Abstract

The bag, particularly trolley bag, is fluid-dynamically formed of hard or semi-hard material for protecting the matters. The bag has wheels, holders, extended handle, externally attached rings and space for packing a dipping bottle, where the bag is provided as dipping equipment for carrying as a backpack.

Description

Problem which the invention can solve:

At present, when preparing for diving many individual actions must be performed, with different parts of the diving equipment must be taken from different locations and attached to different locations.

This can lead to stressful situations, especially shortly before the start of a dive where it matters that the preparation must be carried out quickly and to other divers who are also busy with the many parts of their equipment.

Also, diving is a material-intensive sport and the equipment is weighty, so that the transport of the equipment is associated with stress.

Furthermore, the relatively large number of hoses and ropes necessary for connecting and securing the various parts of the equipment results in a rather messy network of connections, which not only increases the diver's water resistance but also entails the danger that the diver can get caught somewhere.

Technical status

There are various patents (4,883,207, 7,387,304, 5,447,216, 5,370,113, 4,752,263 and 3,964,266) which describe various types of dive equipment to store or transport described. However, the invention described here is unique in the combination and manner in which transport and diving equipment are combined and also provides many innovative details.

Claims (12)

1. A suitcase with the following features a) Made of hard or semi-hard material to protect the contents. b) Provides space for packing a standard scuba tank (up to 15 liters). c) Used as diving equipment. 2. A case as in claim 1 with the properties a) Is fluid-dynamically shaped so that it causes less resistance when swimming underwater (Figure 1a). b) Has wheels and extendable handle so that it can be used as a trolley case (Fig. 1c). c) Can be worn as a backpack (Fig. 1b). d) Can be worn as a suitcase. 3. A case as in claim 1 with the properties a) Can be used as a buoyancy compensator (BCD). In this functionality he holds the diving bottle, offers buoyancy function by integrated variable buoyancy bodies, has holder for the dipping weights and can be attracted by the diver (Fig. 1a, Fig. 2, Fig. 3). b) Provides space to mount or secure all equipment required by the diver in their fully functional configuration inside or outside the case (Figures 2, 3). 4. A case as in claim 1 with the properties. a) Has external pockets (Fig. 4). b) The external pockets can be easily assembled and disassembled. A case as in claim 1 with the properties a) Has openings to draw through tubing (such as the hose for the regulator) (Figure 5). b) Has openings through lines (such as a retractor mounted inside the case and externally attached a camera) (Figure 5). c) Has openings as drain so that accumulated in the interior of the case water can drain (Fig. 6). d) Has openings to allow the free exchange of water and air between the inside and the outside of the case, as it is necessary for diving and as it can also be used for airing and drying out (FIGS. 7, 8) , e) Can be closed watertight so that the contents of the suitcase can be transported even when wet without unwittingly wetting the environment. This also means that the above-mentioned openings can optionally be closed watertight (FIGS. 5 to 8). 6. A case as in claim 1 with the following property Has fixation arms that allow placement of dive equipment (dive computers, regulators, dive lights, etc.) in a diver-friendly position. These fixing arms can be easily attached and removed. The fixing arms can be realized in various ways. A few possibilities are mentioned here for clarity: e.g. of flexible tube or linkage rods or combinations thereof (Figure 9). 7. A case as in claim 1 with the following property Holds fixed volume buoyancy. These are tare bodies which keep their volume constant even if the ambient pressure changes due to the change in the depth. 8. A case as in claim 1 with the following property Holds emergency buoyancy body. These are inflatable bodies which provide additional lift in the event of an emergency. 9. A case as in claim 1 with the following property Holds inflatable signal buoys. These are buoys which serve to mark the location of the diver on the surface. These can be on the surface during the entire dive and can be pulled along by the diver, or are inflated by the diver shortly before surfacing and left on the surface. 10. A case as in claim 1 with the following property The center of gravity of the suitcase can be moved. This happens in that the carried weights, the buoyancy or both are moved. This serves to stabilize the diver to the desired position, which may also change in the various phases of a dive (FIGS. 10, 11). To this claim also includes the weight pockets which can accommodate commercial dipping weights of all kinds and which hang each other. These are then moved onto rails mounted in the case (FIG. 12). 11. A case as in claim 1 with the following property Uses the extendable handle, which serves as a trolley case to use the suitcase as a tare body. This dual functionality of the handle has the advantage that space and weight is saved. 12. A case as in claim 1 with the following property If desired, various types of wheels can be attached to the case, so that it can be pulled over various surfaces (rocks, sand, etc.) (FIG. 13).
