Drive device for ringing bells by means of a motor. The present invention relates to a drive device for ringing bells by means of a DZotor. The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely: Fig. 1 is a front view of the device, Fig. 2 is a side view, partially in section, Fig. 3 is a plan view of the same, Fig. 4 is a part of a front view, where in individual Parts are in a different position than in FIG.
On a stationary, non-rotating bearing pin 1, a gear 2 and a lever arm 3 are each rotatably mounted for themselves. In addition, a sleeve piece 4 is attached to the bearing pin 1. On an arm 411 of the sleeve piece 4, a disc 4b is fixed to which a segment piece 5 is screwed. On a hub 4 of the disc 4b from the arc piece 5, a segment 6 is rotatably placed, which is prevented by means of a ring 7 from sliding. The segment 6 has stop pins 8 and 9 and a weight lever 10. At segment 5, a double pawl with two fixed toothed pawls 12 is rotatably attached to a Lap pen 11.
It also has a loosely rotatable pawl 13, which can only be pivoted to the right from the position shown in FIG. 1, and which is beveled at the bottom. "A spring 1111 pulls a stop pin 11b against the tab 11.
On the pawl 13 can be attached to the lever arm 3 stop 14, which can be from a pin with a roller seated thereon, the pawl act lifting, on the lever arm 3, a lateral bearing arm 15 is screwed on, on the pin 16 (Fig. 3) a brake disc 17 and a toothed drive 17a strongly connected to it sit loosely rotatable. The latter meshes with gear 2. In a circumferential groove of the brake disc 17, a brake band 18 provided at its ends with a loop and tensioning screw is inserted. The loop engages a pin 19 which is fixed on the bearing arm 15.
The tensioning screw engages one arm 20 by means of a spring. a three-armed lever piece 20 which is rotatable about a bolt 21 of the bearing arm 15 and forms part of a locking mechanism.
On an upwardly extending arm 20b. a slot pawl 22 which ends obliquely and which is slotted at the bottom is loosely attached, which is held in the blocking position shown in FIG. 1 by means of a spring 22a. On the lever piece 20 is a roller bracket 23 with rotatably mounted roller 24 is movably suspended, wel cher by a spring which is fixed to the arm 20c, is pulled against a stop 23v.
A toothed piston 25 engages the toothed wheel 2. With the piston 25, a ring gear 25a is connected, which is in motion connection through gear wheels, not shown, with the motor not shown. The lever urine 3 is connected by means of lifting rods 26 with the connection block 27 in Bewegungsver, which is attached to the bell yokes.
The mode of operation of the drawn device is as follows. In the rest position according to FIG. 1, the pawl 22 is supported on the segment 5 in the position shown in FIG. As a result, the lever piece 20 is rotated around the bolt 21 so that the brake band 18 is firmly pulled up on the brake disc 17. This position of the lever piece 20 is secured in that the roller 24 of the roller bracket 23 rests on the segment 6 as a result of its own weight and tension of the spring 2311, as is illustrated in FIG. 1.
If now the gear 25 is rotated in front of the engine and so the gear 2 is set clockwise in Dre hung, the lever arm 3 is swung to the right by the engagement of the toothed piston 17a in the gear 2 as long as the brake is present. By pivoting the lever 3 to the right, through which the bell is swung slightly by means of the push rod 26 and the connecting block 27, the pawl 22 has soon fallen from the fixed segment 5 and the roller 24 has fallen from the rotatable segment 6, causing the lever piece 20 becomes free and the braking effect between the brake disc 17 and the brake band 18 is lifted.
The swung-out bell now goes back to the rest position together with the lever arm 3, the pawl 22 loosely grinding on your segment 5 and the roller 24 likewise on the segment 6 (see FIG. 4). When the direction of oscillation of the bell is reversed, the locking mechanism comes into operation again, and the pawl 22 is again supported on segment 5 and the roller 24 on segment 6, whereby the lever piece 20 has recently rotated somewhat and the brake band 18 is tightened again. This process gives the bell a new drive and the game starts all over again.
So that now the bell is vibrating with each stroke of the same during the ringing, the lever arm 3 encounters with each stroke to the right on the stop 9 seated on the rotatable segment 6 and takes the segment by two or more pins 6a with to the right, the right toothed pawl 12 of the double pawl on the left to right of the right toothed pawl 12 ge longing pins 6a snaps.
If the lever arm 3 swings back to the left, the segment 6 tends to rotate back to the left due to the weight 10, but this prevents the right toothed pawl 12 of the double pawl. But it now pushes the stop 14 fixed on the lever 3 against the inclined surface of the pawl 13, which can only be rotated to the right, and thus lifts the right side of the double pawl, lowering the left toothed pawl 12 between two pins 6a. This rotation allows segment 6 to go back to the left by a pin 6a for a purpose indicated later.
Due to the permanent switching of the segment 6 with each stroke of the lever 3 by at least one pin 6a to the right, the path for the roller 24 is extended more and more to the right and thereby the duration of the force of the motor on the bell is extended ver. By choosing the number of pins 61, the duration of the force of the motor on the bell and thus the swing height of the same can be determined, because when the movements of the lever 3 have increased so that the right tooth pawl 12 grips behind a new pin If there is no longer a pin 6-8 on the segment, segment 6 falls to the left so far that the right tooth pawl 12 again engages behind the last pin 60.
Then the time of braking and therefore that of the associated force from the Dlotor on the lever 3 can no longer increase ver.
Due to the weight 10, the segment 6 falls back to the left; as soon as the right tooth 12 of the double pawl is moved upwards. It is prevented that the segment 6 can move backwards by more than one pin during operation, as well as during the ringing, because when the roller 14 of the stop lifts the pawl 13 when the lever 3 moves to the left, the Double pawl only one quick turning movement, the left tooth of the same soon engaging between two pins 60.
fier right tooth on it but by the spring 11'0. is quickly returned to the position shown.
The backward movement of the segment 6 by one tooth is necessary so that the segment 6 can be brought back to the rest position when the bell rings.
As is well known, the vibrations of the bell are based on the law of pendulum motion, and a bell thus requires practically the same amount of time for a small vibration as for a large vibration. The force from the engine through the drive device. the bell he follows only when he moves the lever 3 to the right by braking the brake disc 17 and the associated tooth piston 170., approximately in a half-turn of the gear 2. During the second half-turn of the gear 2, the braking device is then free because the lever arm 3 moves to the left.
So while the gear 2 makes a large rotation; makes the lever arm 3 and thus also the bell a back and forth movement.
The device is switched off by motorized power withdrawal, whereby the work stored in the bell disappears by gradually swinging out, so that the vibrations of the lever arm 3 also become shorter. How it works between the wheels. 2 and 170. remains the same when ringing out as when ringing, apart from the fact that 170. is the driving wheel and 2 is the driven wheel.
When the motor is switched off and the disc 17 is braked, the lever 3 goes to the right, the force of the motor no longer acts through the drive device on the bell, but the work stored in the vibrations of the bell generates a short empty every time the lever 3 moves to the right Forward running of the drive device and the motor, where the weakening of the bell oscillations is supported.
The segment 6 can move under the action of the weight 10 with each stroke by a pin 60 to the left, whereby the path for the roller 24 is reduced until the pin 8 strikes the segment 5.
