Fig. 1 den prinzipiellen Aufbau einer Antriebsvorrichtung,
Fig. 3 ein Detail der Umschaltkupplung,
Fig. 5 eine Anordnung mit Aufzugsmotoren der Antriebsvorrichtung.
The invention relates to a drive device for an actuator of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1.
Such drive devices are advantageously used in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for actuating actuators such as valves or flaps and the like. Through a safety function, an actuator assumes a predetermined state in the event of a power failure. The safety function is used to prevent frost damage or to limit the source of danger locally, for example in the event of fire or malfunctions, even in the event of a power failure.
From the data sheet 4643D from November 1990 by Landis & Gyr, an electromotive drive device for an actuator is known, which has an asynchronous motor, a spring, a clutch and a transmission. When starting up, the asynchronous motor tensions the spring which, in the event of a power failure, sets the actuator in a predetermined position. A movement of the asynchronous motor to adjust the actuator always includes a movement of the spring, so that the asynchronous motor must be designed for a relatively large torque.
The invention is based on the object of proposing a safety device for an actuator, in which a regulator motor with a relatively small torque can be used to adjust the actuator.
The invention is characterized in claim 1. Further developments of the invention result from the dependent claims.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing.
Show it:
1 shows the basic structure of a drive device,
2 shows a changeover clutch of the drive device in a first state,
3 shows a detail of the changeover clutch,
Fig. 4, the switching clutch in a second state and
Fig. 5 shows an arrangement with elevator motors of the drive device.
In FIG. 1, 1 means a changeover clutch which has a clutch wheel 2, a regulator wheel 3 and an emergency adjusting wheel 4. The control wheel 3 can be driven by a control motor 6 via a first gear 5. The emergency setting wheel 4 is coupled to an elevator motor 8 via a second gear 7 and is also rigidly connected to a spring motor 9, so that the spring motor 9 can be tensioned by the elevator motor 8. The regulator wheel 3 and the emergency setting wheel 4 are advantageously designed as gear wheels. The clutch wheel 2 is coupled to an actuator 12 via a third gear 11. If required, the transmission 11 also has a clutch, for example a friction clutch to limit the maximum torque that can be transmitted to the actuator 12.
In an embodiment of the changeover clutch 1 shown in FIG. 2, the clutch wheel 2, the regulator wheel 3 and the emergency setting wheel 4 are arranged concentrically to an axis 13 and rotatable about the axis 13. The clutch wheel 2, the control wheel 3 and the emergency setting wheel 4 are shown in section, the control wheel 3 and the emergency setting wheel 4 being hatched in the same direction. The regulator wheel 3 and the emergency setting wheel 4 have driver elements 14 and 15 for a rocker switch 16 arranged on the clutch wheel 2. The rocker switch 16 is fastened to the coupling wheel 2 by means of bolts 17 and can be pivoted between the driver elements 14 of the regulator wheel 3 and the driver elements 15 of the emergency adjusting wheel 4.
Arranged on the axis 13 is a hub 18 which is fixed against rotation on the axis 13 and has a cam 19. A switching sleeve 20, which is arranged concentrically to the axis 13 and can be rotated about the axis 13, has a tortuous groove 21 for the cam 19. The tortuous groove 21 is designed such that the switching sleeve 20 can be displaced from a first end position into a second end position or from the second end position into the first end position by rotating the switch sleeve 20 depending on the direction of rotation, parallel to the fixed axis 13.
For the purpose of coupling the rotary movement of the switching sleeve 20 to the rotating movement of the emergency setting wheel 4, the switching sleeve 20 has a driver cam 22 which engages in a straight groove 23 which is formed on the emergency setting wheel 4 and runs parallel to the axis 13. The rocker switch 16 is advantageously coupled to the shift sleeve 20 by means of a shift spring 24 so that the shift rocker 16 engages on the driver elements 15 of the emergency wheel 4 when the shift sleeve 20 is in the first end position or that the shift rocker 16 on the driver elements 14 of the Regulator wheel 3 engages when the switching sleeve 20 is in the second end position. 2, the shift sleeve 20 is drawn in the first end position, so that the rocker switch 16 engages on the driver elements 15 of the emergency wheel 4, whereby the clutch wheel 2 is coupled to the emergency wheel 4.
In an advantageous embodiment of the changeover clutch 1, the switching spring 24 is designed in the shape of the OMEGA principle and inserted with a certain preload between the rocker switch 16 and the switching sleeve 20. For the purpose of guiding the switching spring 24, the switching sleeve 20 advantageously has an annular groove 25. The axis 13 is secured against rotation by a holding element 26. The holding element 26 is arranged, for example, on a housing, not shown, of the drive device. A drive spring 27 of the spring motor 9 arranged on the emergency adjusting wheel 4 is fastened on one side to the emergency adjusting wheel 4, whereby the emergency adjusting wheel 4 can be driven by the driving spring 27.
In Fig. 3, the regulator wheel 3, the clutch wheel 2, the switching sleeve 20, the switching spring 24 and the rocker switch 16 are still shown in plan view. The switching spring 24 is supported on the clutch wheel 2 by guide elements 28a, 28b, which are formed on the clutch wheel 2.
4 shows the changeover clutch 1 described with the switching sleeve 20 in the second end position, so that the rocker switch 16 engages on the driver elements 14 of the control wheel 3, as a result of which the clutch wheel 2 is coupled to the control wheel 3.
When the electrical voltages necessary for driving the control motor 6 and the elevator motor 8 are switched on, the behavior of the drive device depends on the current state of the changeover clutch 1 (FIG. 1). In a first switch-on example, the changeover clutch 1 is in a first state immediately before the electrical voltages are switched on, in which the clutch wheel 2 is coupled to the emergency setting wheel 4 and thus also to the elevator motor 8. After the voltages have been switched on, the elevator motor 8 rotates the emergency setting wheel 4 in a first direction of rotation against the spring force of the spring motor 9, that is to say against the spring force of the drive spring 27 (FIG. 2), by means of which the spring motor 9 is wound up.
The shift sleeve 20, which is positioned in the first end position in the first state of the changeover clutch 1, is displaced by the emergency adjusting wheel 4 rotating in the first direction of rotation parallel to the axis 13 towards the second end position. After a predetermined angle of rotation range has elapsed, which is dependent on the slope of the spiral groove 21, the second end position is reached, the rocker switch 16 being switched over to the control wheel 3. The winding groove 21 is advantageously designed such that the second end position is reached after less than one revolution of the emergency setting wheel 4. After the clutch wheel 2 is switched to the regulator wheel 3 by the rocker switch 16, the actuator 12 (FIG. 1) can be adjusted via the control motor 6, while the spring motor 9 can be tensioned further by the elevator motor 8.
In a second switch-on example, the changeover clutch 1 is in a second state immediately before the electrical voltages are switched on, in which the clutch wheel 2 is coupled to the regulator wheel 3 and thus also to the regulator motor 6, the switch sleeve 20 (FIG. 4) thus being in the second end position. After the voltages are switched on, the elevator motor 8 rotates the emergency setting wheel 4 in the first direction of rotation against the spring force of the spring motor 9 via the second gear 7, that is, against the spring force of the mainspring 27 (FIG. 2), with which the spring motor 9 is wound. The switching sleeve 20 positioned in the second end position remains in the second end position. The actuator 12 is adjustable via the control motor 6.
If the electrical voltage on the elevator motor 8 fails, the emergency setting wheel 4 is driven by the spring motor 9 counter to the first direction of rotation, the spring motor 9 or in other words the mainspring 27 (FIG. 4) being relaxed. The shift sleeve 20, which is positioned in the second end position in the second state of the changeover clutch 1, is displaced parallel to the axis 13 towards the first end position by the emergency adjusting wheel 4 rotating counter to the first direction of rotation. After the predetermined angle of rotation range has elapsed, which is dependent on the slope of the winding groove 21, the first end position is reached, the rocker switch 16 being switched over to the emergency setting wheel 4 and thus the switching clutch 1 being set in the first state.
The actuator 12, which is coupled to the spring motor 9 via the changeover clutch 1, is set in a position predefined for a power failure by the spring motor 9 relaxing.
The switching rocker 16 can be switched over abruptly by the switching spring 24, with the result that free-wheeling of the clutch wheel 2, for example, can be avoided.
The spring motor 9 coupled to the elevator motor 8 has to set the actuator 12 into the predetermined position in the event of a failure of the electrical voltages and thereby to overcome the cogging torque of the elevator motor 8. If the elevator motor 8 is, for example, a certain DC motor, the value of the cogging torque caused by permanent magnets is approximately sinusoidal, the course being dependent on the number of pole pairs p and the angle of rotation omega. With a first constant K and a second constant k, the cogging torque M (omega) can be described by the following formula:
M (omega) = K. sin (k. omega).
The elevator motor 8 is advantageously realized by two similar motors 8a and 8b (FIG. 5), which are arranged offset on the emergency setting wheel 4 in such a way that the instantaneous values Ma and Mb of the cogging torques of the two motors 8a and 8b are exactly complementary. In the situation shown, a magnetic south pole of a pole pair of a first motor 8a has a maximum effect, while a magnetic north pole of a corresponding pole pair of a second motor 8b has a maximum effect. In an advantageous embodiment of the drive device, the two motors 8a and 8b are arranged offset on the emergency setting wheel 4 in such a way that when the emergency setting wheel 4 driven by the spring motor 9 rotates, the cogging torque Ma of the first motor 8a has the profile Ma = K. sin (k. omega) and the cogging torque Mb of the second motor 8b the course Mb = - K. sin (k. omega).
Because the drive device for the actuator 12 has a changeover clutch 1, with which the clutch wheel 2 can be actuated by rotating the emergency setting wheel 4, a control motor 6 mechanically decoupled from the spring motor 8 can be used. The control motor 6 is not loaded by the spring motor 8 and can therefore be designed for smaller torques, as a result of which the control motor 6 is inexpensive to procure and energy-saving in operation. Since the mainspring 27 is not coupled to the movements of the control motor 6, the mainspring 27 remains immobilized except when the spring motor 9 is being pulled up or when the electrical voltage on the elevator motor 8 is switched off, which increases the service life of the mainspring 27.
