Abstract

本发明磁悬浮自供电震动传感器包括有一个壳体、设置在壳体内的震动感应装置、信号处理电路、射频发射电路、整流充电电路、充电电池构成,震动感应装置是由设置在壳体内的罩筒、设置在罩筒内的一对永磁体,上部的永磁体在同极排斥力的作用下自由悬浮在罩筒内,在罩筒上设有感应线圈构成,震动时感应线圈产生感应电动势,其做为震动感应信号提供给信号处理电路,同时感应线圈产生的感应电动势通过整流充电电路为充电电池充电,完成自供电。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是震动传感器,特别是无线传输震动传感器。
背景技术
震动传感器有多种类型,可分为外部线路供电式、射频供电式、电池供电式。无线传输震动传感器是采用射频供电或电池供电,射频供电或电池供电无线传输震动传感器养护维修困难,难以保证长期使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自供电式无线传输震动传感器。
本发明的技术方案包括有一个壳体、设置在壳体内的震动感应装置、信号处理电路、射频发射电路、充电电池,震动感应装置是由一个固定竖立设置在壳体内的罩筒21、同极性端相对上下设置在罩筒21内的一对永磁体22、23,上部的永磁体22在与下部的永磁体23同极排斥力的作用下自由悬浮在罩筒21内,对应上部的永磁体在罩筒21上设有感应线圈24构成,当壳体随载体一同震动时上部永磁体与罩筒21上的感应线圈24产生相对位移,罩筒21上的感应线圈24中的磁通量产生变化,产生感应电动势,其做为震动感应信号提供给信号处理电路,同时感应线圈24产生的感应电动势通过整流充电电路为充电电池充电,完成自供电。
本发明结构简单,制造简便,造价低,可完成自供电,具有免维护,长期使用可靠,使用方便的优点。如用于道路车辆信息检测中使用,埋设于路面下,利用行驶车辆对路面引起的震动及驶车辆对永磁体的磁力作用,使感应线圈产生感应电动势提供感应信号和自供电电源。

具体实施方式
本发明由壳体、设置在壳体内的震动感装置、信号处理电路、射频发射电路、充电电池,整流充电电路构成,震动感应装置由固定垂直设置在壳体内的罩筒21、同极性端相对上下设置在罩筒21内的一对永磁体22、23,上部的永磁体22在与下部的永磁体23同极排斥力的作用下自由悬浮在罩筒21内,对应上部的永磁体在罩筒21上设有感应线圈24构成,感应线圈24的传感信号输给信号处理电路,再经射频发射电路发射,感应线圈24与整流充电电路连接,感应线圈24产生的感应电动势通过整流充电电路为充电电池充电。整流充电电路由升压变压器61、整流电路62、连接在整流电路62输出端的升压电容C、充电电池E的防止反向漏电二极管D构成。
本发明信号处理电路是调频处理电路,或者是调幅处理电路,或者是模数转换电路。

Claims (2)

1.磁悬浮自供电震动传感器,其特征在于:包括有壳体、设置在壳体内的震动感应装置、信号处理电路、射频发射电路、充电电池、整流充电电路,震动感应装置是由固定竖立设置在壳体内的罩筒(21)、同极性端相对上下设置在罩筒(21)内的一对永磁体(22、23),上部的永磁体(22)在与下部的永磁体(23)同极排斥力的作用下自由悬浮在罩筒(21)内,对应上部的永磁体在罩筒(21)上设有感应线圈(24)构成,感应线圈(24)的传感信号输给信号处理电路,感应线圈(24)与整流充电电路连接;整流充电电路包括有升压变压器(61)、整流电路(62)、连接在整流电路(62)输出端的升压电容(C)、充电电池(E)的防止反向漏电二极管(D),感应线圈(24)产生的感应电动势通过整流充电电路为充电电池充电。
2.根据权利要求1或2所述的磁悬浮自供电震动传感器,其特征在于:信号处理电路是调频处理电路,或者是调幅处理电路,或者是模数转换电路。
