Abstract

本发明涉及一种烷烃混合物制冷剂。本发明采用R290重量百分比为55~62%,R600a重量百分比为38~45%,并在蒸发温度从-25℃到5℃的范围内,直接替代R134a。解决了现有技术中其它制冷剂温室效应指数偏高、混合比例难以确定、冷凝压力高等缺陷,在保证安全的前提下不需要对制冷装置作任何改变,直接充注;可根据空调、冰箱的应用,配制不同比例的烷烃混合物制冷剂;其制冷剂混合简单、便利,成本低廉,只有R134a的1/20,并且比R134a更节能,降低使用成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种制冷剂,特别涉及一种适用于空调、热泵、冰箱、冰柜等小型制冷装置的烷烃混合物制冷剂。
背景技术
使用CFCs(氟氯烃)和HCFCs(氢氟烃)制冷剂会对大气臭氧层造成破坏,且随着使用量越来越大,问题也越来越严重。因此,原来普遍使用的制冷剂R12和R22已被淘汰出制冷空调领域。
现在制冷空调行业中广泛采用的制冷剂有R134a、R404A、R407C、R410A等,这些制冷剂对臭氧层的破坏作用为零,但由于它们都含有F原子,具有很高的温室效应。而随着地球变暖趋势的日益严峻,这些制冷剂也面临着淘汰。除此之外,这些制冷剂都与润滑油的互溶性不好,必须使用特制的润滑油,而且制冷装置有时还会出现回油不好问题。
为了解决以上问题和不足,各种新型制冷剂层出不穷。公开号CN1097792A的新型节能制冷剂发明专利介绍了一种制备不燃混合制冷剂的方法,主要是针对制冷剂对臭氧层的破坏作用而发明的,其中含有溴卤化物成分,温室效应指数较高。
公开号为CN1173525A的制冷剂发明专利,采用R290、R600a和TS阻燃剂混合的方法,减小了混合制冷剂的可燃性,但TS阻燃剂价格较高,应用受到制约。
公开号CN1189525A发明专利用HFC32和HFC134a及FC1311和HFC152a混合来替代R22和R502;公开号CN1560174A发明专利,采用R134a与丙稀和丙烷混合的方法,来替代R22;公开号CN1364846A发明专利,用R290、R600a、DME和丙稀与阻燃剂混合用来替代R134a,阻燃剂中含有卤族元素;公开号为CN 1478849A的发明专利,用HFC161、HFC125和HFC32混合用来替代R22;公开号为CN1412266A的发明专利,采用R32、R134a和R143a三组元混合。上述几项内容的温室效应指数较高。
公开号CN1594488A发明专利,用多种烷烃混合,着火温度高于800℃,然而由于成分太多,很难确切计算其物性来确定其混合比例。
公开号CN1394934A发明专利,用R22、R152a和R142b混合,实现了系统的节能,但因混合采用了R22这一面临淘汰的制冷剂,没有太大的实用价值。
公开号CN1390909A发明专利,采用R1270、R152a和R600a或R600混合,由于含有R152a成分,温室效应指数还是偏高。
公开号CN1412267A发明专利,用R131、R134a和CO2分别与R1270、R170和R290组成混合制冷剂,用于替代R22,前两者由于含有R131和R134a,温室效应指数较高,后者由于CO2,冷凝压力相对较高。
对于小型制冷装置,充注量很小,一般为几十到二、三百克,对于可燃制冷剂来说,即使泄漏也不会造成安全隐患,以上发明专利有的虽然在环保、安全和节能方面都不错,但过于强调安全,使得制冷剂的混合太复杂或价格增高。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于克服上述缺陷,研制一种烷烃混合物物制冷剂。
本发明的技术方案是:烷烃混合物制冷剂,有丙烷、异丁烷组份,其特征在于丙烷重量百分比为62%,异丁烷重量百分比为38%,蒸发温度从-25~5°。
本发明的优点和效果在于不需要对制冷装置作任何改变,直接充注,取代R134a;可根据空调、冰箱的应用,配制不同比例的烷烃混合物制冷剂;其制冷剂混合简单、便利,成本低廉,只有R134a的1/20,并且比R134a更节能,降低使用成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
对于空调制冷装置,R290(丙烷)和R600a(异丁烷)的最佳重量百分比分别约为62%和38%,蒸发温度从-25℃到5℃的范围内可以直接替代R134a,蒸发温度越低,R290的重量百分比越小。
实施例2:
对于冰箱制冷装置应用,R290和R600a的最佳重量百分比分别约为55%和45%。,蒸发温度从-25℃到5℃的范围内可以直接替代R134a。
本发明的混合制冷剂可以在工厂里直接按比例混合,然后装于钢瓶中,在往制冷装置里充注时采用液态充注法,防止在充注时成分发生变化,充注量约为R134a的一半。
本发明的混合制冷剂也可以将R290和R600a分别装于两个钢瓶中,充注时每种制冷剂单独充注,一般先根据R134a的充注量计算混合制冷剂的充注量,在根据混合比计算每种制冷剂的充注量,充注时先充注R600a,后充注R290。
