UN SISTEMA PARA DETECCIÓN DE INTENTOS DE FRAUDE EN UNA MÁQUINA EXPENDEDORA INVERSA, QUE COMPRENDE: - UN DISPOSITIVO EMISOR DE RADIACIÓN PARA ILUMINAR UN ENVASE DE ALIMENTOS Y BEBIDAS  QUE ES RECIBIDO POR DICHA MÁQUINA EXPENDEDORA INVERSA, - UN DISPOSITIVO DE DETECCIÓN DE RADIACIÓN CONFIGURADO PARA DETECTAR RADIACIÓN REFLEJADA EN Y/O EMITIDO DESDE DICHO ENVASE DE ALIMENTOS O BEBIDAS EN RESPUESTA A DICHA ILUMINACIÓN; -UNA UNIDAD DE PROCESAMIENTO CONFIGURADA PARA: - RECIBIR INFORMACIÓN QUE CORRESPONDE A LA RADIACIÓN DETECTADA DESDE DICHO POR LO MENOS UN DISPOSITIVO DE DETECCIÓN DE RADIACIÓN; - ANALIZAR DICHA INFORMACIÓN PARA DETERMINAR LA EXISTENCIA DE RADIACIÓN ADICIONAL, CUYA RADIACIÓN ADICIONAL NO ES RECIBIDA DESDE LOS ENVASES DE ALIMENTOS Y BEBIDAS VÁLIDOS, Y – LUEGO DE LA DETERMINACIÓN DE LA EXISTENCIA DE DICHA RADIACIÓN ADICIONAL CLASIFICAR DICHO ENVASE DE ALIMENTOS O BEBIDAS COMO FRAUDULENTO; TAMBIÉN UNA MÁQUINA EXPENDEDORA INVERSA PROPORCIONADA CON DICHO SISTEMA Y UN MÉTODO CORRESPONDIENTE; MÉTODO; SISTEMA; MÁQUINA.
