Abstract

The method involves applying colored contrast strips above or below a transparent packaging film i.e. transporting film. Receiver addresses are either printed on the contrast strips or the packaging film. The contrast strips are made of a same material like a protective film or paper. An independent claim is also included for a contrast strip not fixedly printed on a transparent packaging film.

[0002] Viele Zeitungen und Zeitschriften und andere Druckerzeugnisse werden heute zusammen mit Beilagen in durchsichtigen Folien an Abonnenten, Kunden oder Einzelpersonen versendet. Damit diese an die entsprechenden Orte zugestellt werden können müssen eine Empfänger-Adresse und weitere für den jeweiligen Transporteur wichtige Informationen vorhanden sein. Bisher wurden diese nach dem zusammentragen und einschweissen auf der Versandstrasse auf eine vorbedruckte Folie aufgebracht. Bei diesem Verfahren wird bei der Herstellung der Folie auf einer Druckmaschine ein weisser Farbstreifen aufgebracht der anschliessend an die Verpackung beschriftet wird. Da der Streifen durch den Farbauftrag das aufwickeln der Folie erschwert und zudem die Folie an der bedruckten Stelle verformt wird entstehen bei der Verarbeitung in der Versandmaschine Probleme in der Verarbeitung. Die meisten Transporteure der Zeitschriften verlangen für eine einwandfreie Lesbarkeit in den Sortieranlagen einen entsprechenden Kontrast zwischen dem Transportgut und der Empfängeradresse. Mit dem Farbauftrag auf die Folie ist dieser Kontrast beschränkt oder nur mit mehrfachem bedrucken verschiedener Farben möglich und deshalb Ökologisch nicht sinnvoll und teuer. Der Kontraststreifen kann aus dem gleichen Material wie die Schutzfolie oder aus Papier hergestellt sein.
