[0001] Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Gewehrgurt, insbesondere für Jagdwaffen. Gewehrgurten, auch Traggurten genannt, dienen dazu, eine Waffe insbesondere eine Jagdwaffe an der Schulter des Jägers aufgehängt zu tragen. Die beiden Enden des Gewehrgurts werden jeweils mit geeigneten Verbindungselementen mit dem Gewehr, insbesondere dem Hinterschaft und dem Vorderschaft oder Lauf des Gewehrs verbunden. Dazu sind am Schaft beziehungsweise am Lauf des Gewehrs entsprechende handelsübliche Befestigungsteile angeordnet. Um die Länge des Gewehrgurts an die Tragart, an der Schulter hängend oder diagonal von der Schulter zu der gegenüberliegenden Körperseite, einstellen zu können ist es aus der CH 709241 bekannt am Gewehrgurt einen Verlängerungsriemen anzubringen.
