Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Matratzenbezug zur Umhüllung eines Matratzenkerns (11), wobei der Matratzenbezug einen Verbund (24) umfassend ein Obermaterial (19), ein Untermaterial (17) sowie eine zwischenliegende Füllung aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen dass die Füllung zumindest anteilig aus einem Faservlies (21, 30) gebildet ist, das einen Hanffaseranteil von mindestens 20 % aufweist.
