Abstract
Cooling plate comprises a ventilated surface with openings in a recess or pocket of the plate. An independent claim is also included for a pushing grate cooler with the above cooling plate. Preferred Features: The cooling plate is screwed to one or more neighboring cooling plates. A gap between the cooling plate and a further connected cooling plate can be closed. The cooling plate has a hole in a lateral wall of the recess or pocket through which the plate is screwed to a further plate.
Description
Technisches Gebiet
[0001] Bei der Herstellung von Zement wird der heisse Klinker in Schubrostkühlern abgekühlt. Dabei wird der Klinker über belüftete Kühlerplatten transportiert und stetig gekühlt.
[0002] Die Erfindung betrifft die auf Rostträgern montierten Kühlerplatten resp. Pocketplatten gem. Patentanspruch.
Stand der Technik
[0003] Zur Kühlung des Klinkers bestehen verschiedene Konstruktionen von Kühlerplatten. Grundsätzlich sind die Kühlerplatten mit direkten oder indirekten Öffnungen versehen, die ein Durchströmen von Luft zur Kühlung der Platten und des daraufliegenden Klinkers bewirken. Wenn der Klinker über die Kühlerplatten transportiert wird, entsteht an den Kühlerplatten ein direkter mechanischer Verschleiss und weiter eine Abrasion durch die durchströmende Luft, die mit Staub beladen ist. Weiter erfolgt ein starker Verschleiss und indirekter Luftverlust an den Expansions-Spalten zwischen den Kühlerplatten. Durch das kontinuierliche Verschleissen ist die Standzeit der Kühlerplatten begrenzt und es findet eine stetige Erweiterung des Lichten-Luftdurchlasses über den gesamten Kühlerrost statt.
Detaillierte Darstellung der Erfindung
[0004] Durch den Einsatz von einer Pocketplatte gem. Patentanspruch wird die belüftete Kühlerplattenfläche mit Schlitzen versehen und nach unten in eine Tasche versetzt. Die Pocketplatten werden an den seitlichen Wandflächen der entstandenen Tasche gegeneinander verschraubt. Der Spalt zwischen den einzelnen Platten wird reduziert und die thermische Ausdehnung einer gesamten Kühlerplattenreihe wird jeweils nur zwischen der Randplatte und der Kühlerwand aufgenommen. Zur Dichtung dieses verbleibenden Randspalts und Absorption der thermischen Expansion werden flexible Drahtbürsten-Dichtelemente aus hitzebeständigem Stahl eingesetzt.
[0005] Die Taschen in diesen Kühlerplatten sind in Betrieb mit Klinker gefüllt und durch die diagonalen Schlitze belüftet. Der gehaltene Klinker in den Taschen schützt die belüftete Fläche gegen Verschleiss des sich darüber bewegenden Klinkers. Es tritt ein autogener Verschleiss ein.
[0006] Insgesamt wird der Verschleiss der Kühlerplatten verringert und die Spalten zwischen den Kühlerplatten weitgehend verschlossen, was eine konstantere Luftmenge und Kühlleistung garantiert. Durch die Einsparung von Kühlluft und längere Kühlerplatten-Standzeit kann die Gesamteffizienz des Kühlers gesteigert und Kosten eingespart werden.

Ausführung der Erfindung
[0008] Bei der Pocket-Kühlerplatte ist die belüftete Plattenfläche tiefergelegt in eine Tasche resp. gesäumt von seitlichen Wandungen. Für die Luftöffnungen auf dem Taschenboden wird in Ausführung gem. Fig. 1und 2 ein diagonales Schlitzmuster, das gegen das Taschenzentrum gerichtet ist, eingebracht. Die einzelnen Taschenplatten sind seitlich miteinander verbunden. Im Falle der Fig. 1und 2besteht die Verbindung mit Schrauben, die durch die Seitenwände gehen.

State of the art
There are various constructions of cooler plates for cooling the clinker. Basically, the radiator plates are provided with direct or indirect openings, which cause a flow of air to cool the plates and the clinker thereon. When the clinker is transported over the radiator plates, the radiator plates are subject to direct mechanical wear and abrasion by the air flowing through it, which is laden with dust. Furthermore, heavy wear and indirect air loss occurs at the expansion gaps between the cooler plates. Due to the continuous wear, the service life of the cooler plates is limited and there is a steady expansion of the light air passage over the entire radiator grate instead.
Detailed illustration of the invention
By the use of a pocket plate gem. Claim, the vented radiator plate surface is provided with slots and offset down into a pocket. The pocket plates are screwed against each other on the lateral wall surfaces of the resulting pocket. The gap between the individual plates is reduced and the thermal expansion of an entire row of cooler plates is only taken up between the edge plate and the cooler wall. To seal this remaining edge gap and absorption of thermal expansion flexible wire brush sealing elements made of heat resistant steel are used.
The pockets in these cooler plates are filled in operation with clinker and vented through the diagonal slots. The held clinker in the pockets protects the ventilated surface against wear of the moving clinker over it. There is an autogenous wear.
Overall, the wear of the cooler plates is reduced and the gaps between the cooler plates largely closed, which guarantees a more constant air flow and cooling capacity. By saving cooling air and longer radiator plate life, the overall efficiency of the cooler can be increased and costs saved.

Embodiment of the invention
In the pocket cooler plate, the ventilated plate surface is lowered into a pocket resp. lined with lateral walls. For the air openings on the bottom of the bag is in accordance with. Figures 1 and 2 introduce a diagonal slit pattern directed against the pocket center. The individual pocket plates are laterally interconnected. In the case of Figures 1 and 2, the connection is made with screws passing through the side walls.
