Fig. 2 zeigt einen ähnlichen Vertikalschnitt, aber schematisch.
The invention relates to a heat accumulator according to the preamble of claim 1 and its use.
Known suggestions for storing heat in the ground, in the subsoil are correct in the target direction per se, but some of them are practically not feasible or they are not disclosed in terms of technical feasibility.
Other suggestions can be improved even more, especially economy. The proposals according to Swiss Patent Nos. 624 752 and 642 737 are quite valuable compared to previous proposals. However, according to the present invention proposals, the geometry, the shape and the method of manufacture, the construction of the heat accumulator can be improved.
The aim of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages mentioned and to offer further advantages.
This goal is achieved by means of a heat accumulator with the features of patent claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments emerge from the dependent claims.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawings.
Show it:
1 shows the vertical section through a heat store in a meadow,
2 shows a similar vertical section, but with two heat transfer levels 10 min and 10 min min, shown schematically,
3 arrangement of heat transfer levels on a slope, in vertical section, schematically,
4 arrangement of heat transfer levels in slots in the ground, vertical section, schematic,
Fig. 5 arrangement of a sauna in a heat accumulator, which is arranged in front of and under a house, vertical section.
Fig. 6 arrangement of a heat accumulator in the ground under a terrace in front of a house, vertical section, schematic.
In Fig. 1, a heat accumulator in a meadow and the construction process is described in a vertical section. In the soil 1, the humus is first lifted for 1 min and deposited as usual for further use. Then a pit is dug, the pipes 6, 9 being laid and fastened on the flat, level base thereof according to the planning engineer. The pipes 6 will pass liquid heat transfer media, while the pipes 9 of larger diameter will pass air which is to be heated. All pipes are coated a few centimeters thick with a layer of highly conductive granulate and protected against corrosion with a bitumen emulsion. This layer 10 can be walked on in a relatively short time and the excavated material is filled in and compacted again on this layer. This is followed by thermal insulation 18, a rain seal 19 and the humus 1 min.
Various supply lines, return lines and pipes for thermometers lead into the house. The dash-dotted area is warmed up after commissioning, whereby the thermal insulation slows down the escape of heat. The downward heat losses are justifiable due to the geothermal heat flowing upwards without insulation.
Fig. 2 shows a similar vertical section, but schematically. The layer 10 in FIG. 1 is shown twice with 10 min and 10 min min. This two-layer arrangement can absorb heat more quickly and enables a geometry that comes closer to a spherical shape.
Fig. 3 shows a solution when there is a slope. If the layer 10 of FIG. 1 were arranged obliquely on the slope, there would be a fear of slipping, since the metal granules embedded therein are significantly heavier than the ground. The heat insulation 17 must also be arranged in accordance with the steps 15, 16.
4 schematically shows a heat store in the ground 1, the heat transfer layers being arranged in slots 12. The other details are the heat insulation 18, the rain seal 19, the humus 1 min.
Fig. 5 shows schematically the installation of a sauna 21 with stairs 22 in a heat store, which is partially arranged in front of and under a house 20. Again, thermal insulation 18, rain seal 19 and layer 10 are shown.
6 shows a solution if the ground 1 has groundwater 27. This is disadvantageous because it would dissipate heat. In such a case, soil lying above the groundwater can serve as a heat store, shown here as a terrace 26. The heat insulation 18, rain seal 19, humus 1 min is shown.
Of course, combinations of these solutions are also possible if the soil has an inappropriate figuration.
It can also happen that there is no need for thermal insulation 18, and the rain seal 19, humus, is also eliminated for 1 minute, namely (FIG. 4) when wood is stacked to dry directly above the heat accumulator. It is sufficient if the wood is covered with tarpaulins. As an example. Furthermore, the thermal insulation 18 under the haystack can also be omitted in a hay drying system.
It is advantageous to surround the pipes 6, 9 with a heat storage medium 7, which has a multiple thermal conductivity than the adjoining soil 1. Different metals have up to 50 times the thermal conductivity compared to soil. This causes a high heat transfer from the heat transfer medium to the pipes 6, 9, further to the heat storage medium and from there with an enlarged contact area to the ground. Conversely, the removal of heat from the heat store is also promoted to the same extent.
It is advantageous to use metal waste, even mixed waste, which is protected against corrosion, as heat storage medium 7. The corrosion protection can consist of aqueous bitumen emulsion. The whole thing is sensible recycling of raw material.
It is advantageous to provide tubes 6 for liquid heat carriers and additional tubes 9 for gaseous heat carriers, so that it is possible to feed heat through the tubes 6 and heat through the tubes 9, e.g. for the indoor air of a building.
Polybutylene pipes promise a long service life.
It is advantageous to consider the geometry and the shape of the heat store according to the invention. This can significantly reduce construction costs, e.g. by using conventional construction machines such as excavators and these arrangements of the heat exchangers 6, 7, 9 which correspond slightly to these in one plane.
It may be advantageous to increase the heat storage volume by arranging several levels 10 min and 10 min min or layers 12, by improving the volume / surface area ratio of the heat storage and thus reducing the heat losses. The heat feed and the cover are also improved.
