Description

  

  Häfiganker und Verfuhren zur Herstellung desselben.    Gegenstand vorlieriender Erfindung ist  ein Käfiganker, dessen Kurzschlussringe an  gegossen sind.  



  Die Erfindung betrifft gleichzeitig ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung von solchen Kä  figankern. Zweckmässigerweise werden die  seitlichen Enden von im Blechkörper ein  gelegten Kupferleitern zugleich umgossen.  Gleichzeitig mit den Kurzschlussringen kön  nen auch die Ankerleiter gegossen werden.  



  In beiliegender Zeichnung sind zwei Aus  führungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstan  des dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:  Fig. 1 einen Axialschnitt durch einen  Käfiganker, als Aussenanker und Rotor aus  gebildet,  Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch den Anker  nach der Linie a-a der Fig. 1,  Fig. 3 einen Axialschnitt durch eine an  dere Ausführungsform des Käfigankers als  Innenanker ausgebildet, und  Fig. 4 einen Schnitt durch diesen Anker  nach der Linie b-b der Fig. 3.  



  Bei der Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 1  und 2 wird das zusammengenietete Blech-    paket 1, das mit durchgehenden Querlöchern  2 für Ankerleiter 3 versehen ist, in die     Sand-          oder    Kokillenform, die entsprechend geformt  ist, gelegt und mit einem elektrisch gut lei  tenden Metall, beispielsweise Aluminium,  beidseitig derart umgossen, dass zwei     Kurz-          sehlussringe    4 entstehen, die untereinander  mittelst der Ankerleiter 3 leitend verbunden  sind. Das umgossene Blechpaket wird an  sind. Das umgossene Blechpaket wird an  einem Armstern oder einer glockenförmig  ausgebildeten Radscheibe 5 starr angebracht,  welcher mit Bohrung 6 für die Welle ver  sehen ist.  



  Bei der Ausführungsform gemäss Fig.3  und 4 ist das zusammengenietete Blechpaket  1 mit Querlöchern versehen, in welche An  kerleiter 3 mit abgesetzten Enden 7 ange  bracht sind. Ähnlich wie bei der ersten Aus  führungsform wird das Blechpaket mit den  Ankerleitern in eine Gussform gelegt und  beidseitig mit einem elektrisch gut leitenden  Metall ungossen, so dass zwei Kurzschluss  ringe 4 entstehen, die aber in diesem Falle  Mittelst der vorher angebrachten Ankerleiter  3     leitend        verbunden    sind.

       Das        umgossene          Blechpaket        wird        in        it    einer     zweiteiligen    -Nabe      8 starr verbunden, die mit Bohrung 6 für die  Welle verseben ist.  



  Der Käfiganker kann ebenfalls bei     Aus-          fübrung    als Aussenanker als Stator ausgebil  det werden, wobei das umgossene Blechpaket  an dem Gehäuse des Motors starr angebracht  wird.

  In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the riveted sheet-metal package 1, which is provided with through transverse holes 2 for armature conductors 3, is placed in the sand or chill mold, which is shaped accordingly, and covered with a metal with good electrical conductivity, for example aluminum, encapsulated on both sides in such a way that two short-circuit rings 4 are created, which are conductively connected to one another by means of the armature conductor 3. The encapsulated sheet metal package will be on. The cast laminated core is rigidly attached to an arm star or a bell-shaped wheel disc 5, which is seen ver with hole 6 for the shaft.



  In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the riveted laminated core 1 is provided with transverse holes, in which to kerleiter 3 with stepped ends 7 are introduced. Similar to the first embodiment, the laminated core with the armature conductors is placed in a mold and cast on both sides with an electrically conductive metal, so that two short-circuit rings 4 are created, but in this case they are conductively connected to the previously attached armature conductors 3.

       The cast laminated core is rigidly connected in it with a two-part hub 8, which is offset with a hole 6 for the shaft.



  The cage armature can also be designed as an external armature as a stator, with the encapsulated laminated core being rigidly attached to the housing of the motor.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Käfig ankern nach Patentanspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dessen Kurzschluss ringe an den Blechkörpern angegossen werden. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von ankern nach Patentanspruch II, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Enden von im Blechkörper angebrachten Kup ferleitern von den Kurzschlussringen um gossen werden. 2. Verfahren zur Darstellung von Käfig ankern nach Patentanspruch II, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass gleichzeitig mit den Kurzschlussringen aucb die Ankerleiter gegossen werden. PATENT CLAIMS I.
