Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine topisch anzuwendende kosmetische Zubereitung, enthaltend ein Gemisch von Extrakten aus
<tb>a)<sep>Humulus lupulus;
<tb>b)<sep>Viscum album;
<tb>c)<sep>Salvia officinalis;
<tb>d)<sep>Carica papaya;
<tb>e)<sep>Thuya occidentalis;
<tb>f)<sep>Ononis spinosa; und
<tb>g)<sep>Cucurbita pepo.
Die erwähnten Extrakte werden zweckmässigerweise mittels eines Gemisches von Wasser und einem Glykol und/oder einem Triol hergestellt, wobei als Glykol vorzugsweise Propylenglykol oder Butylenglykol und als Triol vorzugsweise Glycerin verwendet wird; besonders zweckmässig ist ein Gemisch, welches 30- 50%, insbesondere etwa 40% des Glykols und/oder des Triols enthält.
In dem eingangs definierten Gemisch enthalten zweckmässigerweise
<tb>a)<sep>der Extrakt aus Humulus lupulus 25-50%;
<tb>b)<sep>der Extrakt aus Viscum album 25- 50%;
<tb>c)<sep>der Extrakt aus Salvia officinalis 10-25%;
<tb>d)<sep>der Extrakt aus Carica papaya 25-50%;
<tb>e)<sep>der Extrakt aus Thuya occidentalis 10- 25%;
<tb>f)<sep>der Extrakt aus Ononis spinosa 1- 5%; und
<tb>g)<sep>der Extrakt aus Cucurbita pepo 1-5%der extrahierten Pflanzenbestandteile.
Die erfindungsgemässe Zubereitung enthält zweckmässigerweise zusätzlich mindestens ein Konservierungsmittel, insbesondere mindestens eines von Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Kaliumsorbat und Natriumbenzoat. Die Menge an Konservierungsmittel(n) beläuft sich auf etwa 0.1- 2%, vorzugsweise etwa 0.5%, bezogen auf das Gemisch von Extrakten.
Weiterhin enthält die erfindungsgemässe Zubereitung zweckmässigerweise zusätzlich mindestens einen bei der Herstellung von topisch anzuwendenden kosmetischen Zubereitungen gebräuchlichen Hilfsstoff.
Die erfindungsgemässe Zubereitung kann in Form einer Lotion, einer Crème, eines Gels, eines Sprays, einer Milch oder einer Paste vorliegen, worin zweckmässigerweise 5-15%, vorzugsweise etwa 10% des weiter oben definierten Gemisches von Extrakten enthalten sind. Die Herstellung der erwähnten Formen kann nach üblichen und jedem Fachmann geläufigen Methoden erfolgen.
Die erfindungsgemässe Zubereitung eignet sich zur Verwendung bei der topischen kosmetischen Hemmung oder Verlangsamung von unerwünschtem Haarwuchs, etwa an den Armen, an der Brust, am Rücken, in den Achselhöhlen, im Bikinibereich, im Intimbereich oder im Gesicht, insbesondere von unerwünschtem Haarwuchs nach einer Depilation (z.B. Rasur, Wachsbehandlung oder keratolytische Methoden), wie etwa nach einer Depilation von Beinen oder von unerwünschtem Bart.
Die erfindungsgemässe Zubereitung kann in einem Verfahren zur kosmetischen topischen Hemmung oder Verlangsamung von unerwünschtem Haarwuchs verwendet werden, indem man eine wirksame Menge dieser Zubereitung aufträgt. Dabei geht es insbesondere um die kosmetische topische Hemmung oder Verlangsamung von unerwünschtem Haarwuchs, etwa an den Armen, an der Brust, am Rücken, in den Achselhöhlen, im Bikinibereich, im Intimbereich oder im Gesicht, insbesondere von unerwünschtem Haarwuchs nach einer Depilation (Rasur, Wachsbehandlung oder keratolytische Methoden), wie etwa nach einer Depilation von Beinen oder von unerwünschtem Bart.
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele sollen die Erfindung näher erläutern, ihren Umfang jedoch in keiner Weise einschränken.

Die Inhaltstoffe 2-6 (A) werden nacheinander in deionisiertem Wasser gelöst. Mit Inhaltstoff 7 (B) wird auf pH 6.0 gestellt. Dann wird Inhaltstoff 8 (C) hinzugegeben.

Die Inhaltstoffe 1-5 (A) werden auf 70[deg.]C erhitzt. Die Inhaltstoffe 6-7 (B) werden auf 75[deg.]C erhitzt. Unter Rühren wird B zu A gegeben, auf 50[deg.]C gekühlt, homogenisiert und auf 30[deg.]C abgekühlt. Dann werden die Inhaltstoffe 8 und 9 (C) und der Inhaltsstoff 10 (D) nacheinander hinzugegeben und kalt gerührt.

The inventive preparation expediently additionally contains at least one preservative, in particular at least one of phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, isobutylparaben, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate. The amount of preservative (s) is about 0.1-2%, preferably about 0.5%, based on the mixture of extracts.
Furthermore, the preparation according to the invention expediently additionally contains at least one adjuvant customary in the preparation of topically applicable cosmetic preparations.
