L'objet de la présente invention est un fer â cheval avec crampons amovibles sui vant la revendication du brevet principal N 79268, dans lequel les crampons sont percés,<B>il</B> travers leur partie comprise entre le corps du crampon et la tige de fixation, d'au moins un trou clans un plan perpendi culaire à l'axe du crampon, ladite tige de fixation étant elle-même fendue clans le sens cie sa longueur suivant. un plan passant par ledit axe, le tout, établi de telle sorte que, lorsque le corps du crampon est usé, le trot percé dans la partie.
entre le corps et la tige de fixation se transforme par l'usure en une rainure dans laquelle on peut. introduire un tournevis pour l'extraction de la tige de fixation.
Le dessin annexé représente une forme d'exécution d'un tel crampon amovible, donnée < î titre d'exemple.

Le corps 1 du cranpon a la forme tron conique. La base supérieure 2 est. pourvue de deux cannelures perpendiculaires 3, en vue d'augmenter l'adhérence du fer avec le sol. A sa base inférieure, le corps est. pro longé par une portion cylindrique 4, per cée de part en part dans mi plan perpendi culaire a l'axe du crampon, d'un trou 5.
Entre cette partie cylindrique du corps 1 et la tige de fixation 6 se trouve une partie 7, en formé de tête de boulon, logée clans l'alésage du fer 8, ainsi que représenté en fig. 4. Cette tête 7 est également percée de part en part clans un plan perpendiculaire il l'axe du crampon, d'un trou 9.
La tige de fixation 6 est. filetée et fendue suivant un plan passant par l'axe du cram pon, jusqu'au trou 9. En écartant légère ment les deux moitiés, elles recevront une certaine élasticité qui assurera une adhé- rence plus brande de la tige 6 dans l'alésage du fer b.
A mesure que le corps 1 s'use et que sa base 2. s'approche du plan A-B de fig. 1. le trou 5 se transforme en rainure et permet â tout moment d'enlever la tige 6 en moyen d'un tourne=vis. Après usure complète du crampon, jusqu'iL fleur du fer S, le trou 9 percé dans la tête 7 se transforme à son tour en une rainure qui permet de tourner au moyen d'un tournevis les deux moitiés Cie la tige 6, qui peuvent ainsi être facilement, enlevées de l'alésage du fer S.
Le corps du crampon peut avoir toute autre forme prismatique ou cylindrique. 11 peut être pourvu ou non de cannelures sur toutes on partie de ses faces, afin d'en aug menter l'adhérence avec le sol.
La tige de fixation peut être creuse en vue d'augmenter l'élasticité des deux moi tiés et d'en alléger le poids. Elle peut être aussi dépourvue de filetage et être légère ment conique pour augmenter la fixité dans l'alésage du fer.
Le corps du crampon peut, èt.re évidé sous. la portion cylindrique de sa hase inférieure, afin de mieux dégager la (êle de la tige de fixation qui se trouve clans l'alésage du fer, après l'usure com plète dudit corps.

The body 1 of the cranpon has the truncated conical shape. The upper base 2 is. provided with two perpendicular grooves 3, in order to increase the adhesion of the iron with the ground. At its lower base, the body is. pro lengthened by a cylindrical portion 4, pierced right through in a mid-plane perpendicular to the axis of the crampon, with a hole 5.
Between this cylindrical part of the body 1 and the fixing rod 6 is a part 7, in the form of a bolt head, housed in the bore of the iron 8, as shown in FIG. 4. This head 7 is also pierced right through in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the crampon, with a hole 9.
The fixing rod 6 is. threaded and split along a plane passing through the axis of the cram pon, up to the hole 9. By slightly separating the two halves, they will receive a certain elasticity which will ensure a stronger adhesion of the rod 6 in the bore iron b.
As the body 1 wears out and its base 2. approaches the plane A-B of fig. 1. the hole 5 turns into a groove and allows the rod 6 to be removed at any time by means of a screwdriver. After complete wear of the crampon, up to the flower of the iron S, the hole 9 drilled in the head 7 is in turn transformed into a groove which allows the two halves Cie the rod 6 to be turned by means of a screwdriver, which can thus be easily removed from the bore of the S-iron.
The body of the clamp can have any other prismatic or cylindrical shape. It may or may not be provided with grooves on all or part of its faces, in order to increase its adhesion with the ground.
