Abstract

Each of the tubes (1,2) contains a slot (4) running for its full length, and is fixed (7,8) to a scaffolding tube (6). The poster sheet (3) has two opposite beaded edges, by which it is inserted in the tubes in their lengthwise direction, and is held taut between them. Fixing to the scaffolding tube can be by detachable tube clamps. The profiled tubes can be made of aluminium. Two or more of them can be fitted together, so as to accommodate posters forming a continuous surface.

  Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Werbeträger, der zur Montage an einem Baugerüst bestimmt ist. 



  An Baugerüsten von neu erbauten bzw. zu renovierenden Häusern werden häufig Firmenschilder und Werbetafeln angebracht. Zu diesem Zweck werden meistens Holz- oder Kunststofftafeln mit der entsprechenden Beschriftung am Baugerüst befestigt. Diese Schilder dienen einerseits der Deklarierung der Firmen, welche an den Renovations- oder Bauarbeiten beteiligt sind. Die ausführenden Firmen sind daran interessiert, ihren Firmennamen bzw. ihr Firmenlogo zu präsentieren. Solche Firmenschilder können also auch als Werbeträger angesehen werden. Andererseits werden aber auch Tafeln an einem Baugerüst montiert, die ganz allgemein der Werbung dienen, und in keinem direkten Zusammenhang mit den Bauarbeiten stehen. 



  Die Montage solcher Werbeträger, die meistens aus Holz-, Kunststoff- oder sogar aus Metallplatten bestehen, ist oft nicht mehr von einer Person durchführbar, da diese Platten zu schwer zum Halten bzw. zum Tragen sind. Ausserdem muss der Monteur das entsprechende Montagematerial wie Schrauben, Muttern, Schellen und dergleichen, die zum Befestigen der  Platten an den Gerüstrohren benötigt werden, sowie das zur Montage notwendige Werkzeug mittragen. Der Aufwand für die Montage eines solchen Werbeträgers ist also nicht unerheblich. Das gleiche gilt natürlich auch für die Demontage der Werbeträger, wenn die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen sind, und das Baugerüst entfernt wird. 



  Eine andere Art von Werbeträgern zur Montage an Baugerüsten besteht aus einer Plane, auf welche die Werbung bzw. die Firmenbeschriftung aufgedruckt ist. Die meist rechteckige Plane wird an den Ecken mittels einer Schnur oder eines Seiles am Baugerüst befestigt. Für grössere Planen eignet sich diese Methode nicht so gut, da die Plane nicht straff genug gespannt werden kann. Bei grösseren Planen, die als Werbefläche verwendet werden, sind die horizontalen Ränder saumartig umgenäht, sodass durch den Saum ein Rohr hindurchgesteckt werden kann, und das an den Enden des Saumes rechts und links herausragt. Bei der Montage werden diese Rohrenden am Baugerüst befestigt.

  Die unteren Ecken der Plane werden dann entweder mit einem Seil am Baugerüst befestigt, oder der untere Rand der Plane weist ebenfalls einen Saum auf, durch den ein Rohr gesteckt werden kann, und dieses Rohr wird ebenfalls am Baugerüst befestigt. Aber auch diese Art von Werbeträger hat den Nachteil, dass er nicht von einer Person montiert werden kann. Während eine Person das zu montierende Rohrende am Baugerüst befestigt, muss eine zweite Person das Rohr mit der Plane halten. Ebenso muss das  Montagematerial und das notwendige Werkzeug für die Montage an den Montageort mitgebracht werden. 



  Die vorliegende Erfindung setzt sich deshalb zur Aufgabe, eine Werbefläche zur Montage an einem Baugerüst zu schaffen, die einfach zu montieren und zu transportieren ist. 



  Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst von einem Werbeträger zur Montage an einem Baugerüst, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass er zwei Profilrohr-Abschnitte beinhaltet und diese Profilrohr Abschnitte einen Schlitz über ihre gesamte Länge aufweisen. Weiters sind Mittel zur Befestigung der Profilrohr-Abschnitte an einem Gerüstrohr vorhanden. Ausserdem beinhaltet der Werbeträger eine Plane oder Folie, die mindestens an zwei Rändern einen Kedersaum aufweist, wobei diese Kedersäume längs in die Schlitze der Profilrohr-Abschnitte einschiebbar sind. Die Folie oder Plane wird zwischen den Profilrohr Abschnitten gespannt. 



  Eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausführung der Erfindung geht aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen hervor. 



  In den Zeichnungen ist ein beispielsweiser, erfindungsgemässer Werbeträger zur Montage an einem Baugerüst in verschiedenen Ansichten gezeigt und in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sind dessen Beschaffenheit und Anwendung ausführlich erläutert.

  In der Fig. 1 ist der erfindungsgemässe Werbeträger zur Montage an einem Baugerüst von vorne gesehen gezeigt. Der Werbeträger besteht aus zwei Profilrohr-Abschnitten 1, 2 und einer Plane 3, welche die Werbeaufschrift trägt. Die Profilrohr-Abschnitte 1, 2 sind im einfachsten Fall aus einem Aluminiumrohr gefertigt, das über die gesamte Länge einen Schlitz 4 aufweist. Um eine bessere Stabilität für die Profilrohr-Abschnitte 1, 2 zu erhalten, werden Profilrohre verwendet, die einen kreisrunden Querschnitt haben, und über die ganze Länge einen Schlitz 4 aufweisen, der gleichzeitig den Längsschlitz eines im Rohrinneren verlaufenden Rohres von  kleinerem Durchmesser bildet. Auf die Enden der Profilrohr-Abschnitte 1, 2 ist eine Abschlusskappe 5 aufgesetzt, um das Eindringen von Regenwasser und Schmutz in das Innere der Profilrohr-Abschnitte 1, 2 zu verhindern. 



  Die Fig. 2 zeigt den Werbeträger von hinten, der an einem Baugerüst montiert ist. Die Profilrohr-Abschnitte 1, 2 werden an einem Gerüstrohr 6 mittels einer Rohrschelle 7, 8 befestigt. Die Rohrschellen 7, 8 sind in der Mitte der Profilrohr-Abschnitte 1, 2 an diese angenietet. In Fig. 3 ist eine Rohrschelle 7 gezeigt, mit welcher der Profilrohr-Abschnitte 1 an einem Gerüstrohr 6 befestigt ist. Die Rohrschelle 7, 8 besteht aus zwei Teilen, die über ein Scharnier 9 miteinander verbunden sind. Die beiden Teile der Rohrschelle 7, 8 werden mit Hilfe einer Schraube 10 und einer Mutter 11 zusammengeschraubt. Die Schraube 10 ist schwenkbar aber nicht drehbar an dem Teil der Rohrschelle 7, 8 angebracht, der am Profilrohr-Abschnitt 1, 2 angenietet ist. Der bewegliche Teil weist einen Schlitz 12 auf, der zur Aufnahme der Schraube 10 bestimmt ist.

  Bei der Montage des Profilrohr-Abschnittes 1, 2 am Gerüstrohr 6 wird der bewegliche Teil der Rohrschelle 7 um das Gerüstrohr 6 geklappt, die Schraube 10 in den Schlitz 12 des beweglichen Teils der Rohrschelle 7 gekippt, und die Mutter 11, die mit einem Griff 13 versehen ist, auf die Schraube 10 aufgeschraubt. Durch das Aufschrauben der Mutter 11 auf die Schraube 10 werden die beiden Teile der Rohrschelle miteinander verschraubt und das zwischen den Teilen der  Rohrschelle befindliche Gerüstrohr 6 wird dadurch in der Rohrschelle 7, 8 festgeklemmt. Durch diese Art der Montage benötigt der Monteur kein Werkzeug. Die für die Montage notwendigen Teile sind alle bereits am Werbeträger montiert. Das hat den Vorteil, dass keine Montageteile verloren gehen. 



   In der Fig. 4 ist die Montage des Werbeträgers angedeutet. Zunächst wird der obere Rohrprofil-Abschnitt 1 mit Hilfe der Rohrschelle 7 am Gerüstrohr 6 montiert. Anschliessend wird die Plane 3 deren oberer und unterer Rand einen Kedersaum 14, 15 aufweist, mit dem oberen Kedersaum 14 längs in den Schlitz 4 des oberen Profilrohr-Abschnittes 1 eingeschoben. Danach wird die Plane 3 voll ausgerollt und der untere Kedersaum 15 der Plane 3, wie das in der Fig. 5 angedeutet ist, längs in den Schlitz des unteren Profilrohr-Abschnittes 2 eingeschoben. Die Plane 3 wird durch leichtes Ziehen am unteren Profilrohr-Abschnitt 2 gespannt und die untere Rohrschelle 8 wird am Gerüstrohr 6 befestigt. 



  In einer bestimmten Ausführung des erfindungsgemässen Werbeträgers sind zwei oder mehrere Profilrohr-Abschnitte mittels Verbindungselementen zusammensteckbar. Dadurch kann eine zusammenhängende Fläche aus zwei oder mehreren Werbeträgern zusammengesetzt werden. Bei den heute verwendeten Baugerüsten haben die Gerüstrohre einen Abstand von 2.5 m. Bei der Ausführung des erfindungsgemässen Werbeträgers, bei dem die Profilrohr-Abschnitte 1, 2 eine Länge von 2.5 m aufweisen, können an benachbarten  Gerüstrohren 6 in gleicher horizontaler Höhe mehrere Profilrohr-Abschnitte 1, 2 montiert werden. Um der aus zwei oder   mehreren erfindungsgemässen Werbeträgern zusammengesetzten Werbefläche eine grössere Stabilität zu geben, werden die benachbarten Profilrohr-Abschnitte 1, 2 mittels eines Verbindungselementes zusammengesteckt.

  Als Verbindungselemente werden Rohrnippel verwendet, deren Aussendurchmesser dem Innendurchmesser des Profilrohr Abschnittes 1, 2 entspricht. Diese Rohrnippel, die eine Länge von etwa 40 cm haben, werden je zur Hälfte ihrer Länge in die benachbarten Profilrohr-Abschnitte 1, 2 eingeschoben. Damit sind die benachbarten Profilrohr-Abschnitte starr miteinander verbunden. Anstelle der Rohrnippel sind aber auch Rohrmuffen denkbar, deren Innendurchmesser dem Aussendurchmesser des Profilrohr-Abschnittes (1, 2) entspricht. Diese Rohrmuffen sind der Länge nach aufgeschnittene Rohrabschnitte, die je zur Hälfte ihrer Länge über die benachbarten Profilrohr-Abschnitte 1, 2 geschoben werden. 



  Die Montage der Plane mit dem Werbeaufdruck erfolgt in der gleichen Weise wie bei einem einzelnen Werbeträger. Die Werbefläche, also die Plane 3 kann aus einem Stück sein, und als Ganzes in die zusammengesetzten Profilrohr-Abschnitte 1, 2 eingeschoben werden, oder sie kann aus einzelnen Stücken zusammengesetzt sein, die dann einzeln in die Profilrohr-Abschnitte 1, 2 geschoben werden. 



  Dieser erfindungsgemässe Werbeträger kann selbst bei grösseren Werbeflächen problemlos von einer Person montiert werden. Für den Transport wird die Plane 3 des Werbeträgers, die eine Kunststoff-Folie oder eine kunststoffverstärkte Textilplane sein kann, gerollt. Die gerollten Planen 3 können für den Transport und für die Lagerung gemeinsam mit den Profilrohr-Abschnitten 1, 2 in einer geeigneten Schutztasche untergebracht werden. Es sind keine zusätzlichen Montagematerialien notwendig. Das heisst, dass der Werbeträger kompakt und problemlos gelagert und transportiert werden kann, und an seinem Bestimmungsort sofort und ohne zusätzliche Werkzeuge montierbar ist. Die Planen können einseitig oder auch zweiseitig mit der Firmenaufschrift oder einem Firmenlogo bedruckt oder sonst mit einem Werbeaufdruck versehen werden.

   Mit diesem Werbeträger ist es auf einfache Art möglich, Werbeflächen an Baugerüsten zur Verfügung zu stellen.

  Company signs and billboards are often attached to the scaffolding of newly built or renovated houses. For this purpose, mostly wooden or plastic panels are attached to the scaffolding with the appropriate labeling. On the one hand, these signs serve to declare the companies involved in the renovation or construction work. The executing companies are interested in presenting their company name or logo. Such company signs can also be viewed as advertising media. On the other hand, panels are also mounted on scaffolding, which are used for general advertising and are not directly related to the construction work.



  The assembly of such advertising media, which mostly consist of wooden, plastic or even metal plates, can often no longer be carried out by one person, since these plates are too difficult to hold or carry. In addition, the fitter must carry the appropriate assembly material such as screws, nuts, clamps and the like, which are required to attach the plates to the scaffold tubes, as well as the tools required for assembly. The effort for installing such an advertising medium is therefore not insignificant. The same naturally also applies to the dismantling of the advertising media when the construction work has been completed and the scaffolding has been removed.



  Another type of advertising medium for mounting on scaffolding consists of a tarpaulin on which the advertising or the company lettering is printed. The mostly rectangular tarpaulin is attached to the scaffolding at the corners with a cord or a rope. This method is not so suitable for larger tarpaulins because the tarpaulin cannot be stretched tight enough. In the case of larger tarpaulins, which are used as advertising space, the horizontal edges are sewn like a hem, so that a tube can be inserted through the hem and protrudes from the ends of the hem on the right and left. During assembly, these pipe ends are attached to the scaffolding.

  The lower corners of the tarpaulin are then either attached to the scaffolding with a rope, or the lower edge of the tarpaulin also has a hem through which a tube can be inserted, and this tube is also attached to the scaffolding. But this type of advertising medium also has the disadvantage that it cannot be installed by one person. While one person attaches the pipe end to be assembled to the scaffolding, a second person must hold the pipe with the tarpaulin. Likewise, the assembly material and the necessary tools for assembly must be brought to the assembly site.



  The present invention therefore sets itself the task of creating an advertising space for mounting on a scaffolding, which is easy to assemble and transport.



  This object is achieved by an advertising medium for mounting on a scaffolding, which is characterized in that it contains two profile tube sections and these profile tube sections have a slot over their entire length. Means are also available for fastening the profile tube sections to a scaffold tube. In addition, the advertising medium contains a tarpaulin or film which has a welt hem at least at two edges, these welt seams being insertable lengthways into the slots of the profiled tube sections. The film or tarpaulin is stretched between the profile tube sections.



  A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention is evident from the dependent claims.



  In the drawings, an exemplary advertising medium according to the invention for mounting on a scaffolding is shown in different views, and the nature and application of which are explained in detail in the description below.

  1 shows the advertising medium according to the invention for mounting on scaffolding viewed from the front. The advertising medium consists of two profile tube sections 1, 2 and a tarpaulin 3, which carries the advertising label. In the simplest case, the profile tube sections 1, 2 are made of an aluminum tube which has a slot 4 over the entire length. In order to obtain better stability for the profile tube sections 1, 2, profile tubes are used which have a circular cross section and have a slot 4 over the entire length, which at the same time forms the longitudinal slot of a tube of smaller diameter running inside the tube. An end cap 5 is placed on the ends of the profile tube sections 1, 2 in order to prevent rain water and dirt from penetrating into the interior of the profile tube sections 1, 2.



  Fig. 2 shows the advertising medium from behind, which is mounted on a scaffolding. The profile tube sections 1, 2 are attached to a scaffold tube 6 by means of a pipe clamp 7, 8. The pipe clamps 7, 8 are riveted to the middle of the profile tube sections 1, 2. In Fig. 3, a pipe clamp 7 is shown, with which the profile tube sections 1 is attached to a scaffold tube 6. The pipe clamp 7, 8 consists of two parts which are connected to one another via a hinge 9. The two parts of the pipe clamp 7, 8 are screwed together using a screw 10 and a nut 11. The screw 10 is pivotally but not rotatably attached to the part of the pipe clamp 7, 8 which is riveted to the profile pipe section 1, 2. The movable part has a slot 12 which is intended to receive the screw 10.

  When assembling the profile tube section 1, 2 on the scaffold tube 6, the movable part of the pipe clamp 7 is folded around the scaffold tube 6, the screw 10 is tilted into the slot 12 of the movable part of the pipe clamp 7, and the nut 11 with a handle 13 is screwed onto the screw 10. By screwing the nut 11 onto the screw 10, the two parts of the pipe clamp are screwed together and the scaffold tube 6 located between the parts of the pipe clamp is thereby clamped in the pipe clamp 7, 8. With this type of assembly, the fitter does not need any tools. The parts required for assembly are all already mounted on the advertising medium. This has the advantage that no assembly parts are lost.



   The assembly of the advertising medium is indicated in FIG. 4. First, the upper tubular section 1 is mounted on the scaffold tube 6 using the pipe clamp 7. The tarpaulin 3, the upper and lower edges of which have a welt edge 14, 15, is then inserted with the upper welt edge 14 longitudinally into the slot 4 of the upper section 1 of the profiled tube. Then the tarpaulin 3 is fully rolled out and the lower piping hem 15 of the tarpaulin 3, as indicated in FIG. 5, is inserted lengthways into the slot of the lower section 2 of the profiled tube. The tarpaulin 3 is tensioned by gently pulling the lower section 2 of the section tube and the lower clamp 8 is fastened to the scaffold tube 6.



  In a specific embodiment of the advertising medium according to the invention, two or more profile tube sections can be plugged together by means of connecting elements. This means that a coherent area can be put together from two or more advertising media. In the scaffolding used today, the scaffold tubes are 2.5 m apart. When designing the advertising medium according to the invention, in which the profile tube sections 1, 2 have a length of 2.5 m, a plurality of profile tube sections 1, 2 can be mounted on adjacent scaffolding tubes 6 at the same horizontal height. In order to give the advertising space composed of two or more advertising media according to the invention greater stability, the adjacent profile tube sections 1, 2 are plugged together by means of a connecting element.

  Pipe nipples are used as connecting elements, the outside diameter of which corresponds to the inside diameter of the profile pipe section 1, 2. These pipe nipples, which have a length of about 40 cm, are inserted halfway along their length into the adjacent profile pipe sections 1, 2. The adjacent profile tube sections are thus rigidly connected to one another. Instead of the pipe nipple, pipe sleeves are also conceivable, the inside diameter of which corresponds to the outside diameter of the profile pipe section (1, 2). These pipe sleeves are cut lengthwise pipe sections, which are pushed halfway across the adjacent profile pipe sections 1, 2.



  The tarpaulin is mounted with the advertising imprint in the same way as for a single advertising medium. The advertising surface, that is to say the tarpaulin 3, can be made of one piece and inserted as a whole into the assembled profiled tube sections 1, 2, or it can be composed of individual pieces, which are then pushed individually into the profiled tube sections 1, 2 .



  This advertising medium according to the invention can be easily installed by one person even with larger advertising spaces. The tarpaulin 3 of the advertising medium, which can be a plastic film or a plastic-reinforced textile tarpaulin, is rolled for transport. The rolled tarpaulins 3 can be accommodated together with the profile tube sections 1, 2 in a suitable protective bag for transport and storage. No additional assembly materials are necessary. This means that the advertising medium can be stored and transported compactly and easily, and can be installed at its destination immediately and without additional tools. The tarpaulin can be printed on one or two sides with the company name or logo or otherwise be printed with an advertisement.

   With this advertising medium, it is easily possible to provide advertising space on scaffolding.
