Abstract
La presente patente de invención se refiere a un sistema de aspiración y transporte por vacío multifuncional de polvos metálicos finos y gases en suspensión en el ambiente producidos en una frente mina por explosividad, utilizando ductos o mangas como medio transporte para la ventilación a través de la extracción de polvos y gases tóxicos. El sistema de aspiración y transporte de polvo y gases basados en la extracción del material en suspensión y gases tóxicos esparcidos en el ambiente, funciona con caudal de aire comprimido que es generado por un compresor, este sistema de aspiración que está conectado ducto de captación de polvos y gases del ambiente, realizando así las labores de ventilación, limpieza a través de la aspiración y transporte sin polución de polvos metálicos finos y gases producidos en frente de mina después de una tronadura, y limpieza galerías, plantas de la minería, en esta área es aplicable a todas las líneas de producción desde tronadura interior mina, hasta plantas de chancado. Este sistema funciona con caudal de aire, que es generado por un compresor con su respectivo motor eléctrico o a combustión que se encuentra fuera de la mina y posee una red de aire que ocupa la perforadora , además esta red de aire sirve también de conexión para inyectar un caudal de aire al sistema de aspiración, el sistema de la invención es aplicable en todo tipo de industria, preferentemente en la minería, plantas industriales, industria marítima, Industria de cementos, sectores confinados con sustancias peligrosas, superficie al interior plantas, entre otros procesos industriales, áridos, canteras, talleres artesanales y agrícolas.The present invention patent refers to a multifunctional vacuum aspiration and transport system of fine metal powders and gases in suspension in the environment produced in a mine front by explosiveness, using ducts or sleeves as a means of transport for ventilation through the extraction of dust and toxic gases.
