Claims

1. Library module (1,10) including: five rectangular panels (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) of solid wood less than 12 mm thick, joined together without glue by means of nails or staples, and forming a housing (18) in the form of rectangular parallelepiped with a minimum depth (25) of 20 cm, preferably between 31 cm and 35 cm, thus being suitable for the storage, storage and transport of books; a carrying handle (20); said handle (20) being retractable in one of said five panels (11, 12, 13, 14, 15); fixing means for fixing said library module (1) removably to an adjacent library module (10).
