发明的第四个实施例。
实施例四
图5为本发明实施例四中UE对UMTS网络的网络操作模式的变化进行响应的方法流程图。如图5所示,接入UMTS网络的UE处于MODE-A时,对网络操作模式的变化进行响应的方法包括以下步骤:
在步骤501,UE进行CS或者PS业务,并检测UMTS网络下发的系统消息;
在步骤502,UE对检测到的UMTS网络下发的系统消息进行解析;
在步骤503,UE将对检测到的UMTS网络下发的系统消息进行解析的结果与UE内部存储的对上一次检测到的系统消息进行解析的结果进行比较,并将对本次检测到的UMTS网络下发的系统消息进行解析的结果存储于其内部,用于下一次的比较。UE通过比较两次解析的结果中包含的网络操作模式信息是否一致来判断UMTS网络的网络操作模式是否发生变化,如果网络操作模式没有发生变化,则返回步骤501,继续进行CS或者PS业务并检测UMTS网络下发的系统消息;如果网络操作模式发生了变化,则执行步骤504;
在步骤504,UE判断其是否处于GMM注册状态或者GMM的发起路由区更新状态,如果是,则执行步骤505;如果不是,则等待UE转为此两种状态,并继续判断;
在步骤505,UE确定其当前的业务模式;如果处于MODE-A,则执行步骤506。本实施例只说明接入UMTS网络的UE处于MODE-A时的响应方法,UE处于其他业务模式时的方法与UE处于MODE-A时的响应方法类似;
在步骤506,UE判断UMTS网络的网络操作模式的变化方式,如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从NMO-I变为NMO-II,则执行步骤507;如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从NMO-II变为NMO-I,则执行步骤508;
在步骤507,UE进行正常的位置区更新以及正常的路由区更新,并结束本流程;
在步骤508,UE进行IMSI附着的复合路由区更新,并结束本流程。
本实施例说明了接入UMTS网络的模式为MODE-A时的UE对网络操作模式变化的响应方法。业务模式为其他模式时,也可以用相同的方法进行响应;步骤505~步骤506可以为一个查找表的过程,执行顺序可以调换,也可以同时进行,步骤507和步骤508为根据查找表结果进行响应的过程。同时,本实施例中的UE可以为移动电话、用户数据智能卡或PDA等任何一种用户设备。
下面以网络操作模式发生变化伴随着移动通信网络升级时UE对网络操作模式的变化进行响应为例。
实施例五
将实施例一中添加一个判断移动通信网络是否升级的过程就得到了本发明的实施例五。图6为本发明实施例五中UE对伴随着移动通信网络从GSM网络升级到UMTS网络的网络操作模式的变化进行响应的方法流程图。移动通信网络从GSM网络升级到UMTS网络,且UE处于MODE-A或者MODE-B时,对网络操作模式的变化进行响应的方法流程如图6所示。
在步骤601,UE进行CS或者PS业务,并检测GSM网络下发的系统消息;
在步骤602,UE对检测到的GSM网络下发的系统消息进行解析;
在步骤603,UE根据其是否被重选判断所接入的移动通信网络是否升级;同时,UE将对检测到的GSM网络下发的系统消息进行解析的结果与UE内部存储的对上一次检测到的系统消息进行解析的结果进行比较,并将对本次检测到的GSM网络下发的系统消息进行解析的结果存储于其内部,用于下一次的比较。UE通过比较两次解析的结果中包含的网络操作模式信息是否一致来判断网络操作模式是否变化。
本实施例仅考虑移动通信网络升级的情况。如果移动通信网络升级,则执行步骤604;如果移动通信网络没有升级且网络操作模式未发生变化,则返回步骤601,继续执行当前业务;
在步骤604,UE判断其是否处于GMM注册状态或者GMM的发起路由区更新状态,如果是,则执行步骤605;如果不是,则等待UE转为此两种状态,并继续判断;
在步骤605,UE确定其当前的业务模式;如果处于MODE-A或者MODE-B,则执行步骤606。本实施例只说明UE处于MODE-A或者MODE-B时的响应方法,UE处于其他业务模式时的方法与UE处于MODE-A或者MODE-B时的响应方法类似;
在步骤606,如果步骤603判断出网络操作模式未发生变化,则执行步骤607;如果步骤603判断出网络操作模式发生了变化,则执行步骤610;
在步骤607,如果步骤603判断出当前所处网络操作模式为NMO-I,则执行步骤608;如果步骤603判断出当前所处网络模式为NMO-II,则执行步骤609;
在步骤608,UE进行复合路由区更新,并结束本流程;
在步骤609,UE进行正常的位置区更新以及正常的路由区更新,并结束本流程;
在步骤610,如果步骤603判断出伴随着移动通信网络升级的网络操作模式的变化方式为从NMO-I变为NMO-II、或者从NMO-III变为NMO-II伴随着GSM网络升级为UMTS网络,则执行步骤611;如果步骤603判断出伴随着移动通信网络升级的网络操作模式的变化方式为从NMO-II变为NMO-I伴随着GSM网络升级为UMTS网络,则执行步骤612;
在步骤611,UE进行正常的位置区更新以及正常的路由区更新,并结束本流程;
在步骤612,UE进行IMSI附着的复合路由区更新,并结束本流程。
本实施例说明了业务模式为MODE-A或者MODE-B时的UE对伴随着移动通信网络升级的网络操作模式发生变化的响应方法。当UE的业务模式为其他模式时,也可以用相同的方法进行响应;移动通信网络的其他升级方式也可以用相同的方法进行响应,例如将实施例四中也添加一个判断移动通信网络是否升级的过程。本实施例的步骤605~步骤607以及步骤610可以为一个查找表的过程,执行顺序可以调换,也可以同时进行。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换以及改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (11)
1、一种用户设备对网络操作模式的变化进行响应的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A1、当用户设备确定网络操作模式发生变化时,执行步骤A2;
A2、当用户设备确定所述用户设备处于GPRS移动管理注册状态或者GPRS移动管理的发起路由区状态时,执行步骤A3;
A3、用户设备确定所述用户设备的业务模式,并判断所处移动通信网络的网络操作模式,然后根据已确定的用户设备的业务模式和判断出的网络操作模式的变化方式查找表,依据查找表结果对网络操作模式的变化进行响应,所述查找表的内容为3GPP24.008中规定的相关内容。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户设备为移动电话、或者用户数据智能卡、或者个人数字助理;
所述用户设备的业务模式为:可同时进行电路交换业务和分组交换业务的模式A;或者为可单独进行电路交换业务或分组交换业务的模式B;或者为只可进行分组交换业务的模式C。
3、如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤A1之前进一步包括:
A01、用户设备对检测到的移动通信网络下发的系统消息进行解析;
步骤A1所述用户设备确定网络操作模式发生变化的方法为:用户设备根据对检测到的移动通信网络下发的系统消息进行解析确定网络操作模式发生变化。
4、如权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤A1进一步包括:用户设备根据所述用户设备是否被重选来判断移动通信系统是否升级,如果移动通信网络进行了升级,则执行步骤A2;如果移动通信系统未升级且网络操作模式没有发生变化,则退出本流程。
5、如权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动通信网络为GSM网络;所述网络操作模式为:网络操作模式I、或者网络操作模式II、或者网络操作模式III。
6、如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
A30、用户设备判断当前的业务模式;如果用户设备处于模式A或者模式B,则执行步骤A31;如果用户设备处于由模式B在网络操作模式III时转换为的模式C,则执行步骤A32;如果用户设备处于由模式B在网络操作模式III时转换为的仅进行电路交换业务的IMSI附着方式,则执行步骤A33;
A31、用户设备判断GSM的网络操作模式的变化方式,如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式I变为网络操作模式II或网络操作模式III;或者从网络操作模式II变为网络操作模式III;或者从网络操作模式III变为网络操作模式II,则用户设备进行正常的路由更新以及正常的位置更新;
如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式II或者从网络操作模式III变为网络操作模式I,则用户设备进行IMSI附着的复合路由区更新;
A32、用户设备判断GSM的网络操作模式的变化方式,如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式I变为网络操作模式II,则用户设备进行正常的位置更新以及正常的路由区更新;
如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式I变为网络操作模式III;或者从网络操作模式II变为网络操作模式III,则用户设备进行IMSI去附着,并进行正常的路由区更新;
如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式III或者从网络操作模式II变为网络操作模式I,则用户设备进行IMSI附着的复合路由区更新;
如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式III变为网络操作模式II,则用户设备进行IMSI去附着,并进行正常的路由区更新;
A33、用户设备判断GSM的网络操作模式的变化方式,如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式I变为网络操作模式II,则用户设备进行正常的位置更新以及正常的路由区更新;
如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式I或者从网络操作模式II变为网络操作模式III;或者从网络操作模式III变为网络操作模式II,则用户设备进行正常的位置更新,并进行类型为GPRS去附着;
如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式II变为网络操作模式I,则用户设备进行IMSI附着的复合路由区更新;
如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式III变为网络操作模式I,则用户设备进行复合的GPRS附着。
7、如权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动通信网络为UMTS网络;所述网络操作模式包括:网络操作模式I和网络操作模式II。
8、如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的方法包括以下步骤:
A41、用户设备确定当前的业务模式为模式A时,执行步骤A42;
A42、用户设备判断UMTS的网络操作模式的变化方式,如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式I变为网络操作模式II,则用户设备进行正常的位置更新,以及正常的路由区更新;
如果网络操作模式的变化方式为从网络操作模式II变为网络操作模式I,则用户设备进行IMSI附着的复合路由区更新。
9、如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动通信网络为GSM网络;
所述移动通信系统进行升级为:用户设备所处的移动通信系统从GSM系统升级到UMTS系统;
所述网络操作模式为:网络操作模式I、或网络操作模式II、或网络操作模式III。
10、如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤A3进一步包括:根据当前移动通信系统是否升级进行查找表。
11、如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
A51、用户设备确定当前的业务模式为模式A或者模式B时,执行步骤A52;
A52、用户设备判断网络操作模式是否发生变化,如果未发生变化,则执行步骤A53;如果发生了变化,则执行步骤A54;
A53、用户设备判断当前的网络操作模式,如果当前的网络操作模式为网络操作模式I,则用户设备进行复合路由区更新,并结束本流程;
如果当前的网络操作模式为网络操作模式II,则用户设备进行正常的位置更新,以及正常的路由区更新,并结束本流程;
A54、用户设备判断伴随着移动通信系统升级的网络操作模式的变化方式,如果为从网络操作模式I变为网络操作模式II,或者为从网络操作模式III变为网络操作模式II,同时移动通信系统从GSM系统升级为UMTS系统,则用户设备进行正常的位置更新,以及正常的路由区更新,并结束本流程;
如果为从网络操作模式II变为网络操作模式I,同时移动通信系统从GSM系统升级为UMTS系统,则用户设备进行IMSI附着的复合路由区更新,并结束本流程。
