Background of the invention
The invention relates to a working machine according to the preamble of claim 1.
Fig. 1 illustrates the main shaft of a known working machine, in which the interior of the motor housing 10 in turn a stator 11, a rotor 12 and a rotating shaft 13 has. The upper end of the motor housing 10 closes an upper engine cover 15 with a bearing 14. The lower part of the motor housing 10 forms a main shaft seat 18, which has an upper bearing 16 and a lower bearing 17. The rotating shaft 13 passes through the bearing 14 in the upper engine cover 15 and through the upper bearing 16 and the lower bearing 17 of the main shaft seat 18. At the lower part of the rotating shaft 13, a tool holder 19 is attached. The holder 19 rotates together with the rotating shaft 13 and the rotor 12.
After a long period of operation, the individual bearings will generate heat due to friction, and then the lubricant will evaporate and dry out. Gradually, an unusual noise is generated. Finally blocked the main shaft. Furthermore, if the tool holder 19 is used for an extended period of time and it may be inadvertently subjected to a shock, then the rotating shaft 13 is no longer in dynamic equilibrium, which causes the quality of the workpiece to be poor if the operator not noticed this situation.
The aim of the invention is to achieve an improvement of this situation on a work machine to prevent unwanted operating conditions, in particular to prevent the stagnant rotation of a shaft.

Detailed description of the present invention
Referring to Fig. 2, there is illustrated a working machine with stagnant rotation means by a main shaft safety control device 20 comprising an oil mist detector 21, a temperature monitoring module 22, and a rotating member vibration monitoring module 23.
As shown in Figs. 3 to 6, the oil mist detector 21 is connected to an air extraction passage 211 and an air extraction passage 212. Both air extraction ducts are connected to the upper engine cover 24 and two bearing positions 213, 214 of the rotating shaft 25. An air bleed passage 215 leads through the main shaft seat 26 to the upper bearing position 216 of the rotating shaft 25. Another air bleeding passage 217 leads to the lower bearing position 218 in the main shaft seat 25. If the amount of lubricant in the air bleeding passages 211, 212, 215, 217 is insufficient, the operation becomes the rotating shaft 25 is interrupted and the abnormality at that time is recorded.
The temperature monitoring module 22 monitors via the air extraction channel 211, which is connected to the two bearing positions 213, 214 of the upper engine cover 24, and via a temperature monitoring channel 222, which is connected to the stator 27, and a temperature monitoring channel 223, which with the upper bearing position 216 and connected to the lower bearing position 218 of the main shaft seat 26, the temperature at the two bearings 213, 214 on the stator 27, the upper bearing 216 and the lower bearing 218 of the main shaft seat 26 during rotation. The result of this monitoring is transmitted to a computer for recording.
When the temperature of one of the bearings 213, 214 of the stator 27, the upper bearing 216 or the lower bearing 218 rises to a preset value, the operation is automatically stopped and the abnormal situation is recorded. After the temperature has naturally dropped again, the power can be turned back on to resume operation. The inside of the temperature control module 22 has a memory chip for recording the time during which the power supply is turned on, as well as the accumulated operating time of the main shaft, thereby providing reference values for maintenance.
As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 6, the vibration monitoring module 23 has a dynamic equilibrium monitoring line 231. The lower part of the main shaft 26 has a vibration detector 232 for detecting the dynamic balance of the rotating shaft 25. If the rotation is not in dynamic equilibrium, the abnormal operating conditions are transmitted to the computer.
In Fig. 7 it is shown that the upper part of the rotating shaft 25 has a positioning nut 251 and a T-shaped nut 252. The T-shaped nut 252 is provided for adjusting the floating area of the rotating shaft 25, and a locking screw 253 secures the T-shaped nut 252 and the positioning nut 251 relative to each other.
In Fig. 8, the rotating shaft 25 is shown at both ends of the rotor 28. The shaft 25 has heat dissipation bushings 282 with ribs 281, thereby avoiding high temperatures being transmitted to the bearings at both ends of the rotor.
In Fig. 9 can be seen, an inner sleeve 254, a central support ring 255 and a special nut 256 of the lower part of the rotating shaft 25. By means of a groove 250 between an outer sleeve 257, an inner sleeve 254, a front Cover 258 of the bearing and a dust cover 259 arranged, this groove 250 forms a labyrinth seal to prevent coolant and metal dust particles get to the main shaft 20.
In view of the above, the advantages of the present invention are as follows: (1) The construction of the oil mist detector, the temperature monitoring module and the vibration monitoring module of the rotary shaft 25 is simple and the production cost thereof is low. (2) It is possible to determine the temperature rise conditions and dynamic equilibrium conditions and lubricant mists at each bearing, and it is possible to transmit the result to a computer for recording. If the results indicate anomalous conditions, one is able to automatically stop the operation. As a result, the maintenance work of the service technicians is simplified.
