Abstract

Las modalidades descritas en la presente se refieren en general a membranas de óxido de grafeno durables para filtración de fluidos. Por ejemplo, las membranas de óxido de grafeno pueden ser durables bajo altas temperaturas, pH no neutro y/o altas presiones. Un aspecto de la presente divulgación se refiere a un aparato de filtración que comprende: un sustrato de soporte y una membrana de óxido de grafeno colocada en el sustrato de soporte. La membrana de óxido de grafeno tiene una primera tasa de rechazo de lactosa de al menos 50% con una primera solución de lactosa al 1% en peso a temperatura ambiente. La membrana de óxido de grafeno tiene una segunda tasa de rechazo de lactosa de al menos 50% con una segunda solución de lactosa al 1% en peso a temperatura ambiente después de que la membrana de óxido de grafeno se pone en contacto con una solución que está a al menos 80°C durante un período de tiempo.
