Abstract
Un proceso cero residuos que utiiiza las escorias finales de fundición de cobre para producir productos comerciales que comprende: (a) carga/vaciado de los materiales: se debe adicionar a un reactor/horno un agente reductor y luego vaciar la escoria en estado fundido; además se adicionan óxidos que acnian como fundentes; (b) reducción de óxidos de hierro: una vez que todos los materiales son cargados se debe mantener la temperatura sobre 1550°C para comenzar las reacciones descomposición de fayalita y de reducción, yen paralelo se produce la disolución del agente reductor en el Fe líquido hasta obtenerla composición del arrabio; (c) formación de escoria: esta etapa ocurre en paraleio a la etapa de reducción, donde la temperatura del baño debe mantenerse sobre 1 450°C y donde a medida que avanza la reducción de los óxidos, se va procjciendo la fase arrabio; y el aumento paulatino de la concentración de Si02 Dermite que la escoria comience a tener un aumento de su temperatura de fusión; obtenido tres fases, arrabio, óxidos y gases; (d) descarga de productos: de la etapa (c) le fase gaseosa debe ser evacuada de manera continua; la fase óxidos debe removerse primero y ser enfriada para su solidificación; y la fase arrabio debe ser moldeada en lingotillosA zero waste process that uses the final copper smelting slag to produce commercial products comprising: (a) loading / emptying the materials: a reducing agent must be added to a reactor / furnace and then the slag is emptied in the molten state; furthermore, oxides are added that acne as fluxes; (b) reduction of iron oxides: once all the materials are charged, the temperature must be maintained above 1550 ° C to begin the reactions, decomposition of fayalite and reduction, and in parallel the dissolution of the reducing agent in the liquid Fe occurs until the composition of the pig iron is obtained; (c) slag formation: this stage occurs in parallel to the reduction stage, where the temperature of the bath must be kept above 1450 ° C and where as the reduction of the oxides progresses, the pig iron phase proceeds; and the gradual increase in the concentration of Si02 causes the slag to begin to have an increase in its melting temperature; obtained three phases, pig iron, oxides and gases; (d) discharge of products: from stage (c) the gaseous phase must be evacuated continuously; the oxide phase must first be stirred and cooled for solidification; and the pig iron phase must be molded into ingotillos
