Allgemeines

General
This invention, which is intended for the production of animal feed, is scientifically assigned to the field of hydroponia. The cattle feed is converted into green cattle feed in specially developed facilities using the well thought-out methods from various seed types. The growth times are accelerated up to three times compared to ideal conditions in nature. In the world of inventions there are already similar attempts at hydropony, but they are carried out in a rather complex manner, but with significantly weaker results.
This invention is completely new in the production of animal feed and represents a modern advance for the world of hydroponia. The invention has been prepared for broad industrial use and has been researched for the industrial production of cattle feed from various seed cultures by ENECO Holding AG, Switzerland and Energopromelektronika A.O., Russia. Research has proven its great functionality and security. These are problem-free production processes that are easy to maintain. The maintenance costs are very low when harvesting is very high. The green cattle feed is highly recommended as an additional feed for increasing the cattle weight and improving the meat quality.
Hydropony today
The invention device from Great Britain (patent application No. 2 130 465 from 06.06.1984, AOIG 31/02) has a curved body with a drainage surface and the supply system for the liquid food solution. The tablets are structurally supported and covered with a layer of straw. This device already shows a deficiency due to the straw application, the quality of the cattle feed is significantly reduced. The inclined support construction is also complicated and therefore quite expensive.
Due to the constructive solution and according to the technical effects, the device for the production of cattle feed according to the invention SSSR No. 188 790 AOIG 31/02 is in terms of results much better than the above-mentioned invention from Great Britain. The facility includes pallets of seeds placed on top of each other. Each pallet has a vertical plate as a divider in the width direction. This plate has an opening that is oriented towards the bottom of the pallet. The plate forms a separate section. The food solution delivery system has an exit opening above the highest pallets. These pallets have certain guides on the outer walls that guide the food solution in the desired directions. The outer pallet walls have additional openings that regulate the overflow of the food solution.
The quality of cattle feed cultivated in these facilities is clearly much higher than in the pallets with straw carriers. The pallets with compartments and openings that allow the overflow and distribution of food solution simplify the design. The location of the outlet openings, which is above the highest pallets, makes it easier to use the facility.
The only shortcomings of this device are the guide grooves for the flow direction in the form of film aprons and the impossibility of a control system for the plant growth process.

Sketch 5: Floor plan of the pallets
In the interior 1 of the device, the pallets 4, intended for grain seeds, are placed on top of one another on the carrier 2 and the slider 3. A reservoir 5 is intended for moistening the seeds. Reservoir 6 is intended for the insertion of seed germs. The supply of the food solution to the pallets 4 is supplied by pump 8 from the reservoir 7. This connection is ensured by pipeline 9 and the pipes 10. The control system for controlling the growth process of the plants includes the electronic device 12 for programming and compressor 13 for the aeration or ventilation, signal lamp 14 and the temperature regulator 15. Each plate 4 has a divider plate 16, which in the vertical position along the entire width of the pallet 4. This partial plate is at a distance 17 from the bottom 18 of plate 4.
The divider plate 16 forms the compartment compartment 19 in the pallets 4. These compartment compartments 19 of all the pallets 4 are placed one on top of the other in the same vertical position. Openings 20 have been made in the pallet bottoms 18 of all pallets 4 in the zone of the compartment compartments 19 and the openings 22 on the side walls 21 of the pallets 4. Exit opening 11 of the feeding system, which is intended for feeding the pallets 4, is located above the compartment 19 of the highest-lying pallet 4. On the pallet base 18 of each pallet 4 in the extension of the side wall 21, a direction indicator 23 is made, which indicates the position above of the lower department compartment 19.
The possible variant: The divider plate 16 can be created in the form of a curved plate 24 (see sketch 4), so that this divider plate 16 is at a distance from the side wall 21 of the pallet 4.
The function of the device is described as follows: After moistening the seeds in the reservoir 5, the fermented water is blown out by means of a compressor 13 and the seed germs are added to the reservoir 6 for further germination. The plates 4 are filled in succession with these germ seeds. Then the device for programming 12 is activated and the feed through the outlet openings 11 is electronically regulated. The food solution is fed to the highest pallet 4 in the compartment 19. From the compartment 19 the food solution flows down through the distance 17 into the larger section of the pallet 4 and only moistens the roots of the seed germs. The green germs do not become damp during this process. The level of the nutrient solution in the compartment compartment 19 reaches the height of the openings 22 which are located on the side wall 21.
The food solution flows down through the openings 22, guided by the direction indicator 23 and additionally through the openings 20, which are located in the bottom of the compartment 19. Everything flows to the departmental compartments 19 below, the pallets 4 provided from below. The form of regulation of the irrigation is controlled with the aid of the programming device 12, so that the departmental compartments 19 are filled up to the level of the openings 22 in side walls 21 of the pallets 4 will. After this process, the feed is automatically interrupted. The electronic device 12 determines the form of regulation for the lighting and temperature maintenance.
Functional description
This newly created invention for cultivated hydroponic cattle feed production has technically solved the aforementioned shortcomings of previous inventions. This solution, which is proposed here, enables a harder harvest in terms of quantity and quality, with a simultaneous reduction in the amount of work (including fewer workers).
The facility for the production of green and fresh cattle feed consists of a closet-like room, where the pallets for seeds are distributed in floors. The vertical plate-like dividers are attached in the width direction of the pallets. These divide each pallet into two parts and form a smaller department compartment. The vertical dividers have a small, certain distance with respect to the pallet bottom. The nutrient solution delivery system is located above the highest pallets. The guides are attached to the side walls of the pallets. These tours perform the task of distributing the food solution. The openings on the side walls regulate the overflow of the food solution.
The higher efficiency is achieved thanks to the control system, which works according to the following design: The dividers in the pallets are positioned in the same vertical and the food solution guides are in the zone of the small department compartment. At this point there are the additional openings that are used for the overflow. The departmental compartments still have openings that ensure the drainage of the food solution. The construction proposed by this invention eliminates the use of the tubes that are to be used for each pallet separately for feeding and discharging the food solution. The guides of the food solution in the form of film aprons are no longer necessary, since the supply of the food solution is located in the room above the uppermost pallets.
The flow control guides have been installed in the same vertical position on the pallet compartment side in the extension of the pallet side wall. There are openings in the floor in the zone of the pallet compartment. These serve to regulate the overflow of the food solution. This overflow regulation enables the plant growth process to be controlled. The advantage of this technical detail is the elimination of the blockage of the system by semen, which results in a significant improvement in function. The controls of the pipelines and film aprons are eliminated and the automation of the process with reduced workload makes it easier to operate the facility.
