Da in dem dargestellten Falle A-C <I>:
</I> A---B = 0,17 ist, ist, hier die Ven tilationsarbeit, -\velche bei der in Fig. 1 links dargestellten Schräglage der Austrittskanäle A ;
Aber auch für die Kühlung elelztrisclier Maschinen ist: die Anordnung finit besonde- rem ,Vorteil verwenclhar. Fig. 4 zeigt ein solches Anwendungsbeispiel für den um laufenden Felclinagneten einer elektrischen Maschine. bei der die Mlichlungsspulen durch zahnförmige Spulenlialter, die mit ver breiterten Füssen in Nuten des L;

<tb> consideration:
<SEP> Examines <SEP>, <SEP> the <SEP> forces, <SEP> under <SEP> their <SEP> action <SEP> on <SEP> from <SEP> the <SEP> outflow channel <SEP> <SEP> just escaping <SEP> particle <SEP> which is <SEP> cool <SEP>, <SEP> so <SEP> will <SEP> inan <SEP> determine <SEP> that <SEP> this
<tb> Particle <SEP> first <SEP> under <SEP> the <SEP> action <SEP> the
<tb> Rotation <SEP> of the <SEP> circulating <SEP> part <SEP> 1 <SEP> assumes a <SEP> circumferential speed <SEP>, <SEP> which <SEP> in
<tb> tangential <SEP> direction <SEP> in the <SEP> same <SEP> sense <SEP> as
<tb> the <SEP> rotary setting <SEP> runs <SEP> and <SEP> the <SEP> according to <SEP> direction and size, through the component uz in Fig. 1 on the right! May be.
Furthermore, the cooling air particle will strive, even under the influence of centrifugal force, to leave the radial outflow channel 3 in ra dialer direction at a speed that may be given by the component 2c., Of Fig. 1 on the right according to direction and size and recorded as the relative speed.
With this speed, the cooling air actually leaves the radial outflow channel 3 if the air is driven through the airways at the same speed while the runner is standing still as in normal operation a suitable choice of proportions can be made approximately equal to 2c2.
In the drawing, 2v2 is accordingly only slightly smaller than 2c. =.
Under the simultaneous influence of the circumferential speed 2c and the relative speed 2a = the exiting air particle will assume an absolute speed. the direction and size by .the resultant e. given is.
This resultant c., As long as the two components u. and do, form a right or acute angle, always be larger than each of the components. If the components formed an obtuse angle with one another, the resulting end would turn out to be smaller, namely the smaller the more obtuse the angle at which the components 2c @ and 2c_ are to one another.
There. the peripheral speed v_ acts in the sense of the direction of rotation. should therefore. Relativgescbwin (ligheit w @ act opposite to the direction of rotation.
In order to achieve (read, one must give the outlet channels for the coolant such a shape, position or both properties at the same time that their mouths, instead of the radial direction, as on the right-hand side of FIG. 1, one opposite the Direction of rotation device inclined direction obtained, as shown by the outflow channels 4 on the left side of FIG.
If one constructs, @ vie, on the right side of FIG. 1, also for this case (read P.arallelogramm of the speeds for a cooling air particle just leaving the inclined outlet channel 4, on the assumption.
(Let the circumferential speed and relative speed of the exiting cooling air be of the same order of magnitude as the corresponding values of the first case, this results in. (read the diagram drawn on the left-hand side of FIG. 1. In this case, the direction of the circumferential speed u As in the first case, tangential and directed in the same sense as the direction of rotation.
As a result of the inclined position of the outflow channel 4 in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation, the relative speed w2 is in the almost tangential direction, which can be seen in a diagram, which is opposite to the direction of rotation. From the components -t (, and tc_, see in this case is the resultant c-M'ie the figure readily shows.
the R.esultiereude ez on the left side, of Fig. 1 much smaller than c @ on the right side of the figure.
For comparison, the two diagrams in FIG. 3 are drawn out again, based on the same coordinate starting point. IT, also here \ again sets the peripheral speed,
2v_ the Pt.elati \ -ges.ehwin (lI * g- keit and c_ and c._ 'the corresponding resultant in both cases in terms of size.
As is well known, the ventilation work. with otherwise identical ratios proportional to the component acting in the circumferential direction of the alcoholic outlet speed of the coolant, the distances A-B and A-C in FIG. 3 are a direct measure of the workload. Since in the illustrated case A-C <I>:
</I> A --- B = 0.17, is, here the work of ventilation, - \ velche in the inclined position of the outlet channels A shown on the left in FIG. 1;
is waving a sigh. only 17% of the ventilation work that takes place in the radial direction of the outlet channels 3, as shown on the right-hand side of FIG. would have to be found with the same amount of air, the same volume and air speed and pale resistances.
From the left-hand side of FIG. 1 it follows without further ado that the resultant cl- 'becomes smaller the closer the direction of component 7v approaches the tangent laid by its initial point. It also emerges that at the same time here with the direction, the resultant c_ 'approaches more and more the radial direction.
However, this approximation finds a limit which is determined by the honorable conditions.
The construction explained in @ orhergelicn.den can of course be applied to rotating machine parts of the most varied types that require cooling, and only two of the applications are mentioned below.
For example, the arrangement shown in FIG. 1 could be designed in this way. that it can be used to cool a cylinder with a rotating piston.
But also for the cooling of elelztrisclier machines: the arrangement finitely special, advantage usable. Fig. 4 shows such an application example for the current field magnet of an electrical machine. in which the Mschllungsspulen by tooth-shaped Spulenlialter, which with ver broadened feet in grooves of the L;
The outer bodies are attached south, against which the effects of the centrifugal force are held, with these bobbin holders being partly or partly with axially arranged cannulas for the passage of full cooling air.
In Fig. 4 lredcutet 5, the rotor body of a circumferential Feldniaglietes of the type mentioned above. Grooves 6 are provided in the same, which are fully delimited by the teeth 7 on both sides. The feet of the winding holders 8 are locked into these grooves 6. Between each two such winding sleeves lie, resting on tooth 7.,
two spool sides 9, which are pressed firmly against the tooth 7 serving as an abutment by the wedge 10 driven between the winding and slialter heads.
The packing holders 8 have an axial channel 11 for the passage of full of cooling air, which is supplied to this channel by means of special air supply channels 12 in the rotor body via radial ventilation slots provided at certain intervals.
The cooling air is discharged onto the axial duct 11 through an outflow duct 13 which, due to its shape and position, gives the exiting cooling air, as the arrows indicate, gradually deflecting it in a direction that is opposite to the direction of rotation and as tangential as possible.
In order to be able to easily produce the axial channel 11 and the outflow channel 13 by winding holder 8, the whole winding holder package can be conveniently put together in several parts, one of which has the shape shown in FIG. 5, the other the shape shown in FIG . Here you can either make the arrangement
that the outflow channel 13 lies in the middle part of the Wickluligsllalterpal: etes or all of its end faces. The latter arrangement does not apply even to massive,
Anwemclen existing one-piece winding holders. by working out the outflow channel 13 from one or both end faces of the winding holder pack, for example by milling or an equivalent working method.
In many cases it will be useful at all. to stack these Wichlungshalter.er on the punched sheets. -above here, too, a part of these sheets has the shape according to FIG. 5, another part that of FIG. 6.
If the 2lusströnkanal is in the middle of the winding holder package, then the cooling air can, for example, be drawn into the radial slot between the individual winding holder packages
