Description

[0007] Fig. 1 in vergrösserter, ausschnittweiser Schnittdarstellung.

Kalk.

The invention relates stucco marble layer on gypsum / gypsum limestone boards, the like a reinforcement of glass or similar. Fiber mats have. For use as wall or ceiling cladding panels, as well as their manufacture.

State of the art

The stucco marble known for centuries, which has been used for decorative purposes, is usually on mineral substrates, e.g. Masonry or applied on wooden substrates.
Thus, a mixture of gypsum, bone glue and color pigments is artfully mixed and applied to this carrier. This technique has hardly changed since its inception. Materials: gypsum, glue, color pigments.

task

The object of the invention is to provide new ways to apply to the ground.

This object is achieved according to the invention by the specified in claim 1, provided with a Stuckmarmorschicht gypsum / gypsum limestone board, a reinforcement of glass o.a. Has fibers, as well as a process for their preparation solved.

The plate can be made of gypsum or a mixture of gypsum and lime. This plate has a core of glass or similar. Fibers, thereby resulting in a total weight-moderately light element. With such lightweight elements stucco marble panels can also be realized where this would otherwise not possible for reasons of static and / or moisture.

embodiment

The invention will now be described more in detail by way of example, reference being also made to the accompanying drawings in which:

Fig. 1 in an enlarged, fragmentary sectional view. A first manufacturing stage of a gypsum / gypsum lime slab according to the invention.

Fig. 2 is an enlarged, fragmentary view of a finished, provided with a Stuckmarmorschicht gypsum / gypsum lime plate according to the invention.

A stucco marble coated plaster / gypsum lime slab is produced as follows:
1st version: Plate with self-made stucco marble layer A gypsum board of variable size up to approx. 2 m width x 2 m height is cast in thickness up to 5 cm. Materials are gypsum, water, retarder and possibly lime.
In this a glass o.a. Embedded fiber mat and left until this plate has hardened. It can also be a finished plate made of identical materials.
On this plate, the stucco marble is applied in a known manner of a thickness up to 3 cm, then ground and polished.
Second

Version: Plates with existing old stucco marble layer The existing stucco marble layer, in one piece or in parts, is placed side by side with the front side on the table, in a negative mold or identical base in the position as you need it, so that the back the old stucco marble layer can be worked on. Rear Remains of the existing stucco marble layer are reduced, in one continuous thickness. Gaps in the stucco marble are filled with a special mortar to the same layer thickness of the environment.
Over the entire surface is now a thin mortar bed made of plaster or gypsum lime possibly with a retarding agent. On this mortar bed is a glass o.ä. Laid fiber mat and closed with another mortar bed. The entire mortar bed with glass or similar

Fiber reinforcement should not be stronger than max. 3 cm will be. After setting the entire mortar, the plates are set up. The defects are filled with stucco marble using the usual mixing technique. The entire front surface is sanded and polished as needed.

The schematic drawings show a fragmentary cross section through the structure of a plate according to the invention, wherein the representation is not necessarily true to scale, but should clearly show the structure. 1 shows the gypsum / gypsum-lime plate according to the invention with glass fiber core (or similar fiber core) in the state to be produced.
Fig. 2 shows the finished stucco marble plate in the final state of version 1 and version 2.

Fig. 2 shows an enlarged section through the finished plate, so by the complete layer structure. 1. The stucco marble layer, 2. Polish layer, 3. The gypsum / lime layer, 4. The embedded glass or similar. Fiber mat.
This is followed by a sheet of drawings.
