The invention relates to a device for retracting and damping of sliding doors according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Sliding doors which are displaceable with rollers mounted drives in guide rails tend to hit hard when closing. This can cause the sliding door and / or the side wall to be damaged. In any case, hard blows cause noise, which is not desirable, especially in the living area.
There are therefore already made a large number of proposals to slow the movement of the sliding door at the end of the closing movement by corresponding damper elements and additionally with a spring to pull the sliding door in the end position and hold there. Such a damper and intake device is known for example from DE 20 308 217 U1. Therein, one end of a helical spring is fastened in a flat elongate housing in the region of a first narrow side, and next to it the rear end of a damper element with a damper piston and a cylinder guiding the piston. The two free ends of the spring and the damper element are connected together by a connecting member.
On the connecting member, a housing laterally projecting lever is pivotally articulated, which lies outside of the housing portion can engage with a locking device. This device fulfills its intended purpose, but it has the disadvantage that it can only be used in a certain segment, i. Weight range of sliding doors can be used. Sliding doors with greater weight or smaller weight require different springs and damper elements, which means that different housings are necessary because of the size, in particular the damper elements for the various applications.
An object of the present invention is therefore to provide a device for pulling and damping of sliding doors, which is modular and which allows, according to the requirements of both the spring and the damping to the desired and / or necessary Mass adjust.
This object is achieved by a device according to the features of claim 1.
Advantageous embodiments of the device are described in the dependent claims.
It is possible with the inventive device, e.g. by using a second damper element and / or by inserting a harder spring, one and the same device to use on different sizes / heavy sliding doors. This allows a cost-effective production of the device with always the same housing and the functional elements arranged therein. Depending on the damping requirement, therefore, an additional damper element can be used, or alternatively, two different damper elements can be used in order to be able to produce, for example, five differently acting devices with two different damper elements.
Reference to an illustrated embodiment, the invention is explained in detail. Show it
<Tb> FIG. 1 <sep> a view of a cabinet corner from below with a sliding door in the end position, held by a device according to the invention,
<Tb> FIG. 2 <sep> the device in perspective view with lifted housing cover,
<Tb> FIG. 3 <sep> is a perspective view of the device as in FIG. 1, but with two damper elements.
On the ceiling 1 of a cabinet 3 with a side wall 5 and a sliding door 7, a device 9 for drawing and damping of the sliding door 7 is shown before reaching the closed position. The device 9 is fastened with screws 11 to the ceiling 1. From the housing 13 of the device 9 protrudes one end of a pivot lever 15 and engages in a retaining element 17 which is fixed to the sliding door 7 in. The retaining member 17 has in the illustrated embodiment, two spaced cams 19 'and 19' ', wherein the cam 19' is longer than the cam 19 ''. At the end of the pivoting lever 15, a roller 21 is preferably arranged, which comes to rest between the cams 19 ', 19' '(FIG. 1).
In the perspective view according to FIG. 2, the upper housing part 23 (cover) is visible at the top and the lower housing part 25 at the bottom. In the lower housing part 25, in a guide groove 27, e.g. formed by two formed on the lower housing part 25 ribs 27 'and 27' ', held a bracket 29 out. The bracket 29 includes a right angle to the guide groove 27 lying first leg 31 and an L-shaped thereto at least partially engaging in the guide groove 27 second leg 33. At the free end of the second leg 33 of the pivot lever 15 is pivotally connected to a bolt 35.
At the second end of the pivot lever 15, which is opposite to that which carries the roller 21, a not visible in Fig. 2 projection is formed, which is guided in an arcuate groove 37 (groove only partially visible) on the lower housing part 25 ,
In the housing lower part 25, a damper element 39 is further used, the cylinder 41, for example, is held laterally in a recess 43 at the bottom of the housing base 25. The end 45 of a guided in the cylinder 41 piston rod 47 is engaged or mounted on the first leg 31 of the bracket 29.
The damper element 39 may be a hydraulic and / or pneumatic piston-cylinder unit, as used in many areas of technology.
Parallel to the damper element 39, the one end of a coil spring 49 is mounted on the first leg 31 of the bracket 29. The second end of the coil spring 49 is fixedly connected to the housing base 25, e.g. clamped to this.
With these elements, the device is fully functional and suitable for lighter sliding doors 7, for example. For sliding doors 7 with greater mass, another damper element 39 '(see FIG. 3) can be used parallel to the damper element 39. For this purpose, a further receptacle 51 for latching or hooking in the piston rod of the second damper element 39 'is provided on the first leg 31. It is thus possible, solely by adding a further damper element 39 'with the same or different damping properties to accommodate the device 9 for sliding doors 7 with different sized masses in one and the same housing 13. Of course, depending on the size and mass of the sliding door 7, a spring 49 with a harder or softer characteristic can be used.
Of course, arranged in the lower housing part 25 elements could also be arranged in the upper housing part 23.
The lower housing part 25 and the upper housing part 23 can be interconnected by screws (not shown) or by pins 53 which engage in correspondingly formed holes 55 on the other housing part.
