Abstract
UN MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR UNA LANZA TÉRMICA CON RETENCIÓN CONTINUA DE SUS COMPONENTES, EN DONDE LA LANZA ES DEL TIPO FORMADA POR, A LO MENOS, UN COMPONENTE INTERNO OXIDABLE Y UN TUBO EXTERNO OXIDABLE, SUSTANCIALMENTE COEXTENSIVOS, DEFINIENDO UNO O MÁS PASAJES LONGITUDINALES PARA LA CIRCULACIÓN DE UN GAS OXIDANTE QUE CRUZARÁ DESDE UN EXTREMO DE ALIMENTACIÓN HACIA EL OTRO EXTREMO DE IGNICIÓN DE DICHA LANZA TÉRMICA, CUANDO ESTA SE ENCUENTRE EN OPERACIÓN. QUE COMPRENDE INTRODUCIR AXIALMENTE COMPONENTES INTERNOS EN EL TUBO EXTERNO; HACER PASAR EL CONJUNTO PREVIO POR UN DISPOSITIVO MECÁNICO QUE REDUZCA LA SECCIÓN TRANSVERSAL DEL TUBO EXTERNO; Y RECORTAR LOS EXTREMOS DE DICHA LANZA TÉRMICA. TAMBIÉN, SE DESCRIBE LA LANZA TERMICA, EN LA CUAL SUS COMPONENTES INTERNOS QUEDAN RETENIDOS EN EL TUBO EXTERNO, DEBIDO A LA REDUCCIÓN DE LA SECCIÓN TRANSVERSAL DE, A LO MENOS, EL TUBO EXTERNO Y DICHO TUBO EXTERNO ESTA LIGERAMENTE COMPRIMIENDO A DICHOS COMPONENTES INTERNOS INTERFIRIENDO DE ESTA MANERA LA MEDIDA EXTERIOR DEL COMPONENTE INTERNO, DE MODO QUE NO SE OBSTRUYAN DICHOS PASAJES PARA EL GAS OXIDANTE EN TODA SU LONGITUD.A METHOD TO MANUFACTURE A THERMAL LANCE WITH CONTINUOUS RETENTION OF ITS COMPONENTS, WHERE THE LANCE IS OF THE TYPE FORMED BY, AT LEAST, ONE OXIDABLE INTERNAL COMPONENT AND AN OXIDABLE EXTERNAL TUBE, SUBSTANTIALLY COEXTENSIVE, A MORE CIRCULUDE LENGTH, DEFINING OVER THE LENGTH OF AN OXIDIZING GAS THAT WILL CROSS FROM ONE END OF SUPPLY TO THE OTHER END OF IGNITION OF SAID THERMAL LAUNCH, WHEN IT IS IN OPERATION. WHICH INCLUDES INTRODUCING INTERNAL COMPONENTS AXIALLY INTO THE EXTERNAL TUBE; PASS THE PRE-ASSEMBLY THROUGH A MECHANICAL DEVICE THAT REDUCES THE CROSS SECTION OF THE OUTER TUBE; AND CUT THE ENDS OF SAID THERMAL LANCE. ALSO, THE THERMAL LANCE IS DESCRIBED, IN WHICH ITS INTERNAL COMPONENTS ARE RETAINED IN THE EXTERNAL TUBE, DUE TO THE REDUCTION OF THE CROSS SECTION OF, AT LEAST, THE EXTERNAL TUBE AND SAID EXTERNAL TUBE IS LIGHTLY UNDERSTANDING THE INTERNAL COMPONENT. IN THIS WAY, THE EXTERNAL MEASUREMENT OF THE INTERNAL COMPONENT, SO THAT SUCH PASSAGES FOR THE OXIDIZING GAS ARE NOT OBSTRUCTED IN ALL ITS LENGTH.
