Description

  

  Synchronmotor mit ausgeprägten Polen für asynchronen Anlauf.    Bekanntlich bietet der asynchrone Anlauf  von Synchronmotoren mit ausgeprägten Po  len Schwierigkeiten, die in erster Linie auf  die durch die Pollücken bedingte Veränder  lichkeit des magnetischen Widerstandes, je  nach der Stellung des Polrades gegenüber  dem Stator zurückzuführen sind.  



  Vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt, diesen  Übelstand nachMöglichkeit zu beseitigen und  den asynchronen Anlauf derartiger Maschi  nen zu sichern. Dies wird dadurch erreicht,  dass die Polschuhe mindestens um die Pol  lückenbreite schräggestellt sind.  



  In der Zeichnung sind zwei beispielsweise  Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegen  standes schematisch dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt  in Abwicklung die Polflächen a dreier Pole  des Magnetrades. Die Polkerne c sind punk  tiert angedeutet und der Polabstand ist mit  z bezeichnet. Der Winkel der Schrägstellung    ist hier so gewählt, dass die Projektion d der  Längsseite auf die Richtung b der Polbreite  etwas grösser ist als die Pollücke e. Fig. 2  zeigt eine Ausführung, bei welcher die  Schrägstellung der Polflächen a durch Unter  teilung derselben in drei Teile und Staf  felung der einzelnen Teile gegeneinander  erreicht ist. Im übrigen sind die entsprechen  den Teile hier mit den gleichen Buchstaben  bezeichnet wie in Fig. 1.

  The present invention aims to eliminate this drawback as far as possible and to ensure the asynchronous start-up of such machines. This is achieved in that the pole shoes are inclined at least by the width of the pole gap.



  In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject invention are shown schematically. Fig. 1 shows the development of the pole faces a of three poles of the magnetic wheel. The pole cores c are indicated dotted and the pole spacing is denoted by z. The angle of the inclination is chosen here so that the projection d of the long side onto the direction b of the pole width is slightly larger than the pole gap e. Fig. 2 shows an embodiment in which the inclination of the pole faces a is achieved by subdividing the same into three parts and Staf felung of the individual parts against each other. Otherwise, the corresponding parts are denoted here with the same letters as in FIG. 1.
