Das Notizbuch mit austauschbaren Inhalten soll einerseits handgeschriebene Notizen aufnehmen und als Agenda dienen, sowie gleichzeitig als Schutzumschlag für ein elektronisches Mobilgerät wie beispielsweise ein multifunktionales Mobiltelefon, Tablet-PC oder E-Reader dienen. Diese kombinierte Aufgabenstellung wird durch einen Umschlag (2) mit einem Rückenteil (6) und zwei Deckelteilen (4, 4´) sowie Fixierungssystemen für die austauschbaren Inhalte gelöst. Der Umschlag (2´) weist auf seiner Innenseite ein inneres Deckblatt (3) auf, das ebenfalls aus einem Rückenteil (6) und zwei Deckelteilen (4, 4´) besteht. Der Rückenteil (6) des inneren Deckblattes (3) ist am unteren und oberen Ende mit Einschnitten (7) und Umklappern (8) versehen, wobei die Umklapper (8) zusammen mit dem Rückenteil (6) einen Träger (9) für das Fixierungssystem bildet, das vorzugsweise aus einer elastischen Schnur (11) besteht.
