Abstract

本发明公开了一种防止保温材料表面抹灰裂缝的方法,步骤为:1)在水泥砂浆中掺加重量比为0.2~0.3%的短切纤维;2)在所述加入短切纤维的水泥砂浆中掺加重量比为2~5%的抗裂剂,搅拌均匀后,抹在保温材料表面;3)在所述水泥砂浆层的表面压入一层网格布;4)所述压入网格布的水泥砂浆层终凝后,在其表面抹一层2~3mm的具有一定的柔性的聚合物水泥砂浆;5)在所述聚合物水泥砂浆层的表面再压入一层网格布后,再抹上1~2mm的聚合物水泥砂浆。本发明通过在水泥砂浆中添加一定比例的抗裂剂,并复合上网格布层,达到了防止保温材料表面抹灰裂缝的产生目的。

防止保温材料表面抹灰裂缝的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑施工技术中,防止墙体保温层外抹灰而产生裂缝的方法。
背景技术
钢丝网架聚苯板目前主要用于建筑工程外墙外保温,其使用方法分内置和外挂两种。无论是内置还是外挂,其表面均需分层抹厚度为2.5cm左右、强度等级为10Mpa的水泥砂浆。一方面是找直、找平,另一方面是便于室外装修。上述水泥砂浆终凝3天后,逐渐产生无规则裂缝,而且随着时间的延长,裂缝变宽、变多、变长。这一问题已成为钢丝网架聚苯板表面抹灰的质量通病,目前还没有较好的解决方法。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种防止保温材料表面抹灰裂缝的方法,可以避免裂缝的产生。
为实现上述目的,本发明一种防止保温材料表而抹灰裂缝的方法的具体步骤如下:
1)在水泥砂浆中掺加重量比为0.2~0.3%的短切纤维;
2)在所述加入短切纤维的水泥砂浆中掺加重量比为2~5%的抗裂剂,搅拌均匀后,抹在保温材料表面;
3)在所述水泥砂浆层的表面压入一层网格布;
4)所述压入网格布的水泥砂浆层终凝后,在其表面抹一层2~3mm的具有一定的柔性的聚合物水泥砂浆;
5)在所述聚合物水泥砂浆层的表面再压入一层网格布后,再抹上1~2mm的聚合物水泥砂浆。
进一步地,所述网格布为标准型涂塑耐碱玻璃纤维网格布。
进一步地,所述抗裂剂为SK-W52型抗裂剂。
进一步地,所述聚合物水泥砂浆为SK-W51型聚合物水泥砂浆。
进一步地,所述短切纤维为0.8~1.0cm长的聚丙烯纤维。
本发明通过在水泥砂浆中添加一定比例的抗裂剂,并复合上网格布层,达到了防止保温材料表面抹灰裂缝的产生目的。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
某高层住宅楼,建筑面积25000m2,保温面积12000m2,采用内置钢丝网架聚苯板,具体施工如下:
1)32.5Mpa曲寨普通水泥1份,正定中砂4份,0.8~1.0cm长的聚丙烯纤维0.2%(与水泥砂浆的重量百分比),搅拌均匀;
2)在加入短切纤维的水泥砂浆中掺加重量比为4%的SK-W52型抗裂剂,水适量,搅拌均匀后,抹灰两遍,第一遍1.5cm左右,第二遍1cm左右,SK-W52型抗裂剂由河北金舵建材科技开发有限公司研制生产,为粉剂,具有防水、抗裂、粘结强度高、耐久性好、对钢筋无锈蚀的特点;
3)当第二遍抹完后,压入一层标准型涂塑耐碱玻璃纤维网格布,并用木抹子搓毛;
4)待水泥砂浆终凝后,抹上2~3mmSK-W51型聚合物水泥砂浆,该砂浆由河北金舵建材科技开发有限公司研制生产,为粉剂加水搅拌而成,水灰比为1∶3,具有防水、抗渗、抗冻融性能,不空鼓、不脱落;
5)再压入一层网格布后,抹上1~2mm SK-W51型聚合物水泥砂浆,并用钢抹子压平。
完成工程后4个月,表面没有裂缝。
实施例2
某高层住宅楼,建筑面积27000m2,外保温面积15000m2,工程采用内置钢丝网架聚苯板,具体施工如下:
1)32.5Mpa鼎鑫普通水泥0.9份,西柏坡电厂一级煤灰0.1份,正定中砂4份,0.8~1.0cm长的聚丙烯纤维0.3%(与水泥砂浆的重量百分比),搅拌均匀;
2)在加入短切纤维的水泥砂浆中掺加重量比为5%的SK-W52型抗裂剂,水适量,搅拌均匀后,抹灰两遍,第一遍1.5cm左右,第二遍1cm左右;
3)当第二遍抹完后,压入一层标准型涂塑耐碱玻璃纤维网格布,并用木抹子搓毛;
4)待水泥砂浆终凝后,抹上2~3mmSK-W51型聚合物水泥砂浆;
5)再压入一层网格布后,抹上1~2mmSK-W51型聚合物水泥砂浆,并用钢抹子压平。
完成工程后5个月,表面没有裂缝。

Claims (5)

1、一种防止保温材料表面抹灰裂缝的方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
1)在水泥砂浆中掺加重量比为0.2~0.3%的短切纤维;
2)在所述加入短切纤维的水泥砂浆中掺加重量比为2~5%的抗裂剂,搅拌均匀后,抹在保温材料表面;
3)在所述水泥砂浆层的表面压入一层网格布;
4)所述压入网格布的水泥砂浆层终凝后,在其表面抹一层2~3mm的具有一定的柔性的聚合物水泥砂浆;
5)在所述聚合物水泥砂浆层的表面再压入一层网格布后,再抹上1~2mm的聚合物水泥砂浆。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种防止保温材料表面抹灰裂缝的方法,其特征在于,所述网格布为标准型涂塑耐碱玻璃纤维网格布。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种防止保温材料表面抹灰裂缝的方法,其特征在于,所述抗裂剂为SK-W52型抗裂剂。
4、根据权利要求3所述的一种防止保温材料表面抹灰裂缝的方法,其特征在于,所述聚合物水泥砂浆为SK-W51型聚合物水泥砂浆。
5、根据权利要求4所述的一种防止保温材料表面抹灰裂缝的方法,其特征在于,所述短切纤维为0.8~1.0cm长的聚丙烯纤维。
