Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zahnbürste zur Verbesserung der Zahnreinigung mittels Zahnbürste. Hierzu ist eine Beleuchtung in die Zahnbürste integriert, wobei eine Lampe (6) am Ende eines Kopfteiles resp.   [0001] Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zahnbürste zur Verbesserung der Zahnreinigung.

[0002] Zahnbürsten mit integrierter Beleuchtungseinrichtung sind bekannt. Eine solche wird zum Beispiel in der DE-U-29 614 428 beschrieben. Ein Zahnbürstengriff beinhaltet einen Hohlraum für eine Energiequelle, einen Kontaktschalter und eine Lichtquelle unterhalb der Borsten. Die Beleuchtung soll vor allem die Akzeptanz der Zahnpflege durch Kinder erhöhen und dient somit als spielerisches Element. Bei einer ähnlichen Zahnbürste mit beleuchtetem Borstenfeld gemäss DE-U-2 004 628 ist eine Leuchtdiode im Griff der Zahnbürste vor dem Borstenfeld angeordnet, was die Sauberhaltung der Zahnbürste beeinträchtigen kann.

   Dies trifft auch auf eine Zahnbürste mit integriertem Licht gemäss DE-U-202 005 019 681 zu, bei der Leuchtrichtung der Lichtquelle parallel bis schräg zur Achse der Zahnbürste verläuft. Es wird ein Lichtkegel auf und um das Borstenfeld erzeugt.

[0003] Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Zahnbürste zu entwickeln, die im Vergleich zum Stand der Technik besser handhabbar ist und die den Pflegebereich besser ausleuchtet, so dass die Pflege von Zahnfleisch und Zahnzwischenräumen selbst intensiviert werden kann. Die Aufgabe ist mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Erfindungsgemäss ist die Lichtquelle am Kopfende der Zahnbürste resp. des Borstenfeldes angeordnet, was die Beleuchtungswirkung verbessert.

[0004] Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen offenbart.

   Die Lampe kann an der Oberseite wie an der Unterseite des Kopfendes angeordnet sein. Bei einer herkömmlichen Zahnbürste leuchtet die Lampe bevorzugt den vom Bürstenfeld berührten Zahnbereich aus. Insbesondere bei elektrischen Zahnbürsten kann die Leuchtrichtung der Lampe auch entgegengesetzt sein und beleuchtet gegenüberliegende Teile der Mundhöhle.

[0005] Die Erfindung kann bei konventionellen wie auch bei elektrischen Zahnbürsten verwendet werden, bevorzugt mit festem Borstenfeld, wobei über Steckkontakte o.dgl. auch Wechselköpfe denkbar sind. Die Lichtquelle kann auswechselbar sein, zum Beispiel eine LED.

[0007] Eine Zahnbürste umfasst einen Bürstenkörper 1 mit einem Kopfteil für ein Bürstenfeld 2. Im Bürstenkörper 1 sind eine Batterie 3, Leitungen 4 sowie ein Schalter 5 für eine Lampe 6 am Ende des Kopfteiles angeordnet.

[0008] Der Schalter 5 dient dem Ein- und Ausschalten der Lampe 6, die wiederum den zu pflegenden Zahnbereich besser ausleuchtet und deren Licht auf diesen gerichtet ist.

   The lamp may be arranged at the top as at the bottom of the head end. In a conventional toothbrush, the lamp preferably illuminates the tooth area touched by the brush field. Particularly in the case of electric toothbrushes, the direction of illumination of the lamp can also be opposite and illuminates opposite parts of the oral cavity.

The invention can be used in conventional as well as in electric toothbrushes, preferably with a solid bristle field, via plug contacts or the like. also changeable heads are conceivable. The light source can be interchangeable, for example an LED.

In the brush body 1, a battery 3, lines 4 and a switch 5 for a lamp 6 are arranged at the end of the head part.

The switch 5 is used to turn on and off the lamp 6, which in turn better illuminates the tooth area to be cared for and whose light is directed to this.

Claims

1. Toothbrush for improving the cleaning of teeth by means of lighting to be cared for tooth areas, wherein the lighting is integrated into the toothbrush, characterized in that a lamp (6) at the end of a head part resp. Brushing field (2) of the toothbrush is arranged.

2. Toothbrush according to claim 1, characterized in that the light direction of the lamp (6) is directed to the tooth area to be cared for.
