Description
Anlage zur Erzeugung von Wärme. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage zur Erzeugung von Wärme auf hydromechanischem Wege, bestehend aus einem Kessel, einer Pumpe und zwei die Pumpe mit dem Kessel verbindenden Leitungen, von welchen die eine die im Kessel befindliche Flüssigkeit der Pumpe zuführt, die andere die Druckleitung der Pumpe bildet, und besteht darin, dass das Ende der in den Kessel einmündenden Pumpendruckleitung mit mindestens einer Drosselvorrichtung versehen ist;
zum Zwecke, die den Kessel, die Pumpe und die Leitungen im geschlossenen Kreislaufe durchströmende Flüssigkeit mit Hilfe der durch die Drossel vorrichtung erzeugten Reibung zu erwärmen. Die Verdampfung innerhalb der Pumpe kann dabei durch einen genügend hohen Förder druck verhindert werden.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung schematisch dargestellt.
a ist ein bis zum Niveau n mit Flüssig keit angefüllter Kessel, b eine Antriebsma schine, c eine Zentrifugalpumpe, welche so wohl mit der Saugleitung d, als auch mit der Druckleitung e an den Kessel a ange- schlossen ist. Die Druckleitung ist an ihrem Ende mit einer oder mehreren Drosselvor richtungen, zum Beispiel Düsen f, versehen. Wird die Pumpe in Betrieb gesetzt, so durch strömt die Flüssigkeit das durch den Kessel, die Ppmpe und die beiden Leitungen ge bildete System im Kreislaufe, wobei sie die von der Antriebsmaschine an die Pumpe ab gegebene mechanische Energie in Form von Wärme aufnimmt.
Die Pumpe und die Drossel vorrichtungen sind dabei derart bemessen, dass ein genügend hoher Förderdruck ent steht, um die Dampfbildung in der Pumpe zu verhindern und damit einen anstandslosen Betrieb derselben zu gewährleisten.

The pressure line is provided at its end with one or more Drosselvor devices, for example nozzles f. When the pump is put into operation, the liquid flows through the system formed by the boiler, the Ppmpe and the two lines in the circuit, absorbing the mechanical energy given to the pump by the drive machine in the form of heat.
The pump and the throttle devices are dimensioned in such a way that there is a sufficiently high delivery pressure to prevent the formation of steam in the pump and thus to ensure proper operation of the same.
