Fig. 2 Luft/Gas Flussdiagramm

Fig. 4 Massenablauf-Verteiler
The present invention enables an integrated process for the simultaneous generation of cement clinker and electricity by means of a reactor system with a circulating fluidized bed (ZWS reactor system), which is presented in the preamble of independent claim 1.
The technology of the prior art is described as follows: In a simultaneous production of cement and electricity production, the process consists in a simultaneous production of cement clinker and electricity from an independent precalciner, multi-stage heat exchangers, cement raw meal, an electricity power plant for recycling heat, a steam generator, superheated steam, a turbine, electricity generation, water, gaseous emissions, fuel, air, cement clinker rotary kiln and clinker cooler, cement clinker, etc.
The cement production process is separate from the heat recycling process for the electricity power plant. The cement production is independent and works without an electricity power station. Electricity is just a by-product of cement clinker production. The multi-stage heat exchangers and the independent precalciner are usually connected in a very large system.
First, the raw cement meal is introduced into the inlet of the uppermost part of the multi-stage heat exchangers and then preheated. The cement is then precalcined in an independent precalciner. The gas resulting from the production of cement flows through the steam generator. The temperature of the gas leaving the multi-stage heat exchangers and flowing into the steam generator is 250 to 450 degrees Celsius. In the steam generator for the recycling of heat, part of the heat of the gas is recycled (recycling), which means that the energy can be reused to generate electricity.
The invention relates to an integrated process for the simultaneous production of cement and electricity by means of a reactor system with a circulating fluidized bed (ZWS reactor system). To explain the invention, an example is described below with reference to drawings. Show it:
1 Integrated process for the simultaneous production of cement and electricity by means of a reactor system with a circulating fluidized bed (ZWS reactor system)
Fig. 2 air / gas flow chart
Fig. 3 cement raw meal and cement clinker flow diagram
Fig. 4 mass flow distributor
As shown in Fig. 1, the integrated process of simultaneous production of cement clinker and electricity by means of a reactor system with a circulating fluidized bed consists of cement raw material feed (1), a ZWS reactor system (2), ZWS reactor (2A), ZWS mass flow distributor (2B), ZWS cyclone collector (2C), steam and electricity power plant (3), steam generator (3A), superheated steam (3B), a turbine (3C), electricity (4), Water (5), gaseous emissions (6), fuel (7), air (8), cement clinker rotary kiln and clinker cooler (9), cement clinker rotary kiln (9A), cement clinker cooler (9B) and cement clinker ( 10), etc.
The ZWS reactor system (2) is the core of the new process. Since it is an integrated process, the holistic network system is very important. Both parts, steam generator (3A) and cement clinker rotary kiln (9A) are correspondingly connected to the ZWS reactor system (2).
The principle of the invention is described below: Cold (normal ambient temperature) raw cement meal (1) is fed directly into the ZWS reactor (2A), where it is immediately preheated and simultaneously pre-calcined. Fuel (7) and air (8) are fed into the ZWS reactor system (2) and also into the cement clinker rotary kiln and clinker cooler (9) at various points.
The ZWS reactor system (2) is the preheater and precalciner for the raw cement feed task (1), where combustion of the fuel (7) with the air (8) takes place. Thus, gas with a very high temperature is also generated for the heat exchanger of the steam generator (3A). The temperature of the gas that emerges from the ZWS reactor system (2) and that flows into the steam generator (3A) is between 600 and 1200 degrees Celsius. The decomposition of CaCO3 from raw cement meal (1) takes place. The following formula applies to CaCO3 decomposition: CaCO3 = CaO + CO2 + DELTA H.
The preheated and simultaneously pre-calcined raw cement meal (1) flows into the cement rotary kiln (9A). A combustion of the fuel (7) with the air (8) takes place in the cement rotary kiln (9A), and hot gas is again generated. During this process, raw cement meal (1) is burned to cement clinker (10). The cement clinker (10) flows into the cement clinker cooler (913) and is cooled.
When the raw cement meal is heated in the ZWS reactor (2A), hot gas is produced, which is produced when the fuel is combusted with the air supplied. This hot gas is now to be converted into energy. Very hot gas is formed especially in the upper area of the ZWS reactor (2A). This gas flows through the connection of the ZWS reactor system (2) and the steam and electricity power plant (3) into the heat exchanger of the steam generator (3A). This is also shown in Fig. 2. Water (5) is fed into the heat exchanger of the steam generator (3A) and is heated by the hot gas. Overheated steam is generated (3B). The superheated steam (3B) drives a turbine (3C) and energy in the form of steam is converted into electricity (4).
The two main flows of the different substances in the new process are described in detail below:
- Air / gas flow
As shown in FIG. 2, air (8) is blown into the ZWS reactor (2A) and accordingly also into the cement rotary kiln (9A) and cement clinker cooler (9B). In the ZWS reactor system (2) and cement rotary kiln (9A) the fuel (7) is combusted with the air (8) and hot gas is generated. The gas flows completely through the steam generator (3A) at a temperature of 600-1200 degrees Celsius. When the gas flows through the steam generator (3A), the temperature of the gas drops to about 200 degrees Celsius.
- Cement raw meal and cement clinker flow
As shown in FIG. 3, raw cement meal (1) is first fed into the ZWS reactor (2A). The cement raw meal (1) is then drawn up with the gas into the ZWS cyclone collector (2C). The ZWS cyclone collector (2C) separates the gas from the cement raw meal (1). The cement raw meal (1) falls down into the ZWS mass flow distributor (213). As shown in Fig. 4, when the raw cement meal (1) flows through the ZWS mass flow distributor (2B), the raw cement meal (1) is divided into two parts. One part flows back into the ZWS reactor (2A) in order to be further preheated and pre-calcined. The other part flows into the cement rotary kiln (9A). The ZWS mass flow distributor (2B) controls the ratio of the amount of raw cement meal (1) that flows into the cement rotary kiln (9A) and that that flows back into the ZWS reactor (2A).
The innovative properties of the invention are to be emphasized in the following explanations.
Compared to the state of the art in the simultaneous production of cement clinker and power generation, there are various advantages and new properties in the new process. The following points are described:
- Integrated, interdependent, complementary process of a cement and electricity generating plant. The independent pre-calcinators and the multi-stage heat exchangers are replaced by the ZWS reactor system. Both processes, namely preheating and pre-calcining, are thus carried out in the ZWS reactor system. With the new process, power generation is not just a heat recycling process, it is a real power generation plant.
- Increased temperature of the gas; the temperature of the gas flowing through the heat exchanger of the steam generator is 600-1200 degrees Celsius. This is much higher than in the prior art, where the temperature of the gas is between 250 and 450 degrees Celsius. This means that the energy that flows through the heat exchanger of the steam generator is of higher heat and quality than that of the prior art and thus the efficiency factor is higher. This means that the specific capital investment for electricity generation is smaller because it is easier and more efficient to convert the extremely high heat into electricity.
- flexibility of electricity and cement clinker output; if necessary, more electricity or cement clinker can be produced. The capacity and amount of electricity generation is relatively independent of the output of the cement clinker. In the prior art method, the output of the amount of electricity is directly related (correlation) to the output of the cement clinker production, the electricity is a by-product of cement production.
- Modified throughput of raw cement flour; it is not necessary, as in the prior art procedure, to introduce the cold cement raw meal in a device at the top so that the cement raw meal can flow down to be preheated and precalcined. In the new process, the raw cement meal (1) can be fed directly into the ZWS reactor (2A) at a low level. Together with the air (8) and the fuel (7), the raw cement meal (1) is introduced into the lower part of the ZWS reactor system (2) and heated. This can also be seen in FIG. 3. The ZWS reactor (2A) takes care of the preheating and pre-calcination of the cement raw meal and the cement raw meal is drawn up into the ZWS cyclone collector by means of hot gas.
