Elektrische Kontaktvorrichtung.
Electrical contact device. In brush contact devices or sol chen with solid contact pieces, similar to the contact devices of the known regulating resistors, there is the disadvantage that in contact layers with at least three current connection points usually only two are reached. This occurs when the movable contact piece is lifted from at least one contact point in the event of inaccuracies in the height of the individual fixed contacts. Even in those known versions with the contact arm perpendicular to the contact path movably arranged contact pieces, perfect contact is not always achieved.
This is ruled out in the contact device according to the present invention in that a contact piece that is movable in all directions rests on a maximum of three contact points lying in a triangle, which can be points or appropriately arranged cutting edges.
The first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 of the accompanying drawings for a contact device according to the invention fulfills the mentioned condition in that a displaceable, all-round movable contact piece a, which is loosely attached to the contact arm b, by means of spring c (Fig. 2) is pressed against the rows of contacts d, of which it touches, for example, three fixed contacts d safely in the switching positions I and III shown.
In the further specified Stel ment II, however, only two contacts d are connected, as shown in FIG. 3 drawn in section along the line 3-3 of FIG. 1, it is evident.
4 to 6 an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown in which the movable contact piece e by means of a cutting edge f (compare the section 6 according to the line 6-6 of FIG. 4) is guided on a contact rail g .
This cutting edge f ver runs perpendicular to the direction of movement of the contact piece e and thus allows the latter to adapt to the contact path in all switching positions. At most, the contacts d could also be designed as cutting edges or the contact surface of the contact piece e, although, as the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 1 and 4 show, each contact layer always has a maximum of three electrical connection points that are not straight Line lie.
