The present invention has the main following technological steps that (1) a wood material is used as a raw material; (2) the wood material is processed into a finished product with a needed shape; (3) a sealing agent is coated on a specific surface of the finished product; (4) the sealing agent is prepared by diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI, 4, 4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate) and solvent. The finished product made by the method has the advantages of reliable waterproof and moistureproof effect and high durability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building decoration materials, in particular to a moisture-proof and waterproof processing method for a deep-processed finished product of a wood material, which is mainly used for a laminate flooring.
Background

After the sealing agent is coated on the surface of a finished product, diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI, 4, 4' -diphenylmethane diisocyanate) can quickly permeate and diffuse into the interior of a finished product plate under the action of a solvent, and reacts with cellulose, lignin and moisture in the finished product plate to form firm chemical bond combination, so that sealing is formed at the coating part, and the two main chemical reactions are as follows:
(1) reaction with hydroxyl groups in the cellulose, lignin structure of the woody material to form covalent bonds (urethane bonds):

Meanwhile, polyurea containing isocyanate end groups reacts with a wood material to generate a polymer;
the reaction of diphenylmethane diisocyanate with the hydroxyl group-containing compound may be carried out at a temperature in the range of from room temperature to 100 ℃ in the absence of a catalyst. Secondly, the amide group formed in the reaction is further reacted with diisocyanate to form a urethane group, and the formed urethane group has an accelerating effect on the reaction (namely, the reaction between the wood fiber and the MDI has an autocatalytic effect).
Polyurea formed in the reaction plays a good filling role for the wood material, so that the material of the coating part is more compact.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable advantages: (1) the sealant and the wood material form chemical combination, so that the moisture-proof and waterproof effects are remarkable, and the durability is good; (2) the strength and the hardness of the plate at the coating position can be improved, and the release of free aldehyde is further reduced; (3) the sealant can quickly permeate and diffuse into the finished plate after being coated, and can be immediately packaged or used after being coated without waiting for drying or curing, and secondary pollution can not be generated, so that the sealant can be used after being coated, and is simple, convenient and efficient. (4) Oil-soluble dyes or pigments may be added to achieve coloration while coating.
Detailed Description

The formula of the sealant is as follows: MDI (30-80%) + solvent (70-20%). In the specific preparation process, oil-soluble dye or pigment can be added into the sealant, so that the sealant can be colored while being coated.
The above solvent is a volatile organic solvent such as butanone which has low toxicity, is insoluble in water, has good permeability and diffusivity, and does not react with MDI.
In practical application, the finished product can be a laminate flooring, and the surface of the substrate exposed at the splicing rabbet of the laminate flooring is coated with the sealant. A moisture-proof and waterproof processing method for deep-processed finished products of wood materials mainly comprises the following processing steps: selecting a wood material as a raw material, and processing the raw material into a finished product with a required shape; coating a sealing agent on a specific surface of a finished product; the formula of the sealant is as follows: 30-80% of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 70-20% of a solvent; the solvent is a volatile organic solvent which has low toxicity, is insoluble in water, has good permeability and diffusivity, and does not react with diphenylmethane diisocyanate.
2. The moisture-proof and waterproof processing method of the deep-processed wooden material finished product according to claim 1, characterized in that: the oil-soluble dye or pigment is added into the sealant, and the coloring is realized while the coating is carried out.
