[0001] La presente invenzione riguarda il settore industriale che si occupa della realizzazione di macchine frigorifere, quali surgelatori o frigoriferi, nel vano dei quali vengono disposti, per una loro più lunga conservazione, delle vivande, dei liquidi, dei medicinali ecc.
[0002] È noto a tutti che, quando in un elettrodomestico del tipo sopradescritto è alloggiato un numero considerevole di pacchetti, confezioni varie, bottiglie ecc. si creano delle condizioni nelle quali risulta disagevole ricercare un particolare alimento, bevanda o medicinale, che risulta sommerso da altre confezioni ad esso sovrapposte.
Ciò infatti è dovuto al fatto che il numero di scomparti o ripiani, specie in un surgelatole con il vano disposto con l'apertura verso l'alto, è molto limitato, e per sfruttare tutto lo spazio disponibile occorre effettuar più sovrapposizioni fra pacchetti e confezioni di genere o tipo diversi, con la conseguente difficoltà di ritrovare uno di essi che si trovi alloggiato sul fondo del vano.
[0003] Lo stesso problema, anche se in misura relativamente minore, si presenta per l'utilizzo dei ripiani orizzontali di frigoriferi e surgelatoli con il vano provvisto di un'apertura frontale.
[0004] L'inventore dell'oggetto della presente domanda ha fornito una soluzione ai problemi esposti sopra, ideando un contenitore per alimenti, bevande, medicinali o simili con un ingombro limitato e con il quale è possibile vedere tutti i prodotti in esso contenuti,
e ricercare ed estrarre rapidamente ciò che serve all'utilizzatore.
[0005] L'inventore ha infatti ideato un contenitore del tipo sopradescritto, comprendente due membri piani fra loro affacciati e collegati in modo da formare una "busta" quadrangolare con un lato aperto orientato verso l'apertura del vano.
[0006] Almeno uno di tali membri è deformabile elasticamente, in modo da poter inserire nel contenitore, fra loro affiancati, degli articoli o delle confezioni di desiderato spessore, e lungo i tre lati non aperti i membri stessi sono fra loro collegati mediante dei mezzi (ad esempio un telaio rigido ad U opportunamente applicato con metodi noti)
che può vantaggiosamente essere accoppiato a delle scanalature o dei risalti ricavati su almeno due pareti opposte del detto vano onde posizionare ciascun contenitore nella posizione più conveniente.
[0007] Quando uno dei detti due membri affacciati è rigido, disponendolo superiormente rispetto a quello deformabile elasticamente si ottiene di creare un ripiano di tipo tradizionale che però offre al di sotto di esso uno spazio disponibile per l'introduzione ordinata di un numero elevato di articoli da conservare al freddo.
[0008] Quello dei due membri che è deformabile elasticamente può essere ricavato in un tessuto elastico, o ancor meglio con una rete elastica, ed entrambi i membri vanno preferibilmente realizzati in materiali trasparenti (comprendendo fra essi ovviamente, anche la detta rete elastica)
.
[0009] L'oggetto della presente invenzione è infatti un contenitore per articoli da conservare disposti nel vano di un frigorifero o di un surgelatole come descritto nell'allegata rivendicazione 1.
[0010] Verrà ora eseguita una descrizione più dettagliata di due preferiti esempi realizzativi del contenitore dell'invenzione, rispettivamente adatti per essere applicati all'interno di un frigorifero e di un surgelatore a vano verticale.
[0011] Nel corso della suddetta descrizione si farà anche riferimento ai disegni allegati, nei quali:

<tb>Fig. 3<sep>è la sezione trasversale di un secondo esempio realizzativo del contenitore dell'invenzione nel quale entrambi i membri affacciati sono deformabili elasticamente;
<tb>Fig. 4<sep>è una vista prospettica in parziale trasparenza dell'esempio di fig. 3 applicato verticalmente all'interno del vano di un surgelatore.
[0012] Se si considera dapprima la fig. 1 in essa si scorge come, in un primo preferito esempio realizzativo, un contenitore 1 secondo l'invenzione sia essenzialmente composto da due membri piani affacciati 1m, 1n, sovrapposti orizzontalmente.
Il membro 1m disposto superiormente è una lastra rettangolare rigida di tipo noto, preferibilmente ricavata in un materiale trasparente come vetro o simili, ed al di sotto di esso è affacciato un altro membro 1n costituito da uno strato rettangolare di uguali dimensioni realizzato in un materiale deformabile elasticamente, quale ad esempio un tessuto elastico od una rete come in figura.
[0013] Lungo tre lati del loro perimetro, come è meglio visibile in fig.
2, i detti due membri 1m, 1n sono collegati da un telaio 5 di tipo noto, ricavato ad esempio ammorsando i bordi dei due membri entro un profilato di materiale plastico.
[0014] Il suddetto telaio 5, oltre ad eseguire il detto collegamento fra i due membri 1m, 1n, può anche essere vantaggiosamente utilizzato per ancorare l'involucro 1 nel suo insieme in un desiderata posizione all'interno del vano 2 di un frigorifero 3.
[0015] Ciò può essere ottenuto inserendo i due lati opposti del detto telaio 5 entro delle scanalature 6 orizzontali ricavate sulle due pareti opposte del detto vano 2, o appoggiandoli su dei risalti ricavati sulle stesse pareti (questa soluzione non è rappresentata dei disegni).
[0016] Il lato Le dell'involucro 1 lungo il quale i membri 1m, 1n sono liberi e non vincolati fra loro va orientato, come in fig.
2, verso l'apertura del frigorifero 3, in modo da poter inserire fra i membri stessi 1m, 1n delle desiderate confezioni 7i di alimenti o bevande.
[0017] Si dispone cos Å di una "busta", che funge anche da ripiano orizzontale, all'interno della quale possono venire ordinatamente disposti i detti alimenti e bevande od altri prodotti da conservare in frigorifero, occupando in modo razionale il minimo spazio possibile.
[0018] Nella fig. 3 si scorge un secondo esempio realizzativo del contenitore 11 dell'invenzione:
anche in questo caso esso è composto essenzialmente da due membri rettangolari 11m, 11n di uguali dimensioni fra loro sovrapposti ed affacciati, collegati lungo tre lati del loro perimetro da un telaio 16 analogo a quello descritto nel caso precedente.
[0019] L'unica differenza consiste nel fatto che entrambi i detti membri 11m, 11n sono realizzati con un materiale deformabile elasticamente, preferibilmente una rete elastica con maglie di dimensioni adeguate per poter trattenere prodotti aventi le dimensioni consuete.
[0020] Poiché nessuno dei due membri 11m, 11n è rigido, il contenitore 11 non può di regola essere utilizzato come ripiano orizzontale di supporto, ed è conveniente utilizzarlo disposto in posizione verticale, come si vede in fig.
4, all'interno del vano 12 di un surgelatore 4.
[0021] Ovviamente, in questo caso il contenitore 11 ha i due lati opposti paralleli del suo telaio 15 inseriti in altrettante scanalature 16 verticali ricavate su due pareti opposte del congelatore 4, con il lato L9 libero rivolto verso l'apertura del surgelatore, ossia questa volta verso l'alto.
[0022] Nel descrivere il telaio 5, 15 che collega i due membri 1m, 1n e 11m, 11n dei contenitori 1, 11 dell'invenzione lo si è considerato foggiato a "U", ossia in modo da ammorsare tre lati di ciascuna coppia costituita da due membri affacciati.
[0023] Questo tipo di realizzazione ha il pregio di conferire ad un contenitore realizzato secondo l'invenzione una conveniente rigidità,
specie quando i due membri che lo compongono sono entrambi cedevoli elasticamente.
[0024] Per quanto attiene strettamente alla funzionalità di un contenitore sarebbe comunque possibile applicare un telaio rigido soltanto sui due lati del perimetro dei due membri perpendicolari al lato che risulta rivolto verso l'apertura del frigorifero o del congelatore. Questo caso non è rappresentato nei disegni.
[0025] Va aggiunto che in ciascun contenitore i membri paralleli che lo formano possono venire vincolati con il sopradescritto telaio realizzando quest'ultimo in modo da lasciare una desiderata distanza fra essi, che può variare fra zero ed alcuni centimetri.

[0002] It is known to all that when a considerable number of packages, various packages, bottles, etc. are housed in a household appliance of the type described above. conditions are created in which it is difficult to find a particular food, drink or medicine, which is submerged by other overlapping packages.
This is in fact due to the fact that the number of compartments or shelves, especially in a freezer with the compartment arranged with the opening facing upwards, is very limited, and to exploit all the available space it is necessary to carry out more overlaps between packages and packages. of a different gender or type, with the consequent difficulty of finding one of them that is housed on the bottom of the room.
[0003] The same problem, even if to a relatively minor extent, occurs due to the use of the horizontal shelves of refrigerators and deep-freezers with the compartment provided with a front opening.
[0004] The inventor of the object of the present application has provided a solution to the problems set out above, devising a container for food, beverages, medicines or the like with a limited bulk and with which it is possible to see all the products contained therein,
and search for and quickly extract what the user needs.
[0005] The inventor has in fact devised a container of the type described above, comprising two flat members facing each other and connected so as to form a quadrangular "envelope" with an open side oriented towards the opening of the compartment.
[0006] At least one of these members is elastically deformable, so as to be able to insert in the container, side by side, articles or packages of the desired thickness, and along the three unopened sides the members themselves are connected to one another by means of (for example a rigid U-shaped frame appropriately applied with known methods)
which can advantageously be coupled with grooves or ridges formed on at least two opposite walls of said compartment in order to position each container in the most convenient position.
[0007] When one of said two facing members is rigid, by arranging it superiorly with respect to the elastically deformable one, a traditional type shelf is obtained which, however, offers below it an available space for the ordered introduction of a large number of items to keep in the cold.
[0008] The one of the two members which is elastically deformable can be obtained from an elastic fabric, or even better with an elastic net, and both members are preferably made of transparent materials (including of course also the said elastic network)

[0009] The object of the present invention is in fact a container for articles to be stored arranged in the compartment of a refrigerator or freezer as described in the attached claim 1.
[0010] A more detailed description will now be given of two preferred embodiments of the container of the invention, respectively adapted to be applied inside a refrigerator and a vertical compartment freezer.
[0011] During the aforementioned description reference will also be made to the attached drawings, in which:

[0012] If we first consider fig. 1 therein it can be seen how, in a first preferred embodiment, a container 1 according to the invention is essentially composed of two flat members facing 1m, 1n, horizontally superimposed.
The upper member 1m is a rigid rectangular plate of known type, preferably made of a transparent material such as glass or the like, and below it is another member 1n constituted by a rectangular layer of equal dimensions made of a deformable material elastically, such as for example an elastic fabric or a net as in the figure.
[0013] Along three sides of their perimeter, as best seen in fig.
2, said two members 1m, 1n are connected by a frame 5 of a known type, obtained for example by clamping the edges of the two members within a plastic section.
[0014] The aforesaid frame 5, besides carrying out the said connection between the two members 1m, 1n, can also be advantageously used to anchor the casing 1 as a whole in a desired position inside the compartment 2 of a refrigerator 3 .
[0015] This can be achieved by inserting the two opposite sides of said frame 5 into horizontal grooves 6 formed on the two opposite walls of said compartment 2, or by resting them on ridges formed on the same walls (this solution is not shown in the drawings).
[0016] The side I of the casing 1 along which the members 1m, 1n are free and not bound to each other must be oriented, as in fig.
2, towards the opening of the refrigerator 3, so as to be able to insert between the same members 1m, 1n of the desired packages 7i of food or drink.
[0017] There is thus provided an "envelope", which also acts as a horizontal shelf, inside which said food and beverages or other products to be kept in the refrigerator can be neatly arranged, occupying in a rational manner the minimum possible space. .
[0018] In fig. 3 shows a second embodiment of the container 11 of the invention:
also in this case it is essentially composed of two rectangular members 11m, 11n of equal dimensions superimposed and facing each other, connected along three sides of their perimeter by a frame 16 similar to that described in the previous case.
[0019] The only difference consists in the fact that both said members 11m, 11n are made with an elastically deformable material, preferably an elastic net with meshes of adequate dimensions to be able to retain products having the usual dimensions.
[0020] Since neither of the two members 11m, 11n is rigid, the container 11 cannot normally be used as a horizontal support shelf, and it is convenient to use it arranged in a vertical position, as seen in Fig.
4, inside the compartment 12 of a freezer 4.
[0021] Obviously, in this case the container 11 has the two opposite parallel sides of its frame 15 inserted in as many vertical grooves 16 formed on two opposite walls of the freezer 4, with the free side L9 facing towards the opening of the freezer, i.e. this time upwards.
[0022] In describing the frame 5, 15 which connects the two members 1m, 1n and 11m, 11n of the containers 1, 11 of the invention it was considered "U" shaped, that is, so as to clamp three sides of each pair consisting of two facing members.
[0023] This embodiment has the advantage of giving a container made according to the invention a convenient rigidity,
especially when the two members that make it up are both elastically compliant.
[0024] As regards the functionality of a container, it would be possible in any case to apply a rigid frame only on the two sides of the perimeter of the two members perpendicular to the side facing the opening of the refrigerator or freezer. This case is not represented in the drawings.
[0025] It should be added that in each container the parallel members that form it can be constrained with the aforementioned frame by making the latter so as to leave a desired distance between them, which can vary between zero and a few centimeters.
