Abstract

本发明提供一种植物生长调节剂——Paclbutrazol在昆虫上应用的新用途。具体为用Paclbutrazol配制成有效含量为12%的可湿性粉剂,配成有效浓度为50mg/kg~200mg/kg的药液拌匀桑叶后在家蚕幼虫五龄期连续添食一定时间。可以提高家蚕产卵量,而且对蚕自身和下一代无不良影响,可用于家蚕蚕种生产部门制种养蚕时使用,以提高产卵数量和质量,增加经济效益。

多效唑在制备一种增加家蚕产卵量的制剂中的用途
技术领域
本发明涉及一种植物生长调节剂在昆虫上应用的新用途,实现提高家蚕制种成绩。
背景技术
Paclbutrazol(多效唑)是一种低毒植物生长调节剂〔化学名称(2RS,3RS)-1-(4-氯苯基)-4,4-二甲基-2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)戊3-醇〕,是内源赤霉素合成的抑制剂。在农业、林业、园艺等方面应用较为广泛,其生理效应表现为:具有矮化、促壮植株作用。在水稻秧苗期使用,使秧苗矮壮多蘖、叶色浓绿、根系发达;在桃、梨、柑桔、苹果等果树上使用,起到“控梢包果”、树型矮化的作用。
目前国内外在家蚕制种上提高制种成绩是采用品种选育、提高桑叶质量和提高养蚕技术水平等方面来实现的,还没有通过添食药物来提高家蚕制种成绩的报道和相关产品。因家蚕是昆虫的模式动物,因此尚未见到植物生长调节剂应用于动物和昆虫方面的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种植物生长调节剂在昆虫上应用的新用途,其可使家蚕的产卵粒数增加8%以上、单卵重增加2%以上,总产卵量增加10%以上。因家蚕是昆虫的模式动物,故其具有促进昆虫产卵量的作用。
实现上述目的的技术方案为:
用Paclbutrazol(白色结晶固体)配制成有效含量为12%,助剂、填料为88%的可湿性粉剂,在家蚕幼虫五龄期配成有效浓度为50mg/kg~200mg/kg的药液拌匀桑叶后连续添食一定时间。
其中较佳的技术方案将所述药液按药液与桑叶1∶10~12的比例拌匀所需桑叶量,现配现用。在家蚕幼虫五龄前期连续添食三天药叶。
具体为在家蚕种茧育的过程中,家蚕幼虫饲养阶段,一至四龄幼虫饲喂正常桑叶;五龄起蚕后连续三天添食有效浓度为50mg/kg~200mg/kg的药液拌匀桑叶后喂蚕;第四天起又恢复正常桑叶饲喂。
本发明是首例用药物来提高家蚕产卵量,同时也是首次应用植物生长调节剂调节昆虫生殖生长。填补了用药物来提高家蚕产卵数和产卵量的空白,添食后与对照相比使家蚕的产卵粒数增加8%以上、单卵重增加2%以上,总产卵量增加10%以上。蚕的发育经过、死亡率无明显变化,全茧量、蛹重、茧层重略有不同程度的增加,五龄蚕体液中蛋白质含量和酶活性等生理指标略有增加;而且蚕种主要质量指标的孵化率与对照基本一致。因此对蚕的正常生长发育并无不良影响。
该发明的应用优点为高效、安全、易操作、成本低,对蚕种生产部门提高制种成绩和经济效益效果明显,有较大的推广应用前景。
具体实施方式
具体操作过程为:
1、五龄起蚕先加网喂正常桑叶,然后除沙。
2、用干净冷水和本药物配成有效浓度为50gm/kg~200mg/kg的药液。
3、按药液与桑叶1∶10~12的比例拌匀所需桑叶量,现配现用。
4、第二顿起饲喂以上药叶,连续饲喂三整天。
5、从第四天起恢复正常桑叶饲喂。
6、其它的技术处理按常规方法。
按上述操作过程——家蚕1~4龄正常饲养,在5龄大批起蚕中选择发育基本一致的蚕作实验材料,蚕品种为尼斯(四眠、多化性)。每个处理设4个重复区(其中1区用于测体重和提取体液测蛋白、酶活性),每区50头蚕。其结果为:

注:1、喂药时间段从五龄饷食后连续喂养三整天,从第四天起恢复正常喂叶。
2、体重、体液蛋白和体液酶活性均以五龄第四天蚕所测。
3、以上为30对蛾的产卵总量。
4、根据试验,浓度400gm/kg蚕不能正常生长发育。
实施例2:
在不同时间家蚕喂Paclbutrazol对蚕的影响,具体如下:

注:1、以上是添食100mg/kg浓度药液的指标;
2、上表所表示的时间(如1~3d)是添食药液的时间段;
3、因喂药时间段不同,体重、体液蛋白和体液酶活性等生理指标无法比较,故不列数据;
4、以上为每个处理中抽取发育时间基本一致的30对蛾的产卵总量。
通过以上实施例,我们对产卵量为主要指标和其它数据的综合分析可以看得出:在家蚕幼虫五龄期中,用不同浓度Paclbutrazol对蚕的添食处理效果是100mg/kg~200mg/kg较为明显;以不同时间段添食Paclbutrazol对蚕的处理效果是五龄期前3天较佳。
另外,根据我们的实验:该药如用其它不同浓度或在不同时间段添食喂蚕,对蚕的生长发育会产生的效应还有蚕的发育时间延长、改变眠性、拒食、产生裸蛹甚至死亡等。只有该发明所提供的药物、浓度和添食时间才有提高蚕种卵量的明显效果。

Claims (2)

1、多效唑在制备一种增加家蚕产卵量的制剂中的用途,其特征在于用多效唑配制成有效含量为12%的可湿性粉剂,在家蚕幼虫五龄期,将该可湿性粉剂配成有效浓度为50mg/kg~200mg/kg的药液拌匀桑叶,在家蚕五龄起连续三天添食。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多效唑在制备一种增加家蚕产卵量的制剂中的用途,其特征在于用12%的白色结晶固体多效唑与88%的助剂、填料,配制成可湿性粉剂。
