Abstract
La presente invención consiste en un sistema y método para la detección no invasiva de enfermedad de Alzheimer (AD) o deterioro cognitivo leve (MCI). El sistema y método están basados en análisis de DTI, usado para discriminar pacientes basada en conjuntos de características de entrada desde 3 niveles diferentes de análisis del cerebro: nivel de vóxel, nivel de conexión y nivel de red.The present invention consists of a system and method for the non-invasive detection of Alzheimer's disease (AD) or mild cognitive impairment (MCI). The system and method are based on DTI analysis, used to discriminate patients based on sets of input characteristics from 3 different levels of brain analysis: voxel level, connection level and network level.
