一种密封式吹风机外壳体，有上壳体和下壳体，壳体连接手柄，其特征在于上、下两段壳体之间的连接处安装密封装饰条，连接端部上制有固定榫(或者固定销)，在密封装饰条中制有榫孔，固定榫穿过榫孔。本技术方案在吹风机上、下两段壳体之间的连接处安装了密封装饰条后，当吹风机使用时在连接处不会漏风，避免漏出的风吹在人的脸上或者颈部等刺激人体，又可节省电能。另一方面，有了密封装饰条后，使整个吹风机壳体的外型很美观，提高产品档次。密封装饰条被强制固定在连接口上不活动，使上、下壳体之间的密封装饰条安装牢靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及理发、美发用的吹风机，特别是涉及吹风机的外壳体，属于家用电器领域。
背景技术
人们在理发、洗头及化妆后，一般都要使用吹风机将头发吹干或定型，所以吹风机与人们日常的生活关系已十分密切，而且现有吹风机的种类也很多。吹风机的构造主要由电机及其风叶等组成的机芯和外壳体两大部件，由于机芯安装的需要，外壳体通常是注塑成型分为两段(成为上、下壳体)，两段之间经连接配合，但没有密封装置。因此，已有吹风机外壳体结构中存在的最大缺点是上、下两段之间不密封，在吹风时发生漏风，漏出的风往往吹在脸部或颈部，这在冬季遇到冷风刺激难受，另一方面是在两段的连接处不美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点，提供一种不漏风，又省电，并且外型美观的密封式吹风机外壳体。
本发明密封式吹风机外壳体的技术方案是：有上壳体和下壳体，壳体连接手柄，其特征在于上、下两段壳体之间的连接处安装密封装饰条，连接端部上制有固定榫(或者固定销)，在密封装饰条中制有榫孔，固定榫穿过榫孔。本技术方案在吹风机上、下两段壳体之间的连接处安装了密封装饰条后，当吹风机使用时在连接处不会漏风，避免漏出的风吹在人的脸上或者颈部等刺激人体，又可节省电能。另一方面，有了密封装饰条后，使整个吹风机壳体的外型很美观，提高产品档次。密封装饰条被强制固定在连接口上不活动，使上、下壳体之间的密封装饰条安装牢靠。
本发明关于密封装饰条的安装范围和长度，可以将密封装饰条仅仅安装在吹风机的上、下两段壳体中间(相当于一圈)，或者是两段壳体和手柄中。因为吹风机的电线基本上全是从手柄进入，开关等安装在手柄中，所以手柄也是对开分为上、下两爿的，所以既在上、下两段壳体之间，又在上、下两爿手柄的连接处之间都安装密封装饰条。其所述的密封装饰条材料是塑料材料或者是橡胶材料所制成。其所述的塑料材料可以是聚氯乙烯等。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种吹头发用的吹风机的部件，主要是对吹风机外壳体的改进设计，使外壳体的连接处密封、美观，称为密封式(连接处密封)吹风机外壳体，有上壳体5和下壳体1(上、下壳体是任意指定)，壳体连接手柄8，壳体的形状和手柄的形状种类是很多的，壳体与手柄的连接形态也是很多的，不限于附图所示。其主要的技术特征在于上、下两段壳体之间的连接处安装密封装饰条3。连接处有了密封装饰条既密封又漂亮。如图1、图2、图3所示的下壳体1的连接端部上制有固定榫2，在密封装饰条3中制有榫孔4，固定榫3穿过榫孔4，使密封装饰条3不活动，强制性定位，如图4所示。由于所述的漏风一般发生在上、下两段壳体的连接处，所以密封装饰条3仅安装在吹风机的上、下两段壳体5、1中间，如图3所示；但是为了使整个吹风机美观，也可以对两段壳体5、1和手柄8中都安装密封装饰条3、3′。其所述的密封装饰条的材料可以是塑料材料或者是橡胶材料等所制成。其所述的塑料材料是聚氯乙烯或者其它塑料。为了使上、下壳体互相有牢靠连接，可在上、下两段壳体5、1之间制有连接机构，但连接机构的具体结构是很多的，例如图5所示，可在其中的一段壳体(上壳体)端部制有卡子6(凸筋)，在另一段壳体(下壳体)端部制有卡槽7，并且卡槽7可制在高出端面的连接片9上，卡子6与卡槽7相配合。

1.密封式吹风机外壳体，有上壳体和下壳体，壳体连接手柄，其特征在于上、下两段壳体之间的连接处安装密封装饰条，连接端部上制有固定榫(2)，在密封装饰条(3)中制有榫孔(4)，固定榫(3)穿过榫孔(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的密封式吹风机外壳体，其特征在于密封装饰条安装在吹风机的上、下两段壳体中间或者两段壳体和手柄中。
3.如权利要求1所述的密封式吹风机外壳体，其特征在于所述的密封装饰条是塑料材料或者橡胶材料所制成。
