Abstract

本发明公开了一种多功能抽油泵保护器,属于采油机械。它有效减少了抽油泵柱塞下端在动态下的压力以及柱塞与泵筒间的磨损,使气液在吸入过程中自动分离,气体自动排出,彻底清除了地层吐砂和油管内壁各种下沉的脏垢所造成的卡泵断杆及堵泵故障,效果良好。本发明的技术方案是:与油管连接有存垢外筒、存垢内筒、泵筒接头、泵筒、短接头、短节,短节内固定连接有滤芯,其下端连接有开有若干个反冲器进油孔的反冲器,反冲器自上而下依次连接有接箍、沉砂管,柱塞自上而下依次与游动阀罩、导入器连接,并整体套装入泵筒内,阀球与阀座装入游动阀罩内腔,封堵滑套空套在抽油杆上并与存垢内筒上端接触。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种原油开采抽油泵,具体是多功能抽油泵保护器,属于采油机械。
背景技术
目前国内油田多数采用筒管式抽油泵进行采油,但由于该泵自身的技术缺陷,致使在油田的开采过程中存在以下难以解决的问题:1、地层吐砂;2、地层中排出黏结力较强的游团结体;3、高蜡油;4、油管内壁锈皮脱落;5、垢块脱落;6、油杆扶正器和刮蜡器破碎块下落;7、油体内各种固相物下沉;8、修井或安装作业时泥砂脏物掉入油泵;以上各种现象,造成了很多油井经常发生卡泵或堵泵故障,影响抽油效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种多功能抽油泵保护器,以克服目前筒管式抽油泵存在的技术缺陷。
本发明的技术方案是:
油管通过油管接头与存垢外筒上端连接,存垢外筒下端与短接头连接,短接头上端与置于存垢外筒内的存垢内筒连接,短接头下端与第一短节连接,第一短节自上而下依次连接有泵筒接头、泵筒、固定阀、固定阀接头、第二短节,第二短节内固定连接有滤芯,其下端与反冲器连接,反冲器上开有若干个反冲器进油孔,反冲器自上而下依次连接有接箍、沉砂管,柱塞自上而下依次连接有游动阀罩、导入器,并整体套装入泵筒内,导入器上开有若干个导入器进油孔,阀球与阀座装入游动阀罩内腔,封堵滑套套装在抽油杆上并与存垢内筒上端接触,抽油杆与柱塞上端连接。
本发明减少了抽油泵柱塞下端在动态下的压力,增加吸入量;净化、稀化油体,改变抽吸状态,减少柱塞与泵筒间的磨损及偏磨;使气液在吸入过程中自动分离,气体自动排出,彻底清除了地层吐砂和油管内壁各种下沉的脏垢所造成的卡泵断杆及堵泵故障,效果良好。

具体实施方式
本发明的具体技术方案是:
油管(1)通过油管接头(2)与存垢外筒(3)上端连接,存垢外筒(3)下端与短接头(6)连接,短接头(6)上端与置于存垢外筒(3)内的存垢内筒(5)连接,短接头(6)下端与第一短节(8)连接,第一短节(8)自上而下依次连接有泵筒接头(9)、泵筒(10)、固定阀(11)、固定阀接头(17)、第二短节(18),第二短节(18)内固定连接有滤芯(19),其下端与反冲器(20)连接,反冲器(20)上开有四十四个反冲器进油孔(23),反冲器(20)自上而下依次连接有接箍(21)、沉砂管(22),柱塞(12)自上而下依次连接有游动阀罩(13)、导入器(16),并整体套装入泵筒(10)内,导入器(16)上开有四个导入器进油孔(24),阀球(14)与阀座(15)装入游动阀罩(13)内腔,封堵滑套(4)套装在抽油杆(7)上并与存垢内筒(5)上端接触,抽油杆(7)与柱塞(12)上端连接。
当柱塞(12)起吊入井时,封堵滑套(4)在重力作用下自动下滑至靠近柱塞(12)顶端位置,柱塞(12)进入泵筒(10)后,封堵滑套(4)自动与存垢内筒(5)上端闭合,当柱塞(12)上行的,液流由反冲器(20)进油孔(23)中进入,在液流下冲作用下,砂粒等固相重质物自动下沉落入沉砂管(22),轻质液体上返入泵,同时,液体反冲力可将高黏结力的游团结体冲散,使油体匀化稀化,增加流动运移效果,在整个油体冲击循环过程中,部分气体可在柱塞(12)下行时由反冲器进油孔(23)中排出。滤芯(19)缠有滤网,可对入泵液体进行过滤。在柱塞(12)上行的同时,封堵滑套(4)被液体自动顶起,液体由缝隙中进入油管(1),当柱塞(12)下行时,封堵滑套(4)自动下落再次与存垢内筒(5)闭合,油管(1)内液柱所形成的压力被封堵在封堵滑套(4)以上,柱塞(12)下端阀球(14)被混合液体顺利顶开进入柱塞(12)内腔,封堵滑套(4)可利用液体上行过程中的冲击力产生微量旋转,使之与存垢内筒(5)的端面均匀接触,提高封闭效果。油管(1)内下落的各种脏物,可顺利滑落在存垢外筒(3)与存垢内筒(5)之间的空间内积存起来,不再掉入泵筒,消除了因落物造成的卡泵或断杆事故。
根据油田的不同情况可将存垢外筒(3)和存垢内筒(5)加长或缩短。修井作业时,需将油管(1)与接头(2)、第一短节(8)、泵筒接头(9)卸开,将脏垢排除干净。

1. 一种多功能抽油泵保护器,包括油管(1)、抽油杆(7)、泵筒接头(9)、泵筒(10)、固定阀(11)、固定阀接头(17)、接箍(21)、沉砂管(22)、柱塞(12)、游动阀罩(13)及装入游动阀罩(13)内腔的阀球(14)与阀座(15),其特征是:油管(1)通过油管接头(2)与存垢外筒(3)上端连接,存垢外筒(3)下端与短接头(6)连接,短接头(6)上端与置于存垢外筒(3)内的存垢内筒(5)连接,短接头(6)下端与第一短节(8)连接,第一短节(8)自上而下依次连接有泵筒接头(9)、泵筒(10)、固定阀(11)、固定阀接头(17)、第二短节(18),第二短节(18)内固定连接有滤芯(19),第二短节(18)下端与反冲器(20)连接,反冲器(20)上开有若干个反冲器进油孔(23),反冲器(20)自上而下依次连接有接箍(21)、沉砂管(22),柱塞(12)自上而下依次连接有游动阀罩(13)、导入器(16),并整体套装入泵筒(10)内,导入器(16)上开有若干个导入器进油孔(24),阀球(14)与阀座(15)装入游动阀罩(13)内腔,封堵滑套(4)套装在抽油杆(7)上并与存垢内筒(5)上端接触,抽油杆(7)与柱塞(12)上端连接。
