Description
Vorrichtung zur Astusieruug elektrischer Regler. Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vor richtung zur Astasierung elektrischer Regler durch eine mit veränderlichem Hebelarm auf das Drehsystem des Reglers wirkende zu- sii.tzliclce Federkraft. Man hat zii diesem Z %veck bereits Vorrichtungen benutzt, bei welchen zur Veränderung des Hebelarmes der zusätzlichen Federkraft die Änderung der Halbmesser von unrunden Scheiben herangezogen wird.
Bei der Vorrichtung gemäss vorliegender Erfindung wird eine Änderung des Hebel armes durch Ausbiegung einer einseitig ein gespannten Blattfeder erzielt, welche bei Drehung des beweglichen Teiles des Reglers an ein Widerlager von solcher Form sich anlegt, dass eine Änderung des Hebelarmes der zusätzlichen Federkraft nach einem vor geschriebenen Gesetz erzielt wird.
In Gier Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise :Ausführung des Erfindungsgegenstandes in Anwendung bei einem Schnellregler darge stellt. Das aus den Solenoidkernen c und d und den Querstücken e und / bestehende bewegliche.
System des Reglers wird durch die Solenoide a und<I>b</I> um die Achsen g und 1a gedreht. Die Achse h trägt einen Ansatz i., an welchem mittelst einer Sehraube h das eine Ende einer Blattfeder l befestigt ist.

Am an dern Ende des Verbindungsst.ückes greift die an einem Fixpunkt befestigte Sehraubenfeder v an, welche gemeinsam mit der Blattfeder 1 die zusätzliche Federkraft zur Astasierung des Reglers liefert..
Der Ansatz % ist: auf der Seite, an welcher die Blattfeder anliegt, nach einer bestimmten Kurve geformt, so dass die Ausbiegun1 der Blattfeder und damit der Hebelai m, an welchem die zusätzliche Fe derkraft auf das Reglersystein wirkt, ,je nach der Stellung des B.eglersystems in bestimm ter Weise sich ändert.
