本发明公开了一种水稻田除草剂。一种水稻田除草剂,其由有效成份和辅料组成,所述的有效成份为吡嘧磺隆和氰氟草酯混合物,其中,在该有效成份中吡嘧磺隆和氰氟草酯的配比范围为1—0.75。这种水稻田除草剂降低了水稻田化学除草的亩成本,减轻了农民的负担,只需一次施药就能防治水稻田多种禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草的危害,因此可以降低水稻田除草剂的亩成本,且提高了对水稻田恶性杂草的除草效果。

一种水稻田除草剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水稻田除草剂。
背景技术
水稻是我国很大的粮食作物,但是水稻田除草剂的发展却很缓慢。所使用的氰氟草酯,属二苯醚类除草剂,是一种水稻田选择性除草剂,只能作茎叶处理,芽前处理无效,主要防除稗草,千金子等禾本科杂草,在禾本科杂草2-3叶期施药。而吡嘧磺隆一般是在播种后3—10天使用,对稗草只是具有抑制作用。这两种除草剂的单独使用,仅能防治禾本科杂草或阔叶杂草,但是对水稻田的恶性杂草千金子和稗草的防效不好。而且水稻田除草剂用药量的增加,杂草的抗药性也越来越严重,象千金子、稗草这些恶性杂草的危害也更加严重。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种降低水稻田除草剂的亩成本,并且提高对水稻田恶性杂草除草效果的水稻田除草剂。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种水稻田除草剂,其由有效成份和辅料组成,所述的有效成份为吡嘧磺隆和氰氟草酯混和物,其中,在该有效成份中吡嘧磺隆和氰氟草酯的配比范围为1—0.75。
所述的水稻田除草剂,在有效成份中吡嘧磺隆与氰氟草酯的配比为0.3。
所述的水稻田除草剂,所述除草剂为乳油剂,有效成份所占的比重为1-80份,所述的辅料所占的比重为1-20份,所述的辅料为表面活性剂。
所述的水稻田除草剂,所述的表面活性剂为三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物。
所述的水稻田除草剂,所述除草剂为水分散粒剂,所述有效成份所占比重为10-85份,所述的辅料为0.1-10份的润湿剂、0.1—20份的崩解剂、5-30份的分散剂和粘合剂、0.1-5份隔离剂、1-40份的载体。
所述的水稻田除草剂,所述的润湿剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类,所述的崩解剂为交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮类,所述的分散剂为脂肪醇与环氧乙烷的缩合物、所述的粘合剂为醋酸乙烯树脂。
所述的水稻田除草剂,所述除草剂为干悬浮剂,所述有效成份所占比重为10-85份,所述的辅料为0.1-10份的润湿剂、5-30份的分散剂和粘合剂、1-40份的载体和0.1-20份的崩解剂
本发明的水稻田除草剂,由于吡嘧磺隆是一种磺酰脲类选择性水田除草剂,有效成份可在水中迅速扩散,被杂草的根部吸收后传导到植株体内,阻碍氨基酸的合成,抑制杂草茎叶部的生长和根部的伸展,然后枯死,吡嘧磺隆在推荐剂量下对稗草只有抑制作用。而氰氟草酯是一种二苯醚类除草剂,只能作茎叶处理,芽前处理无效,可防除稗草、千金子、马唐、双穗雀稗、狗尾草、牛筋草等禾本科杂草。且对水稻高度安全,各种栽培方式(如旱育秧、水育秧、直播、抛秧、插秧等)的水稻由苗期到拔节期使用都不会产生药害。
本发明将两者复配,相混合作为乳油制剂,可以发挥出两种药料的综合优势。扩大各有效成份的杀草谱、提高防治效果、减少用药量、降低成本、方便农民使用。只需一次施药就能防治水稻田多种禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草的危害,因此可以降低水稻田除草剂的亩成本,并且提高对水稻田恶性杂草的防除效果。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
具体实施方式
取吡嘧磺隆的原药和氰氟草酯的原药按照1:1的比例混合成有效成份,制作以下实施例中的除草剂。
实施方式一
所述除草剂为乳油剂,由1份的有效成份和1份的三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物,经过混合搅拌加工,得到乳油制剂,根据实际需要,可以加入适量的甲醇和(或)二甲苯,制成乳油制剂。
实施方式二
所述除草剂为乳油剂,由80份的有效成份和20份的三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物,经过混合搅拌加工,得到乳油制剂,根据实际需要,可以加入适量的甲醇和(或)二甲苯,制成乳油制剂。

所述除草剂为水分散粒剂,由10份的有效成份,和0.1份的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类,0.1份的交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮类,5份的脂肪醇与环氧乙烷的缩合物和醋酸乙烯树脂,0.1份的隔离剂,1份的载体通过混合造粒,制成水分散粒剂。

本发明解决了对千金子、稗草等恶性杂草对稻田的危害,由于一次施药就能防治水稻田多种禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草的危害,降低了水稻田除草剂使用成本,减弱杂草的抗药性,非常适合推广应用。

Claims (6)

1、一种水稻田除草剂,其特征在于:其由有效成份和辅料组成,所述的有效成份为吡嘧磺隆和氰氟草酯混和物,其中,在该有效成份中95%的吡嘧磺隆和97.4%的氰氟草酯的重量配比范围为1:4、1:3或3:10。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水稻田除草剂,其特征在于:所述除草剂为乳油剂,有效成份所占的重量比重为1-80份,所述的辅料所占的重量比重为1-20份,所述的辅料为表面活性剂。
3、根据权利要求2所述的水稻田除草剂,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂为三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物。
4、根据权利要求1所述的水稻田除草剂,其特征在于:所述除草剂为水分散粒剂,所述有效成份所占重量比重为10-85份,所述的辅料为0.1-10份的润湿剂、0.1—20份的崩解剂、分散剂和粘合剂共5-30份、0.1-5份隔离剂和1-40份的载体。
5、根据权利要求4所述的水稻田除草剂,其特征在于:所述的润湿剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类,所述的崩解剂为交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮类,所述的分散剂为脂肪醇与环氧乙烷的缩合物、所述的粘合剂为醋酸乙烯树脂。
6、根据权利要求1所述的水稻田除草剂,其特征在于:所述除草剂为干悬浮剂,所述有效成份所占重量比重为10-85份,所述的辅料为0.1-10份的润湿剂、分散剂和粘合剂共5-30份、1-40份的载体和0.1-20份的崩解剂。
