Abstract

本发明公开一种矿物油微乳剂,专为无公害、广谱性。多功能综合防治农作物病虫害而设计的。本发明由总量为8.2%的辅助杀虫剂,52.0%的矿物油,12.0%的溶剂,20%的乳化剂,7.6%的助表面活性剂水溶液,0.2%的复硝酸钠所组成。本发明的矿物油微乳剂,化学性质稳定呈中性、无异味、贮运不燃烧、不爆炸,对人畜安全,作物无药害,对环境友好。质点在水中的分散粒径为0.059um(59nm)。

Description

矿物油微乳剂
本发明涉及一种矿物油微乳剂农药的技术领域。
随着农业生产的发展,人们迫切希望绿色消费,希望有一种无公害、广谱性、多功能综合性防治作物病虫害的绿色农药。
但综观目前市场上所销售的农药,70%左右为乳油,这些农药的不足之处:一是杀虫谱不够广泛,大多为一、二个杀虫活性成分的组合。难以适应现代农业宽范围的防治要求;二是这些乳油农药,大多数均含有苯和二甲苯等溶剂,容易污染环境,有些高毒高残留农药。如1605、三氯杀螨醇等已被国家明文禁止使用。目前市场上正在大力推广应用的矿物油乳剂,如澳大利亚进口的99.1%敌死虫,韩国进口的99.1%绿颖和国产的95%机油乳剂等,虽为绿色农药,但也存在着很多不足之处:一是这些矿物油乳剂的使用倍数大多徘徊在100~300倍之间,不适宜远销,并且还浪费了紧缺的石油资源:二是受季节影响,不能一年四季应用,如95%的机油乳剂不能在夏季高温季节使用,稍有不慎即会对作物造成药害;三是这些矿物油乳剂均为乳油,长期使用也会对环境造成污染;四是这些农药由于含油量极高贮运易燃烧、爆炸,不够安全。这些都是目前农药界普遍存在的问题和缺点。为此,必须研制出一种宽范围防治病虫害的新剂型药剂,来适应现代农业发展的需要,而且还必须研制出一种对环境友好的悬乳剂、微乳剂和水乳剂等先进剂型农药,来替代传统的乳油农药,这些都是目前农药界研制者迫在眉睫和需要解决的问题。
基于上述所叙,本发明的目的在于提供一种对环境友好,能适应现代农业宽范围防治作物害虫的新剂型药剂——矿物油微乳剂。
本发明的技术方案是这样设计的,配方中选用矿物油作为主农药的杀虫剂、渗透剂、展着剂和增效剂;选用适量高活性多组份的无公害的农药作为矿物油农药的铺助杀虫剂;选用有机氮类溶剂代替常规乳油农药所必用的苯和二甲笨等芳烃溶剂;选用低HLB的非离子表面活性剂作为乳化剂;选用高HLB值的表面活性剂水溶液作为助表面活剂水溶液以代替水;选用适量的植物生长调节剂作为增产增效剂。
所述的矿物油为5#或7#纯白油;所述的辅助杀虫剂为阿维菌素、高效氯氰菊酯、吡虫啉和毒死蜱;所述的溶剂为二甲基甲酰胺(DMF);所述的低HLB值乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;所述的高HLB值助表面活性剂水溶液为十二烷基苯磺酸、醇醚硫酸盐(AES)、椰油醇酰胺650l、水;所述的生长调节剂为复硝酚钠。
本发明的矿物油微乳剂,化学性质稳定,呈中性,无异味,对环境友好,贮运不燃烧,不爆炸。2002年6月21日经浙江大学理学院化学系检测,安纳一2(即本产品),质点在水中的分散粒径为0.059um(59nm)(见附件一)。浙江省农科院对蔬菜害虫的室内活性试验,对潜叶蝇的防效1600倍为100%;6400倍的防效为88.9%,与0.6%的海正灭虫灵2000倍的防效89.68%相当,比韩国产的99.1%喷淋油100倍的防效30%提高了三倍;并且对黄条跳甲、小猿叶虫、小菜蛾和斜纹夜蛾等的防治效果均为800-1600倍左右(见附件二)。浙江省柑桔研究所对红蜘蛛的试验,800倍的防效与15%的达螨灵2000倍相当,优于99.1%300倍的敌死虫(见附件三)。对蚧壳虫的试验,400~600倍的效果与进口的99.1%敌死虫200倍的相当,但成本明显低于99.1%的敌死虫(见附件四)。对潜叶蛾的试验,500~800倍的防效与10%的吡虫啉2500倍处理相当,优于进口的99.1%敌死虫250倍处理,且成本明显低于99.1%的敌死虫(见附件五)。
下面对本发明的配方实施例作进一步的叙述,无特殊说明即为质量百分比。
本发明的辅助杀虫剂总量为8.2%(由0.2%的阿维菌素,0.2%的高效氯氰菊酯,0.8%的吡虫啉,7.0%的毒死蜱),52.0%的矿物油,12.0%的溶剂,20%的乳化剂,7.6%的助表面活性剂水溶液,0.2%的复硝酚钠。
本发明的生产工艺流程图见附图。
使用方法:
1、果树冬季清园用本剂400~500倍液均匀喷务,可清除果树越冬代所有害虫。
2、果树生长期内用本剂600~800倍液均匀喷务,可防治果树上的绝大多数害虫。
3、防治蔬菜害虫时用本剂400~800倍液喷雾,可防治潜叶蝇、黄条跳甲、小猿叶虫、小菜蛾和斜纹夜蛾等害虫。

Claims (6)

1.一种矿物油微乳剂由矿物油52wt%,阿维菌素0.2wt%、高效氯氰菊酯0.2wt%、吡虫啉0.8wt%、毒死蜱7.0wt%,溶剂12.0wt%,乳化剂20.0wt%,助表面活性剂水溶液7.6wt%,生长调节剂0.2wt%所组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的矿物油微乳剂,其特征在于所述的矿物油为5#或7#纯白油。
3.如权利要求1所述的矿物油微乳剂,其特征在于所述的溶剂为二甲基甲酰胺。
4.如权利要求1所述的矿物油微乳剂,其特征在于乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
5.如权利要求1所述的矿物油微乳剂,其特征在于助表面活性剂水溶液为十二烷基苯磺酸、醇醚硫酸盐、椰油醇酰胺和水。
6.如权利要求1所述的矿物油微乳剂,其特征在于生长调节剂为复硝酚钠。
