Abstract
Se proporciona un soporte de electrodo de un aparato precipitador electrostático para aislar tanto térmica como eléctricamente una línea de alimentación de dicho electrodo a la vez que facilita su instalación y mantenimiento, el soporte que comprende: una base que presenta un primer extremo lateral y un segundo extremo lateral; una porción acanalada dispuesta en, o sobre, la base que se extiende en una dirección longitudinal, en donde la porción acanalada presenta al menos una primera perforación pasante que se extiende en una primera dirección transversal; una primera proyección, posicionada en el primer extremo lateral y que se extiende en la primera dirección transversal; y una segunda proyección, posicionada en el segundo extremo lateral y que se extiende en la primera dirección transversal; en donde el soporte se fabrica de un material aislante eléctrico y refractario. Se proporciona, además, un aparato precipitador electrostático, que comprende una fuente de alimentación eléctrica, un primer electrodo conectado a la fuente de alimentación eléctrica mediante una primera línea de alimentación, un manto conductor conectado a la fuente de alimentación eléctrica en una polaridad diferente de la del primer electrodo y dicho soporte de electrodo.An electrode support of an electrostatic precipitator device is provided to insulate both thermally and electrically a supply line of said electrode while facilitating its installation and maintenance, the support comprising: a base that has a first lateral end and a second side end; a grooved portion arranged in or on the base extending in a longitudinal direction, wherein the grooved portion has at least one first through-hole extending in a first transverse direction; a first projection, positioned at the first lateral end and extending in the first transverse direction; and a second projection, positioned at the second lateral end and extending in the first transverse direction; wherein the support is made of a refractory and electrical insulating material. An electrostatic precipitator apparatus is further provided, comprising an electrical power source, a first electrode connected to the electrical power source via a first power line, a conductive blanket connected to the electrical power source in a polarity different from that of the first electrode and said electrode holder.
