Abstract

用于松散破碎地层随钻取样的特殊无固相冲洗液。本发明涉及无固相冲洗液及其用于松散破碎地层随钻取样。该冲洗液是由两种植物胶分别配制而成。一种是由荨麻粉、水及碳酸钠或氢氧化钠配制而成。另一种是由魔芋粉、水、氢氧化钠、硼砂及酸配制而成。这两种冲洗液分别与金刚石钻进相配合在松散破碎地层中提高取芯率,在薄砂层、夹泥层等软弱层中随钻取出近似原状岩样,提高钻进转速减小金刚石钻头磨损,延长其寿命。

Description

用于松散破碎地层随钻取样的特殊无固相冲洗液
本发明涉及无固相冲洗液及其用于松散破碎地层随钻取样。
NL Bayoid of Canada Ltd“DRILLING FLUID”(1983)记载的(中译文见《探矿工程译丛》1985年第4期)低固相钻井液处理剂EZ-MUD配制的无固相钻井液,适用于金刚石取芯钻进。钻进中在普通泥浆中稳定易膨胀、坍落或崩散的水敏性地层,消除金刚石取芯钻进中的钻杆震动。但是,对于在松散破碎地层中的钻进取样应用未曾明确。
本发明的目的是利用特殊无固相冲洗液组合物1及组合物2与金刚石钻进相配合,在松散破碎地层提高取芯率,在薄砂层、夹泥层中随钻取出近似原状岩样,减少金刚石钻头磨损,延长其寿命。
本发明所采用的无固相冲洗液可由两种植物胶配制而成。组合物1是由荨麻粉、水及碳酸钠(Na2CO3)或氢氧化钠(NaOH)配合而成。气温高时用碳酸钠,常温及常温以下用氢氧化钠效果好。其组粉的重量比为:荨麻粉∶水∶碳酸钠(固体)=(1~3)∶100∶(0.03~0.24)或荨麻粉∶水∶氢氧化钠(固体)=(1~3)∶100∶(0.02~0.15),其组份的最佳重量配合比为:荨麻粉∶水∶碳酸钠(固体)=2∶100∶0.1或荨麻粉∶水∶氢氧化钠(固体)=2∶100∶0.06。配制时,先将碳酸钠或氢氧化钠加入水中溶解,然后将荨麻粉均匀撒入碱水中,边搅边撒,防止结团,可用搅拌机或人工手搅,搅拌20~30分钟后,静置浸泡一段时间,即可使用。浸泡时间根据气温和粘度而定,漏斗粘度达1分钟以上方可使用,气温越低,则浸泡时间要求越长。组合物2是由魔芋粉、水、氢氧化钠(NaOH*)、硼砂及酸(例如盐酸)配制而成,其组份的重量比为:魔芋粉∶水∶氢氧化钠(固体)∶硼砂(固体)=(0.4~0.6)∶100∶(0.12~0.30)∶(0.16~0.36),酸(例如盐酸)的加量以使浆液的PH值达7~9之间为准,其组份的最佳重量比为:魔芋粉∶水∶氢氧化纳(固体)∶硼砂(固体)=0.5∶100∶0.2∶0.25,酸(例如盐酸)的加量以使浆液的PH值达7~9之间为准。在配制时,可用机器搅拌,最好用立式搅拌机,先向搅拌机中加入清水,加水量为全部加水量的1/3或1/4,一次加入全部氢氧化纳并搅拌至溶解,然后向搅拌机中撒入魔芋粉,边搅边撒,待魔芋粉全部溶解成透明胶状(无白色颗粒)加入全部水量继续搅拌均匀,要求漏斗粘度达到22秒以上,用酸(例如盐酸)调节浆液的PH值到7~9之间,将硼砂水溶液一次加入,并搅拌1~2分钟即交联,可放浆使用,此时,漏斗粘度为滴流状态。(无固相冲洗液组合物2是根据中南工业大学用在基岩钻进中的无固相冲洗液经改变配方而得,适用于松散破碎地层金刚石钻进取样,也适用于基岩中金刚石钻进。)
本发明所用的荨麻粉及魔芋粉,是由野生灌木荨麻根和人工种植的魔芋用常规粉碎加工方法制成的粉状物质。
在常温及高温天气下,配制冲洗液时,要在浆液中加入防腐剂(例如甲醛)防腐。
用本发明的无固相冲洗液配合金刚石钻进取样,其钻进取样操作方法与常规清水钻进操作方法基本相同。
本发明采用的无固相冲洗液,由于这两种冲洗液在高粘度有疏水性,对岩芯具有较好的护胶作用,金刚石钻进的钻孔,不仅全孔的岩芯采取率大幅度提高,在松散破碎地层特别是在砂卵砾石层中达70%以上,而且在薄砂层、夹泥层等软弱层中能随钻取出近似原状岩样,反映了地层的真实颗粒级配及结构,有利于对工程地质作出正确评价。另外,由于本发明的无固相冲洗液具有润滑、弹性减震作用,提高了转速及钻头寿命,在松散破碎地层中,金刚石钻进的园周速度达2.5~5.9米/秒,金刚石钻头寿命达20~40米/个。

Claims (3)

1、特殊无固相冲洗液组合物1及组合物2,其特征是组合物1是由荨麻粉、水及碳酸钠或氢氧化钠组成,组合物2是由魔芋粉、水、氢氧化钠、硼砂及酸组成,其组份的重量比,组合物1为:荨麻粉∶水∶碳酸钠(固体)=(1~3)∶100∶(0.03~0.24)或荨麻粉∶水∶氢氧化钠(固体)=(1~3)∶100∶(0.02~0.15);组合物2为:魔芋粉∶水∶氢氧化钠(固体)∶硼砂(固体)=(0.4~0.6)∶100∶(0.12~0.3)∶(0.16~0.36),酸(例如盐酸)的加量以使浆液的PH值达7~9之间为准。
2、根据权利要求1的无固相冲洗液组合物1及组合物2,其特征在于组合物1组份的最佳重量比为:荨麻粉∶水∶碳酸钠(固体)=2∶100∶0.1或荨麻粉∶水∶氢氧化钠(固体)=2∶100∶0.06,组合物2组份的最佳重量比为:魔芋粉∶水∶氢氧化钠(固体)∶硼砂(固体)=0.5∶100∶0.2∶0.25,酸(例如盐酸)的加量以使浆液的PH值达到7~9之间为准。
3、特殊无固相冲洗液组合物1及组合物2,其特征在于适用于松散破碎地层金刚石随钻取样。
