Field of the invention
The present invention relates to a safety syringe, in particular a syringe having an end portion and an injection needle carrier, each provided with a detachable at a predetermined breaking point surface piece and cooperate for separation under pressure to cooperate with a pressure piston, the air when moving the Displaced end region, whereby the injection needle carrier is moved back into a receiving cavity in an ejection piston in order to achieve a security recording effect.
Background of the invention
In the field of medical technology, it is customary to use syringes for injections. In this case, a liquid medicament contained in a syringe is ejected through an end portion of the syringe through a pressurizable ejection piston disposed in a hollow outer cylinder.
Such syringes are widely used in the medical field.
A known conventional syringe has an outer cylinder, an ejection piston and an injection needle carrier. When the syringe is used for an injection for medical treatment, pressure on the ejection piston expels the liquid medicament contained in the syringe from the end region of the syringe. However, the following problems can occur with the use of this prior art syringe:
1. The syringe of the prior art is uncertain.
When the syringe is needed for injecting a liquid medicament into a human body and the syringe does not have a safety construction for receiving the injection needle during an injection procedure, the injection needle protrudes freely from the hypodermic needle carrier after the injection.
There is a risk that a user accidentally sticks to the injection needle. This can lead to infections and problems.
2. The use of a syringe of the prior art is cumbersome. Since the syringe has an injection function and the injection needle protrudes freely from the syringe, it is necessary to protect the injection needle with an injection needle cap after administration of the injection. The medical staff must learn this procedure and strictly follow it.
Unfortunately it comes as a result of carelessness repeatedly stab wounds by used hypodermic needles. This can infect the medical staff.
Summary of the invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide a safety syringe that uses the end portion of an ejection piston to push forward a pressure piston of a displacement module, while a surface portion of the end portion and a surface portion of the injection needle carrier, both of which are separable at a predetermined breaking point to Separate separation under pressure after an injection has been performed by medical personnel. The plunger should continue to advance and the air will be displaced from the end of the syringe.
This is to cause the hypodermic needle carrier to retract into a receiving cavity in the squeezing piston to securely receive the hypodermic needle after an injection has occurred.
The technical measure of the invention to achieve the stated object is to provide a safety syringe comprising a cylinder, an extrusion piston, a displacement module and a hypodermic needle carrier. The cylinder has a through hole and an end piece. A sealing collar is arranged on the circumference of the end of the extrusion piston and inserted for the Auspressfunktion tight in a bore open on both sides of the cylinder. In the end piece, a displacement module is mounted, which has a pressure piston and a piston pump.
The piston pump of the displacement module has an injection needle carrier with a detachable at a predetermined breaking point surface piece.
By the construction according to the invention, the safety syringe achieves the following effects:
1. The safety of the safety syringe is guaranteed. The syringe uses the end portion of the extrusion piston to cause the pressure piston of the displacement module to advance, while the separable at a predetermined breaking point surface piece of the end portion and the separable at a predetermined breaking point surface piece of the injection needle carrier for separation under pressure and work together with the pressure piston to this further to move forward and displace the air in the end.
Due to the displaced air, the injection needle carrier is pushed back into the receiving cavity of the extrusion piston. As a result, the injection needle is received in the receiving cavity as soon as an injection is administered. As a result, the safety syringe offers a very good safety effect.
2. The safety syringe has a good injection effect. The end cap covers the cylinder tightly. As a result, no one can come into contact with the retracted into the receiving cavity of the extrusion piston injection needle even during a reprocessing or during transport of the syringe. This further increases the safety effect.

Detailed description of preferred embodiments
The present invention will be explained in more detail below by means of embodiments with reference to the drawings:
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a safety syringe according to the invention comprises a cylinder 10, an extrusion piston 20, a displacement module 30 and an injection needle carrier piece 40.
The cylinder 10 has a through-hole 11 and an end piece 12, which is arranged at the end region and has a projecting end 121 and a chamber 120.
The projecting end 121 has a through bore 122, a first sealing surface 123 and a second sealing surface 124 whose diameter is greater than that of the first sealing surface 123.
The extrusion piston 20 is disposed in the through hole 11 of the cylinder 10 and is sealed therein displaceable. It has a receiving cavity 21 in which an annular shoulder 22 is provided. On the outside of the end region 23 of the extrusion piston, a circumferential groove 230 is provided, in which a sealing collar 24 is mounted. At the free end of the end portion 23, a surface piece 231 is provided, which is separable along a predetermined breaking point 232.
The displacement module 30 is disposed in the end piece 12 of the cylinder 10 and includes a pressure piston 31 and a piston pump 32. The pressure piston 31 has an axial passage 310th
The annular outer surface of the pressure piston 31 and the annular inner surface of the pressure piston 31 border with the interposition of sealing rings 311, 312 to the end piece 12 and the piston pump 32. The piston pump 32 is disposed in the axial passage 310 of the pressure piston 31 and in turn has a through hole 320th on. At the two ends of the piston pump 32 on the one hand, a flange 321 and on the other hand, a vent hole 322 are arranged. The vent hole 322 is provided at the front end of the piston pump 32 in the extrusion direction.
The injection needle carrier 40 is mounted within the piston pump 32 of the displacement module 30. It has a cylindrical body with a stepped outer diameter. As a result, it is subdivided into a first 41, a second 42, a third 43 and a fourth body portion 44.
The stepped body has a through hole 400 disposed in the center of the body and a receiving bore 401 formed to receive an injection needle 45. The outer wall of the first body portion 41 is engaged with the flange 321 of the piston pump 32. From the first body portion 41 is a plate-like seat 410 from which comprises a detachable surface piece 412 which is separable along a predetermined breaking point 411. The plate-like seat 410 adjoins an end face of the displacement module 30. The second body portion 42 has on its outer surface an annular circumferential groove 420, in which a sealing ring 421 is mounted. The sealing ring 421 serves to seal against the wall of the through-bore 320 of the piston pump 32.
The third body portion 43 has on its outer wall on an annular circumferential groove 430, which is adapted to receive a sealing ring 431, which is supported on the sealing surface 123 at the projecting end 121 of the end piece 12. The fourth body portion 44 is inserted into the bore 122 at the projecting end 121 of the end piece 12.
When the inventive safety syringe is used for an injection of a medical fluid (see Fig. 3 and Fig. 4), the extrusion piston 20 is displaced in the through hole 11 of the cylinder 10 from a starting position to an end position.
When the end region 23 of the extrusion piston 20 is in contact with the seat 410 of the injection needle carrier 40, which has the displacement module 30 at its outer end, the end region 23 of the piston 20 presses against the outer edge of the seat 410. The separable surface piece 231 of the end region 23 of FIG Piston 20 comes into abutment with the separable surface piece 412 of the dish-like seat 410.
Upon further pressure, the surface piece 412 is further pressed by the third body portion 43 of the injection needle carrier 40 against the detachable surface piece 231, until the predetermined breaking points 411 and 232 break open and the surface pieces 412 and 231 from the seat 410 and the end portion 23 of the extrusion piston 20th be separated.
The end portion 23 of the piston 20 continues its forward movement to push the air (as indicated by the arrow of Fig. 4) through the pressure piston 31 of the displacement module 30 in the chamber 120 of the end piece 12. The resulting air flow passes from the vent hole 322 at another end of the piston pump 32 into the through-hole 320.
By the pressure of the air flow, the injection needle carrier 40 is pushed back into the receiving cavity 21 of the extrusion piston 20 (as shown in Fig. 5); and the injection needle 45 is securely received there after the injection has been made.
In a further embodiment, the front part of the projecting end 121 of the end piece 12 may be provided with a device which reliably prevents contact with the injection needle 45 received in the receiving cavity 21 of the piston 20 and thus prevents hypodermic needle punctures. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 6, the end piece 12 comprises a cap 125 which can be placed on the projecting end 121. The attached to the projecting end 121 of the end piece 12 cap 125 closes the through hole 122 of the projecting end 121 completely.
After even the projecting end 121 is covered, there is no longer any danger of coming into contact with the receiving cavity 21 of the extrusion piston 20. As a result, the safety effect is further improved and injury caused by a hypodermic needle during reprocessing or transport is reliably prevented.
As described above, the safety syringe according to the invention can be used in the usual way for the administration of injections into the body of a user. The safety syringe according to the invention can reliably prevent a user from being accidentally stung by the injection needle of the hypodermic needle carrier.
This particularly high safety effect is achieved by using the advancing movement of the squeezing piston to initiate a mechanism by which compressed air is generated after administration of the injection to push the injection needle carrier together with the injection needle back into the receiving cavity of the squeezing piston.
