一种组装结构,应用于键盘、适配器…等需作组装的对象,包括有第一塑胶壳体及第二塑胶壳体,其中第一塑胶壳体是自其内面延伸出中空凸柱,第二塑胶壳体则开设开孔,此开孔对应中空凸柱,并向内延伸出贴近此中空凸柱的环状凸围,且此中空凸柱突出环状凸围,因此在经超声波融接,或是热熔接,抑或是两者的组合后,突出环状凸围的中空凸柱的部分会热熔融至环状凸围,而使第一塑胶壳体与第二塑胶壳体组装,所以可便于组装,至于在拆解第一塑胶壳体及第二塑胶壳体时,只需将被热熔融的部分磨除即可,之后,再以锁合组件穿设于中空凸柱处,此时环状凸围亦被锁合组件的顶部所抵持,所以第一塑胶壳体及第二塑胶壳体将可被再次地组装。

技术领域
一种组装结构,应用于键盘(keyboard)、适配器(adapter)...等需作组装的对象,特别是一种能够通过利用超声波融接技术,或是热融接技术,抑或是两者所成的组合,或其它可将两个塑胶壳体融接的技术,使这些对象得以组装的结构。
背景技术
用以对对象作组装的技术,有许多种,以下以键盘作一介绍。键盘是用来输入数据的设备,为使用者与计算机系统沟通的接口。键盘是由许多的按键所组合成,这些按键中包括有字符键、方向键及功能键等等,分别可以输入不同的数据。目前可见的键盘其型式种类相当的多,而这些键盘大多是以自攻螺丝等锁合组件穿设于孔洞,而将键盘的壳体作组装。然而,在以自攻螺丝作组装的过程中,壳体往往会因为扭力及应力,而产生变形,特别是在壳体的长度较长时,壳体变形的情形则更为严重。甚至在组装壳体时,因为锁合自攻螺丝而造成的缝隙,将会使得雷击测试或是高压测试不良,所以采用此方式作组装是有所不便的。
目前,以超声波融接技术作接合的动作,已应用于其它的领域,诸如:美国专利公告号第5475919号及第6546621号专利中所披露的技术。
美国专利公告号第6546621号专利的“卡封装结构改良”,披露出将第一导电壳及第二导电壳分别以超声波融接使第一塑胶框及第二塑胶框接着,而形成第一半盒体及第二半盒体的技术,至于美国专利公告号第5475919号专利的“PCMCIA卡的制造方法”,亦是采用超声波融接技术使上塑胶盒体及下塑胶盒体组装成一体。但是目前所采用的超声波融接技术往往在每次的维修时,因为无法作再次的利用,因而都必须报废这些塑胶壳体,所以会造成成本的浪费。
发明内容
鉴于以上的问题,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种组装结构,借以利用超声波融接技术,或是热融接技术,抑或是两者所成的组合,而便于对对象(诸如:键盘、适配器...等)作组装。
因此,为达上述目的,本发明所披露的组装结构,是包括有第一塑胶壳体及第二塑胶壳体,其中第一塑胶壳体是自其一内面延伸出中空凸柱,第二塑胶壳体则开设有开孔,此开孔对应中空凸柱,并向内延伸出贴近中空凸柱的环状凸围,且中空凸柱突出环状凸围,因此在经超声波融接,或是热熔接,抑或是两者所成的组合后,突出环状凸围的中空凸柱的部分会热熔融至环状凸围,而使第一塑胶壳体与第二塑胶壳体组装。
当然,也因为有环状凸围的设计,所以可以防止被热熔融的部分流至第一塑胶壳体与第二塑胶壳体的内部,因而在热熔融的过程中,被热熔融的部分并不会流至其它地方。
至于在拆解第一塑胶壳体及第二塑胶壳体时,则可将被热熔融的部分磨除即可,之后,再以自攻螺丝等锁合组件穿设于中空凸柱处,此时环状凸围亦被自攻螺丝的顶部所抵持,所以第一塑胶壳体及第二塑胶壳体将被再次地组装。

具体实施方式
根据本发明所披露的一种组装结构,其主要是通过超声波融接的技术,或是热熔接技术,抑或是两者所成的组合的技术,或其它可将两个塑胶壳体融接的技术,将两个塑胶壳体作组装的动作,而便于作对象的组装,并且在拆解后,亦可再次被组装利用。当然,此处所述的两个塑胶壳体所构成的对象可以是键盘、适配器...等。
如图1A所示的本发明第一实施例经超声波融接,或是热融接,抑或是两者所成的组合前的示意图,以及图1B所示的本发明第一实施例的组装示意图,本发明所披露的组装结构,包括有第一塑胶壳体10及第二塑胶壳体20,其中第一塑胶壳体10自其内面11延伸出中空凸柱111,且中空凸柱111包括有抵持部1111,第二塑胶壳体20开设开孔21,开孔21对应中空凸柱111,并向内延伸出贴近中空凸柱111的环状凸围211,且中空凸柱111突出环状凸围211,环状凸围211可被抵持部1111所抵持,并且开孔21的边缘还向外延伸出环状挡壁212,因此在经超声波融接,或是热熔接,抑或是两者所成的组合后,突出环状凸围211的中空凸柱111的部分会热熔融至环状凸围211,而便第一塑胶壳体10与第二塑胶壳体20组装。
以下是介绍组装第一塑胶壳体10与第二塑胶壳体20的过程,首先,使中空凸柱111置入开孔21,以使环状凸围211贴近中空凸柱111,并且一部分的中空凸柱111会突出环状凸围211,此时,环状凸围211可被抵持部1111所抵持,因此可通过模具30来将此部分的中空凸柱111热熔融至环状凸围211,以使第一塑胶壳体10与第二塑胶壳体20组装。当然,为了防止在热熔融的过程中,被热熔融的部分会流至其它地方,则可以有下列的设计,也就是使模具30的抵部31穿过中空凸柱111中,以使被热熔融的部分不致流至中空凸柱111内,并且环状凸围211亦可防止被热熔融的部分流至第一塑胶壳体10与第二塑胶壳体20的内部,而环状挡壁212则可防止被热熔融的部分流至其外部。
至于拆解第一塑胶壳体10及第二塑胶壳体20时,只需将被热熔融的部分磨除即可,之后,再以自攻螺丝等锁合组件穿设于中空凸柱111处,此时环状凸围211亦被自攻螺丝的顶部所抵持,所以第一塑胶壳体10及第二塑胶壳体20将可被再次地组装(图中未示)。
如图2A所示的本发明第二实施例经超声波融接,或是热融接,抑或是两者所成的组合前的示意图,以及图2B所示的本发明第二实施例的组装示意图,本发明所披露的组装结构,包括有第一塑胶壳体10及第二塑胶壳体20,其中第一塑胶壳体10自其内面11延伸出中空凸柱111,且中空凸柱111的边端的厚度较窄,且向内面11逐渐变厚,并设有槽口112,而槽口112的内缘向外延伸出环状壁边113,第二塑胶壳体20开设开孔21,开孔21对应中空凸柱111,并向内延伸出贴近中空凸柱111的环状凸围211,且中空凸柱111突出环状凸围211,环状凸围211可被抵持部1111所抵持,并且开孔21的边缘还向外延伸出环状挡壁212,因此在经超声波融接,或是热熔接,抑或是两者所成的组合后,突出环状凸围211的中空凸柱111的部分会热熔融至环状凸围211,而使第一塑胶壳体10与第二塑胶壳体20组装。
以下是介绍组装第一塑胶壳体10与第二塑胶壳体20的过程,首先,使中空凸柱111置入开孔21,以使环状凸围211贴近中空凸柱111,并且一部分的中空凸柱111会突出环状凸围211,此时,环状凸围211可被抵持部1111所抵持,因此可通过模具30来将此部分的中空凸柱111热熔融至环状凸围211,以使第一塑胶壳体10与第二塑胶壳体20组装。当然,为了防止在热熔融的过程中,被热熔融的部分会流至其它地方,则可以有下列的设计,也就是通过环状壁边113使被热熔融的部分不致流至中空凸柱111内,而是直接流至槽口112内,并且环状凸围211亦可防止被热熔融的部分流至第一塑胶壳体10与第二塑胶壳体20的内部,而环状挡壁212则可防止被热熔融的部分流至其外部。
至于拆解第一塑胶壳体10及第二塑胶壳体20时,只需将被热熔融的部分磨除即可,之后,再以自攻螺丝等锁合组件穿设于中空凸柱111处,此时环状凸围211亦被自攻螺丝的顶部所抵持,所以第一塑胶壳体10及第二塑胶壳体20将可被再次地组装(图中未示)。
其次,当第一塑胶壳体10及第二塑胶壳体20的体积不大时,则不需有其它的设计来作为第一塑胶壳体10及第二塑胶壳体20间的抵持,因此在经融接后,突出开孔21的中空凸柱111的部分会热熔融至开孔21边缘,而使第一塑胶壳体10与第二塑胶壳体20组装,至于磨除中空凸柱111的热熔融部分后,第一塑胶壳体10与第二塑胶壳体20亦可被拆解,并仍可以锁合组件(图中未示)穿设于中空凸柱111,而再次组装第一塑胶壳体10与第二塑胶壳体20。
另一方面,在开孔21的周围本就有抵持的设计时(不论是设置于第一塑胶壳体10或是第二塑胶壳体20皆可),则亦不需要另行作抵持的设计。
虽然本发明以前述的较佳实施例披露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本领域的人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作一些变动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围须视本说明书所附的申请专利范围所界定的为准。

Claims (7)

1.一种组装结构,其包括有:
一第一塑胶壳体,自其一内面延伸出一中空凸柱;及
一第二塑胶壳体,开设一开孔,该开孔对应该中空凸柱,在经融接后,突出该开孔的该中空凸柱的部分会热熔融至该开孔边缘,而使该第一塑胶壳体与该第二塑胶壳体组装,而磨除该中空凸柱的热熔融部分后,该第一塑胶壳体与该第二塑胶壳体被拆解,但仍以一锁合组件穿设于该中空凸柱,而再次组装该第一塑胶壳体与该第二塑胶壳体。
2.如权利要求1所述组装结构,其中该开孔向内延伸出贴近该中空凸柱的一环状凸围,且该中空凸柱突出该环状凸围,因此在经融接后,突出该环状凸围的该中空凸柱的部分会热熔融至该环状凸围,而使该第一塑胶壳体与该第二塑胶壳体组装。
3.如权利要求1所述组装结构,其中该开孔的边缘向外延伸出一环状挡壁。
4.如权利要求1所述组装结构,其中该中空凸柱的边端的厚度较窄,且向该内面逐渐变厚,并设有一槽口,该槽口的内缘向外延伸出一环状壁边。
5.如权利要求2所述组装结构,其中该中空凸柱包括有一抵持部,以供该环状凸围抵持。
6.如权利要求1所述组装结构,其中该锁合组件为自攻螺丝。
7.如权利要求1所述组装结构,其中该熔接方式为超声波融接、热融接、或是两者所成的组合。
